As a long-time customer at Do It Tennis, Im always amazed at the wide array of products they stock, and the speed with which they deliver. One of my most recent purchases was ball hoppers: they had them to me cheaper than any other outlet and shipped them to me in a couple of days. Went in looking for some pickleball shoes with a larger toe box. The young woman stringing Racquets was the only one available to help, and was hardly any help. If you know what you want without needing input, great. If you had questions like me, forget it. Minimal customer service.

Purchased a new pair of Babolat SFX Evo women’s tennis shoes from Do It Tennis. They arrived quickly, however, when I opened the box the shoes smelled of mildew so strongly I had to get them out of the house immediately! Now I know why they were able to ship the shoes right away when other reputable sporting goods vendors have a three week wait time. Damaged goods!

I used to play tennis and compete until college, but none of my family members play nor am i interested in rec leagues at this time of my life. note theres not a ton of footwork involved with the Infinity Play setup, but i like the convenience of keeping my joints loose with groundstroke practice. is it better than hitting against a practice wall? well, i dont have one at home which makes the Infinity Play system very convenient. setup took about 10 mins where feeding the carbon fiber flex tubes took the most time. it folds flat and can store up against a wall. i appreciate the continuous return of the Multi Twist mini ball machine. CONS (meant as product improvement feedback): 1) ball machine throw could be stronger. even on the highest tension, it only throws fresh tennis balls about 10 feet. 2) ball machine is only battery powered so have extras on hand. even though run time is pretty long, weak batteries affect its throw. 3) the catch lip on the front of the net could be a touch higher or more rigid to prevent balls from spilling out of the net as it rolls towards the net chute. 4) the ball machines non-removable handle obstructs entry of the balls at the top of the chute and causes them to jam up. make it removable or shorten the flanges a bit. 5) windier conditions can push the front of the net backwards causing the bottom return platform to level out which impedes the balls roll towards the chute. cant consider guy wires attached to the front on each side to prevent this because no ground attachment is possible on hard playing surfaces. the solution isnt to raise the angle of the platform; doing so makes the balls roll too fast towards the chute and spill over the catch lip (see #3). despite these shortcomings, i can recommend this for casual groundstroke play.

Ordered yonex percept 100dI expected a racquet to be unstrung new condition, but it came strung with synthetic gut.Grommet is completely destroyed, along with the frame ripping off.Ive never seen any pro shop gets to break a brand new racquet frame while stringing.I am very disappointed with the service.

It was a quick delivery, nevertheless never buy from this seller! I requested a refund because these racquets were terrible, the frame and grommets defectives, I tried the racquets and the balance were horrible, wrong swingweight. I WILL NEVER GOING TO BUY A RACQUET FROM THIS SELLER! I tried because it was a lower price than competitors (Now I know why, probably used racquets) So I send the racquets back because first they approved my refund, and now they dont want to give me a refund. So you took the racquets plus my money! What a SCAM! So, I hit a couple of times with the racquets and they were horrible, the worst balance, and weight of my life! I have play tennis for more than 15 years.

I ordered pickleballs from this company through Walmart+. The picture shown in its advertising is a sleeve of 3 Penn pickleballs. I received 3 loose Wilson balls and when I wrote to Do It Tennis, I was told this is how they are shipped. YOU CAN NOT BE SERIOUS! This is deceptive, bait and switch selling.

