Terrible app!!! Full of glitches and bugs. Anytime you call tech support they are absolutely zero help. I unfortunately use this app for work, yet I have consistently had problems and even lost money because of this garbage app. My current problem is I cant upload any of my work to the server so yea might not get paid again. I have T-Mobile for service and they try and tell me that the problem is on my side, even though I am able to access every single other website on the planet. The app is absolutely terrible and their tech support is even worse. If you are considering using this app for your business.....RUN!!!!!! And any 5 star rating is either paid for or written by their employees. I work at AHM furniture services. UPDATE: I switched my rating from a 1 to a 3 because tech support finally did what they were supposed to do. I guess in most situations like this you just have to talk to the right person. I have been using this software and program since 2019 and it has enhanced my business tenfold. I own a moving company and system has saved well into the $100k range as well as help settle disputes with damages and lateness. The gps tracking and delivery receipts and records help streamline everything. I strongly recommend for anyone who has a logistics part to their business.

I confirmed a scheduled delivery for yesterday between 3 pm and 6 pm. A little after 6, I tried to respond again to the confirmation text and got no answer. I contacted the seller and they could not explain why the delivery had not occurred. I know the product was in the store as it was a floor model. I did not get any call from Dspatchtrack or any response to my texts. Their website would only refer me to the seller and would not answer the chat. The seller has supposedly rescheduled delivery for next week (we already waited 1 week for something that was already in the store). Very Poor customer service.

This stuff is absolute garbage and the company has failed in 3 markets and fired entire offices full of sales people. All development and even some of the business development work is done out of India. Buyer beware when it comes to this product and the terrible customer service that comes with it.
