Went for a quick COVID-19 test (tested negative Thank God) and it was an easy in and out experience. Service was efficient and the process was a breeze. Place looked so clean and there was parking available, as well as lots of street parking. This is my new favorite place to get tested, for travel, for work, or just to be safe. Very much recommended.

I’ve used a number of places for testing and this one is by far my favorite. Very fast in and out. Barely ever any line and once you’ve gone in, they have your information. I’m usually in and out within 2 minutes. They will do both rapid and pcr. The rapid will be returned to you in about 15 minutes, the pcr is usually in less than a day.

Been here a dozen times. The office provides a quick and consistent turnaround time, usually 1 day or less for PCRs. Rapid tests are available too, with results sent via text.Parking is available on-site. Highly recommend this location.

Ive tested here many times and the staff is wonderful. Results have always been very quick, and even during the holidays when it was insanely busy I felt they worked very hard to turn around results quickly. Everyone is very friendly and kind. When asked by people I always recommend this location for testing. Been to a few other sites (when they were closed) and definitely my best experience here.

This was a quick and professional experience. I used the Robertson location and they have free parking on site. I paid for the rapid PCR result & worth every penny. The only thing I would change would be to fill out all the required paperwork at home on a laptop (vs on my cel in the parking lot). I will definitely use them again.

Been here twice for my PCR test to travel and got my results quickly considering it is free. The tests are done really quick so anticipate spending only 30 seconds here if there’s no line. Make sure to get your tests on a weekday as your results come in faster. They don’t seem to give your results on weekends.

Pleased with our experience! Took my kids there to test for school. There was a short line but worth the wait for the great service. We did rapid test and PCR. The ladies were super sweet and very gentle with the kiddos. They even gave them lollipops. We got our results quickly! I’ve been recommending Doctor Now to family and friends.

We got our tests here as soon as they opened in the morning in early January during the surge of the omicron variant. The commitment was 6pm the following day that we should be getting our result. 6pm came and no results, so we decided to go back the next morning and inquire. The reception guy checked into the computer and saw our results which he immediately sent to our email address. I appreciate the quick action and genuine concern that we get our results as they were needed for travel that evening. Could not blame them for the delayed result as a lot of people were getting tested during that time. Ovetall I would still say they provided good service.

100/10 recommend! The testing process at this location was quick and easy, and the staff were all very kind. I needed this test to meet pre-procedure requirements for a procedure I am having on Wednesday, and my results came quickly. This definitely relieved some stress I was having, especially because my original pre-procedure test was scheduled with a nearby location called PathMD (AVOID AT ALL COSTS), who failed to meet my appointment time and refused to answer the door or phones - no staff in sight! After that stressful experience, a quick drive over to this location, DoctorNow, gave me the relief I needed with a quick and easy testing process completed by kind and attentive staff. My test was even free due to my insurance! Thank you DoctorNow for saving me so much stress and helping me prepare for an important procedure this week!

Because I forgot to bring my insurance cards, I had no choice but to drive to Beverly Hills two times in order to bring the cards to you. My physicians office (who sent me to you) offered to give your place all the numbers but that was refused. You need to be more adaptable. People who are having procedures and need Covid tests are already very stressed and dont need more stress. I would not recommend your services to anyone again.

Very efficient, appropriate staff providing clear information. We needed the results of the pcr test quickly within an hour and they delivered!! The results were delivered by a text within 15 minutes of the test and the written document verifying the results that were used at the airport were delivered by email within an hour after that! I have had horrible experiences with covid testing sites in the past with long waits. I have to get weekly tests for my work and I’ve had the best experiences with DoctorNow. They have short wait times and really friendly staff. The girls that work there are so efficient and professional. I’ve sent countless of friends and family to get their tests here. DoctorNow Covid Testing is my favorite place to get Covid-19 tested. Heres why. The people who work here are polite, proficient, positive, and professional. The wait time to be tested is virtually non-existent. Parking is free. The hours of operation are long and six days per week. Most important, the people who work in the Beverly Hills office are so kind and pleasant. And lastly, you get the results back quickly (within 24 hours).

