Nothing but false promises & Excuses. They promised to have my Blue Prints copied and in the hand of the city Tuesday, but it turns out that they never even picked it up by then. Then they said they will have it there Thursday morning by 10 am, but, again, it was not there. So, because of them I had to cancel inspection, had a week delay for this Job and lost money. It seems that the guy I talked to on the phone was helpful & understanding and it seems like the delivery driver is the one that screwed me over hard. I will never ever use this service in my life again and I do not recommend anyone use their service, period.
