On time, well packed, great service! I was especially impressed with the service and communication / follow-up of the Distacart team. I recently ordered a hair serum which was quoted at a relatively higher price on Amazon and as well as Walmart. I, not only got this for the best price, but it was also promptly delivered about the same time had I had placed the order via Walmart or Amazon. We dont get this product over the counter. So impressed with Distacart for their range of Ayurvedic supplements, customer service and delivery. I paid extra for 3-5 day expedited shipping and got the order in 3 business days from india, on time for my travels.First impression wasn’t the greatest because I had to spend time on the phone with the company to ensure that the product would reach me in time as they stated ( they said they weren’t sure they could fulfill the order on time but would try) which took up time and caused frustration …having paid extra and all that.But with some pushing they made it happen! If they can be transparent and stand behind their posted 3-5 day shipping times in the future I would give them 5 stars!

One of the worst service provider for US and Canada. They always try to charge custom duty and taxes on customers. Logistic company hold the delivery until custom duties are paid. Distacart says they own the duties and taxes and take almost a week or so to clear the duties and taxes to govt. and you need keep waiting and waiting to get your order delivery, same problem happens every time. Worst service all the time and they will never improve or never feel ashamed despite frequent complaints.

I have purchased 4 Merc Sol and 2 Merc Cor, 30c dilution from Distacart. The ordering process was smooth and easy. They kept on updating me of the shipment. The delivery was done much before the tentative date. They delivered one cardboard box. Each individual bottles were tightly bubble wrapped. And then all the bottles were bundled and bubble wrapped once more before placing in the box. So far I have unwrapped two bottles. But I am almost sure none of the bottles were damaged or broken. Initially I was hesitant to deal with as I have never came across this site. But I am amazed to see how efficient they were. Surely this is my first purchase but certainly not the last. This was my first time shopping at Distacart, it was a terrific experience. I bought several Cell Salts (biochemicals), you can get a large numter of tablets at a great price and they dont have as much sugar as the Cells Salts made in the USA. Their sweets are bit more expensive than other shops but are very fresh and packed in indivdual air-tight boxes so they stay fresh during the trip. The order fulfilment, careful packaging, and shipping were fast and they even called me personally to resolve one small issue with the order, they are very diligent about customer service. The company ships products from India to the US and that is it, no big deal in that. The products are wonderful as there is a wide range to select from but all the products are marked over 200% even for the smallest items. I recently brought 1L ghee from the website it costs Rs. 5000 but I was charged $126 for this one item. All the other items were also marked very high even though they were on the same order. After that, the items get delivered after 15 days. The customer care is not very responsive to such questions either. This is ridiculous. I would never recommend this provider.

Prices are quite high when compare to the price one receives in India, for example a medicine in India charging Rs. 88/2-3 days worth ~ $1 will be charged $15 to $18 for US customers. I think they can be more reasonable as these medicines are to be taken monthly and easily the bill can go as high as $500/month with their rates. I am rating this for the poor logistics and shipping experience. I have placed 2-3 order before the one and they were fine. On one of my recent order there was a perishable food item and after placing the order, there was no update on shipping. We had planned a family vacation and were going to be out of town. I called DistaCart and informed them about it on Friday.They acknowledged it and confirmed as the order has not been shipped, it can be delayed and shipped after Tuesday.While I was out on vacation the following week, the order was delivered on Thursday. The package was out in the summer heat and the food item was spoiled. After this I called the support team and they said they will revert in 24 hours. Since I am writing this review at least 3 days later, I do not expect any answer. We hate to waste food items and having to trash this one. Very quick and safe delivery. I ordered a few items and they were delivered ahead of time and safely. Highly impressed with this service. These guys are genuine! I had checked a few places before ordering and found out they are very responsive as well and the owner Kiran seems to be super active which is a good sign!One caution though: make sure to minimize liquid orders. While they do try to seal the containers correctly, there is a good chance that some of the liquid will spill out. This happens even when we travel and get some liquid/semi-liquid items and only double vacuum sealing in plastic bags helps which I dont think this company can do so for each order so expect spills. We ordered pickle and while it was sealed (they had put a cellophane tap around the place where the lid meets the jar) it was not enough and some of the liquid had spilled over. It was still manageable though.If you need something urgent from India and it is available on their store, I would surely go for it again!

I ordered a book from distacart as a gift for a friend, when I got the book it was damaged due to over wrapping and bending the book. I expressed this news to them and they immediately sprung into action emailing me back with in minutes and sending a new book out the next day, free of charge. When I got the book this time, it was wrapped like a present, in blue foil wrapping. It absolutely made my day seeing the effort they put into making this experience better. I generally get homeopathic medicines from Distacart. This is the only reliable and fastest option to get homeopathic medicines in US in my opinion. Shipping charge is also minimal with an option to get free shipping after $35. I know how difficult it is to pack liquid medicines but they do excellent job!! I am so happy to see the way they pack those medicines. Really amazing!! In one of the deliveries, one bottle was spilled and they refunded me. Great job Distacart!!

A confirmation of my order was quick, the next day a friendly email introducing the CEO and company, then 2 days later an update email regarding the progress of my order (this is most unusual and well received), and a final email was sent the next day when my order was shipped. The tracking information for the shipment was included and user friendly. All of my order was received within 4 days of shipping. The packaging was excellent and all the items were in good order.