I was promised results by 6pm the next night on the day I went in to get tested. I then received an email and text that tests were backlogged and my results would be available within 48 hours. It has now been over 48 hours, and I still have not received my results. I understand that tests are in high demand, but I am having trouble reaching anyone who can give me any answers about when my test results will be available or whether or not my results arent available due to an error. I am starting to worry that I will never receive my results, much like other reviewers below.

Great quick experience. From the time I parked I was back in my car in less than 5 min. From the time I walked up to the door it took 3 min for PCR and Rapid. It would’ve taken closer to a minute if I didn’t ask a bunch of extra questions which they answered clearly. I got my Rapid test results texted to me within 20 min. And my PCR within less than 20 hours first thing in the morning. I will definitely go back.

While I have to admit I was doubtful that this was a real testing site (it looks kind of sketchy with a queue in a parking lot and old, wrinkled papers posted on the wall) they did complete the testing efficiently and got me my results the next day as promised. I believe the result was accurate as well. Park on the street and put 30 mins to 1 hour in the meter so you don’t have to worry about running to add more to the meter.

These guys were absolutely immaculate. I have never been given the level of satisfaction and help that these guys did. They told me exactly when the results would come back and was a lot cheaper then Walgreens who I couldn’t even get a straight answer from either of the workers there and the Doctor himself. They told me different answers and completely wasted my time, money and got me the wrong Covid test. I was having a surgery in California the day I was suppose to get my results and these guys were on top of it!!! I live in Arizona so it made me very nervous I wouldn’t have it in time and the hotels I booked and time off work would have been wasted. These guys saved me and got me approved and ready for my surgery. DONT GO TO CVS OR WALGREENS THEY ARE HORRIBLE. These guys were 60$ cheaper to and same day results. CANT BEAT THIS TEAM!!

DoctorNow is my go-to for Covid testing - For my first visit, I went to register and test results were available the next day (delays may occur and results may be available 48-72 hours after testing, depending on how busy it gets, especially during surges). The staff were friendly, yet did not change gloves as I noticed when dealing with my test and my kids testing. The topic of ptsd amongst coworkers were being discussed in the background. Its been over 48 hours now and I have not received my test results for me or my two kids. I have emailed twice, I have messaged the site, and I have called and left a message with my plight. Yet now its going into the third day and still no results for any of us especially since we have had direct exposure and need results. The Dr called and said whats the reason for the testing and once I said direct exposure he said that was good enough for me even though there were 3 surveys I filled out for the 3 of us.... It was clearly discussed that I needed results same day!!I was notified by a doctor who let me know my results would be ready the NEXT DAY! As I was asking him about the timing of my order, he hung IN THE MIDDLE OF THE QUESTION!!!In an attempted to contact the Dr Now facility, they hung up on two separate calls while trying to get answers.Communication is obviously horrible. My go-to place for covid testing. No appointment needed. They accept insurance. And the expedited PCR service is the most cost effective here than at any other clinic I searched. Since they weren’t busy, I got my PCR result in 1hr vs 2-3hrs which was the communicated time frame.

Never post reviews but when people bust their tails to handle a (usually impatient public) they earn some love. Kids are going to camp this summer and need testing. Have been to both locations and they are direct, friendly and get things done. The new location, younger man opened up the place 20 mins early (on a Sunday), was answering calls while helping my kids out, and never got flustered. Respect the efficiency.

Went to get COVID tested for work and was pleasantly surprised at how pleasant and helpful the staff was. Wait time was short, my results came back quickly - definitely recommend this place over the many others I’ve been to. Kind of shocked people have left bad reviews! I had nothing but a great experience. I also love that they use one of the most highly sensitive Covid tests that doesn’t require them to jab the swab all the way up into your nasal cavity. Went to Dr Now on Robertson on a Sunday. Site said walk in only and register in person. Since this was one of the only few Sunday testing sites available, I decided to drive to Beverly Hills to get tested. When I got there, line wasnt too bad. While waiting in line, staff mentioned we need to register and take the survey prior to testing. Registration probably took 5 minutes and survey also took 5 minutes. Since this, the line was going by quick so I had to have people cut me just to finish. While Registration was normal as with other testing sites, the survey was a different story. The survey did not have much to do with the test, but was more of a political survey, which I questioned and did not feel comfortable anserwing. Questions asked about Biden and how we felt about him and how hes handling covid. Anyhow, i answered it so I could get tested.After testing, staff mentioned we will receive results the following night. Not sure what happened to my test, but its been 2 weeks and I never got my results back. I checked my spam mail, nothing. If you try to call them, its always busy, and if you email, cricket, no response. Overall, not a good experience..

