Ownership oversight is extremely poor. Staff are incompetent. Practices are haphazard and poorly structured. Policies if they even have them are undocumented and you are only told about them until the last minute, they are also not disclosed to you unless you ask. The attitudes of the helpdesk manager are shockingly unprofessional; they will swear at you and flip you off if you disagree with them; sometimes they’ll even assault you by throwing candy at you. Onboarding is non-existent; it’s literally nothing.They have non-existent training, this ties into on-boarding.The culture of work is messy and disorienting; the equipment you’re given to do your job is often very old and in bad shape; don’t expect to get monitors that match, or equipment that actually works properly.The technical bullpen, where the office is located, is easily one of the most mold, spider, and garbage-laden spaces I have ever worked in where men are stuffed together in a dim, moldy office with other men who don’t bathe or lack the knowledge of what a bar of soap is. The now owners inherited the business and lack the proper knowledge and skill set to run an MSP properly. I see why they employee dumpy/ vile people.As a business working with mainly medical offices, they cannot maintain proper HIPAA & PHI security practices. If you are a cheap-wad business or person sure they may fit your budget, but what you are paying for isnt professional experience.I could go on and on about this establishment, on how unprofessional it is. Instead, Ive gone ahead and reported them and the entities they service to the proper authorities.If I could I would give no stars.

The best IT company. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a business owner, I’m so glad to have DMI on my team because they take care of all my IT needs. I’ve been with them for years and have been lucky enough to work with Dan, Jim, Chris, Peter, Tyler, Kamal, Ayo, April, and so many others. All my questions and concerns are always quickly resolved, and I feel confident in knowing I have a secure, HIPAA-compliant office. I fully trust DMI and can’t recommend them enough!

I am a dentist in NJ. We hired dmi Networking several years ago to set up a computer network and server. Dan Gospe and his co-workers are the best group of guys I have ever dealt with in any service industry. They are always available and they take tremendous pride in their work. Anytime I have an IT question, Dan is there to give me advice and guidance. His honesty has saved me thousands of dollars and a tremendous amount of my time. Awesome Service and great guys to help take care of your business. My experience with DMI has always been pleasant and they have always taken care of my concerns asap. I have never felt that they were unwilling or reticent to help and they have always been knowledgeable about all my questions great and small. I highly recommend considering DMI for your healthcare HIPA compliant IT management and backups including live, online, and portable. This is a company you want on your side when things go south on the computer or tech front! Highly recommend!!

DMI is fantastic at managing our issues and software at our Dental Office on the digital level. They are prompt, patient and very effective at problem solving. I highly recommend DMI and their staff especially Dan and Kamal.