UPDATE Monday 24 Jan 2022: Do It Tennis sent us the shipping label and did not charge us the restocking fees. We split the shipping cost as agreed. The refund had been issued. We think it is fair to give Do It Tennis two more stars for their cooperation. We are happy that the issue was resolved.*******This is happening to us right now. We are in the process of negotiating for a fair solution for us as customers and this is none of our fault at all. I wish I could give half a star.We ordered an expensive restringing machine for $945 plus taxes. That would be roughly $1,100 after the taxes. I’ve been saving up the money to buy this machine for my son as he loves badminton so much. The machine never showed up at our address. After more than two weeks, we called the store and they said it was shipped to the wrong address because the manufacturer’s warehouse gave UPS the wrong address. I still don’t know how this could happen. I have been buying things online and honestly this had never happened to me prior to this day. We asked for the refund, Do It Tennis said that the unit was still in transit back to the warehouse in Georgia so the refund could not be issued. I found that very unreasonable because what happened was never our fault at all. We paid them the price they asked for and we never got what we paid for. It was not our problem. It was the problem between the store, the warehouse and the UPS. But because my son was nice and trusting so he excepted the offer that they would ship another unit from the store, not from the warehouse, by FedEx to us. Upon delivery immediately we could tell that this machine was a Returned item; not brand new machine. The box was all beat up. And there was another address label of someone else still on the box. We took all the pictures. We then contacted the store letting them know we would not except this unit because it was a returned machine from someone else. They said we had to pay for the shipping back to the store and they would charge us 15% restocking fee. That is ridiculous.After a couple of emails they then said the machine was shipped to them from the manufacturers warehouse then they shipped it to us, the machine was new, they opened it to put the bonus strings in it. Of course everything had to come from the warehouse of manufacturer first. But they forgot the fact that there was another address label on it so we were the second customer receiving the same machine. We sent another email reminding them that there was another customer’s address lable on the box. We also agreed to exchange for another brand new machine that would be shipped directly from the warehouse and we would not pay anything but Do It Tennis would have to pay for the shipping from the warehouse and the shipping charge for us to ship back to them the [returned] machine that Do It Tennis shipped to us. So far it has been more than 24 hours since our last email and we have received no responses from Do It Tennis.If I have to pay for the return shipping charges and the restocking fees then I would file a complaint with Consumer Affair or seeking help from some consumer advocate agency and use the payments as the proof that I am telling the truth. I looked at the one-star reviews and saw that the problems were similar: the orders never came and it was very hard to get the money back. The amount of $1,000 is not a small amount of money. This is our hard earned and honest money, especially during this difficult time, and I vow that I will not give it up for any store owners to cheat us so easily like that. Justice will prevail. They never answer the phone or call me back! 😓😥I ordered a tennis bag from DO IT TENNIS online on December 10, 2022, for My friends Birthday present. And it was said, it will be delivered in 2 days by FedEx but it was delivered on December 16, 2022.Aw, My friend doesnt like the material and color of this new tennis bag. So, I was searching about how to return the item but could not find it online. So, I have been trying to call DO IT TENNIS and trying to get in contact with them so many times. And also I left voicemails and even sent an email too. But They never answered my phone calls and either call me back, yet.This is so ridiculous!Hope they answer my phone call or call me back ASAP.Because I dont want to waste my money and my time here. 😓😥

Do not buy from this company. From my initial order, it took over 40 days to receive a shipment of tennis balls. Their website does not accurately show their current stock, so many items I bought were not actually in stock. Most frustrating was that my order was never received: I had to call multiple times over many weeks, and e-mail, to help them realize that my shipment was lost. From there it was another long frustrating battle just to find out when they would actually re-ship the items. 40+ days later, my simple order of tennis balls arrived in tattered & scattered boxes.

They never shipped out an order even after weeks it was placed. On a previous order, I tried to contact the store for a return with no success in getting a reply back. I was only able to talk to someone after I put a negative review on yelp. There someone was able to help cancel the order that never shipped out and gave me picture of a return label for the first order which will not scan at the FedEx store because its a picture and not a pdf version. I have sent a message again which said it has been read on yelp but they are now ignoring me. Not sure, if they will even refund me for both of the orders like they said they would or send me a proper return label. This place is really shady and one of the worst experiences Ive had. Please take your business somewhere else and be prepared to file a dispute with your card company.

Wish I had checked the recent low reviews for never receiving product. Placed an order on 11/26. Called today on 12/27 and they said they never received payment Bc of a glitch in the system. I do see that now in my email- under subtotal $60 it shows a full discount. I did not notice that tiny print at the bottom of my confirmation of order email. Now they can’t get the shirt I ordered to match my son’s shoes. The only reason I ordered from this company to begin with was to find this shirt that is hard to come by. Wasted a month of time…should have emailed me and told me of the glitch or have a better system to alert them if they didn’t know….

If you bring your racquet to get strung in this shop, pay attention to the quality. When I picked up my racquet, cross strings were curved, thats poor quality as the string is not holding the required tension. I told the responsible that it was not acceptable and they restrung the racquet at no additional cost replacing the string they took from my reel. Pay attention to your strung racquet because they are charging you $30 for stringing your racquet if you bring your own string, make the math if the put they string.

I ordered an item that it turned out they didnt have in stock although the web page stated otherwise. They sent me an email asking if I would accept another color of the same product instead - or if I would like my money back. I replied by asking if the color I wanted would be available some time in the future. They never replied. They did return my money, but its not like it was a great customer experience. The least you can do is to reply an email.

These guys may be OK if you live in the area and have no issues with the product. Try replacing a defective item and you quickly find out how little Do It Tennis cares about their customers. Its been months now that Ive been trying to get the replacement racket and I still have idea what is going on even after being charged for return shipping. Stay away from these scam artists unless you live in the area and can go knocking on the door.