The administrator barely swabbed my nose, which resulted in a negative test. I took another test next day through the city and it came back positive. With a more thorough swab, I bet my test wouldve come back positive as I was already experiencing symptoms. If you want a good result, swab each nostril for the full 15 seconds apiece!!

I had a great experience at this COVID testing location. I called in advance, letting Celine know that Im on a tight schedule, and Celine took care of me very well. I gave my information through the locations info sheet, and Celine prepared my testing kit while I was on my way to the location, so that I wouldnt have to wait for it to be prepared while physically at the site. I have worked at a professional Covid testing site for over 9 months and the lack of sanitation at DoctorNow is extremely unprofessional. The staff member conducting the test never changed gloves which is a huge red flag. Gloves must be changed between patients. The doctor contacted me and asked my reason for testing, after I already stated my reason on the registration survey. His response was “good enough for me”. I feel strongly that this site is set up for money and is not concerned with the health and safety of the public. It’s been well over 24 hours and my results still have not come in. No one is available via phone or email.

Since I have insurance, the rapid antigen test was also free and they called me with my results about 30 mins afterwards.I have been to other testing sites and this one is the best and fastest by far! They charged almost $400 for a single test to the insurance company (the item included something like doctor visit even though we never met a doctor). The insurance company usually covers something like $85 for a COVID test, and my company ended up paying for the rest. Over $1000 for a couple of visits with my sons. I went there to get Covid-19 test 72 hours for my flight. I didn’t get response back from them and I call them again about 4 hours before my flight, somebody there said call back in an hour. I did it but I couldn’t get anybody on the phone. I have to go some where around the airport at the last minute and I missed my flight. Thank for painful. This place needs to be shut down if they are not going to be doing testing correctly. They are a scam. Im sure they have alot if false negatives due to them not doing an efficient swab. Your head is supposed to be tilted back and the swab should go deep into your nostril making you possibly sneeze or cough. This girl barely put it in my nose as my head was straight up. I went to take another test after and I was positive vs. Theres were negative. They also didnt change gloves between persons. They are making numbers worse by not doing test correctly. This company was listed online for Los Angeles Covid testing. Under the cares act this should be 100% be covered by insurance. I got one test from DoctorNow September of 2021. My insurance company says they just got a $441 claim for that office visit and laboratory fees but they received the claim on April 14th 2022! The insurance company is now asking me to pay $380+..... FOR A PCR COVID TEST. Health industry is out of control. Is this incompetence or an attempt to grab more money considering Covid testing isnt something new. I cant think of any other reason my insurance company would get a claim for a PCR Covid test seven months later and for $441. Now I have to make calls tomorrow to insurance, doctornow, or both. Good fun for something that should be routine and insanely common. But looking at the other comments here, Im certainly not alone.

I am a registered nurse (RN). DoctorNow (Beverly Hills), in my opinion, is a dangerous clinic that jeopardizes public health. I observed long lines of people, yet shockingly, the technician neither changed gloves nor sanitized his hands between many as he stuck swabs up into peoples orifices. Who knows what kinds of infectious secretions got all over his gloves and into others noses.When asked if hed change gloves, the technician had an attitude problem. He refused flat out to sanitize his hands. It seems other technicians were similar in this practice with their gloves. I had a witness.At the moment, I feel fine; Ive been COVID-free during the pandemic. I try to be cautious. If there was a chance for exposure, I worry it was today. Wish me and everyone at that potential COVID breeding ground luck. Im scared.
