I would like to say thank you to the whole team here at Doan Law office. They were all extremely helpful with everything that had to do with filing my bankruptcy case! I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to file but does not know where to start. I am glad we are finally at the end with everything. I have to thank Attorney Doan & his staff, the ladies in his office went above and beyond to help me during this difficult time. Not sure about this business .. had a Bankrupcy case months ago .. I called and found out it was about done or actually was done 3-4 months ago but still have not received any paperwork or a phone call since .. called again today and waiting for call back .. also my credit does not show anything reflecting accounts closed due to Bankrupcy either ?

Shawn Doan, took care of a complex 10 year old bankruptcy problem I had, he meet with ease the time frame that was required, where most other BK Attorneys just wanted a new filing.He saved my credit rating, knew what to do and got my funds back. What more can I say, I’d highly recommend him to others. Oh, he’s very honest too.

I have to admit, this was a very stressing event in our life. We are thankful for Mona helping us get through all the paperwork and calming and reassuring us. We started with a diffrent law firm but switched when phone calls and emails werent returned. With Doan Law our phone calls and emails were returned in a timely manner. I never thought about going through with a chapter 7 bankruptcy, so going into this was a scary thing for me. Mona M and Shawn Doan were a great help with every question I had and had great advice to help me out as a client. I definitely recommend going to them. The whole thing from signing up to my court hearing was about 2 months total. So all in all a great experience 😁

Doan Law Office and Shawn Doan poorly performed during my bankruptcy. I was calling in making payments toward a bankruptcy they were charging me $5000 for. Shawn Doan kept my card number during one of my payments and later in the month took money out of my checking account without authorization. When I notified him he apologized said they would shred my account information and told me it wouldnt happen again. I continued with my on time monthly payments and then 2 months later learned they had obviously not shredded my information and they illegally made two more withdrawals from my acct. both were taken from my checking account and were pending, then one fell off and one went through. Again he apologized. I explained once was a mistake but this seemed fraudulent to me. He told me my payments were so measly did it really matter ($100 a month, not measly for my family as I have cancer and have a huge pile of medical debt, Im claiming bankruptcy Im obviously not rich) I proceeded to complain truthfully and appropriately in social media. Shawn Doan said he feared for his income from my posts and told me I was violating the Patriot Act regarding terrorism and sent me a cease and desist. He then cancelled my contract with him, charged me fake hours on an itemized time sheet and kept $4500 of the money we had paid him plus charged me another $500 balance. Needless to say we cant even file bankruptcy now he are completely broke and have absolutely nothing left.

Its a difficult decision and process to go bankrupt. But Mona and Wil helped me through it and it wasnt anywhere near as bad as my anxiety told me it was going to be. I waited almost a year after opening my case with them to get things going. As soon as I started working with them (talking with them), I couldnt believe how easy and smooth it went. From information collection to court, it took maybe two months tops? And thats with schedule constraints on my end. Also, I was convinced I would have to file Chapter 13 but Wil had showed me that I was actually eligible for Chapter 7. If you have questions, just ask!!.. and dont wait!! I recently hired Doan law firm to do a BK for me and my wife and now I am divorced and was told I can no longer can file because I make too much money and they would not give me my deposit back. The doan law group put my 500 in deposit payments towards my ex wifes BK instead .They should have a lot of fun explaining that to a judge in court.

They take advantage of people who are inexperienced with bankruptcy and lawyers, they take advantage of every opportunity to charge extra fees and then once it is filed they leave you to handle everything by yourself in order to restore your credit. Hopefully I will never have to file again but if I do I will not use them nor will i recommend them to anyone I know.

My wife and I came to doan law center after seeing Sean on the TV early in the morning we were very distressed with money and the way our bills had piled up against us that being said it was our fault we went to doan law for somehow free consultation is the only time we ever saw free is the key word what they dont tell you is after you sign the paperwork you just paid for your consultation we paid in the sum of up to $890 we found out that we had to pay another 1700 all the while I was being garnished and unprotected by these people who say they protect given me the jobs of sending outcease and assist letters I went to another bankruptcy lawyer to fight the Garnishment they filed right in front of me within 60 minutes gave me a paper called the garnishment people and put a stop to it before it could come out of my check thats what real lawyers do total cost of my bankruptcy list $1334 a far cry from what Doan LAw cost .every time I called the office I would get Wally Wally is a very rude malicious talking and disrespectful talking person to any customer needless to say Mona was great in the beginning but she gets really good at ignoring your phone calls and whispering why were listening that shes with an attorney and cant come to the phone I encourage you all who read this to please please look other places for an attorney when youre finally bankruptcy I found a one man show who doesnt take on too many cases unlike doan law Bankruptcy law group ask for Gregory hell tell you like it is prove it to be worthy and wont take all your money, good luck to all who read this
