I am very satisfied with the services received from Discount Tire. Alex was professional and made my experience a great one. Paid attention to my request and kept me informed about the timeline. I ordered my tires, got a nice deal and they were installed quickly. The shop is busy for obvious reasons. Good job from his team as well! And yes they work on Mercedes vehicles.

I brought my 66 mustang in a few months ago to get tires as I experienced a tread separation on the old set of tires. The tires I needed were an odd ball size and I called and spoke with George over the phone. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. No other tire shops in the area were able to get this particular tire. George had them ordered and at the shop in under an hour. As a matter of fact, they arrived at the shop before I even got there. The service was very quick and the guys were friendly and made the experience great. Special thanks to George, Shorty and Joseph for great customer service and knowledge about these classic cars. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and from the jump, all these dudes have been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Every time I come in, Alex greets me with a smile and is super helpful. I actually had to replace all four tires three years ago, and got the best deal. Since then, I’ve gotten so many nails in my tire because of all the construction around the city, and every time, I’ll take it in and they take care of it! Ive always brought my car here, my whole family have always brought their cars here. I had a super bad experience and didnt come back till today. Ive always appreciated this place and being valued, not only as a customer, but as a female customer. Alex didnt try to sell me anything or get me to get new tires right now. I had waited a little last minute to try to schedule an appointment for an oil change and they were nice enough to get me squeezed in same day. The oil change was quick and easy and the front attendant(Josh) was super nice and informative. I got to speak with one of the mechanics and even he was friendly. And price wise, it was definitely worth it. I was able to get my oil changed with some other stuff included in the price, like a tire rotation and more. Overall great experience, would recommend

Called almost every single tire establishment and not one had a R20 tire for my Audi after getting a flat and driving with a rear left spare for several days. I saw this location and immediately the very attractive and extremely professional receptionist Lauren assisted me in making it happen. I left my rim and in the morning my tire was ready and then installed. For a great price that even includes rewards points! The only con was the mechanic placed my spare against my vehicle which caused it to scrape the exterior paint slightly. Aside from that, highly recommended.

Need a manager to get in contact with me immediately. Was advised that tires need to be changed, as stated on maintenance screen in the car. Done. Was advised that oil and filter change was needed. Done. Maintenance light still on. Told that I need to drive it for a day or so, in order to reset it. Brought back to store in Corona, CA. Told immediately, without even looking at the car, that it needs an oil change. I tap the new label and the work order showing it was done. He didnt even look at the paper or vehicle before hand. Then told that I need to reset the system myself. Why would I do that without confirmation? Ok then. Done. Maintenance alert still up. Gentlemen didnt even want to look at the vehicle again. After I paid 500+ dollars and wasted 2 days. Still waiting to see if the alert goes off. This is, needless to say, very frustrating. Manager/corporate contact needed immediately.

I appreciated the experience I recieved at the cite in Corona. There new employee went above and beyond servicing my Honda Civic. He was very respectful and knew my name when I walked in the store, I Never had that happen before. I had an alignment, my tires balanced and rotated and the attendant found a problem with the brakes caliber so they replaced it. Its only been 3 days and So far everything seems well. The attend said it would be warranty for 18 months or 18000 miles. Im happy with that. The cost was $450 Thank you for being so welcoming and pleasing, better then the last two times I was serviced there. Four days later I had to return because I heard a grinding sound when I stepped on the breaks. I initially was upset because one of the mechanics called out and there were more appointments then mechanics. So the wait was longer. After an hour a person called and said it was my back breaks. I wondered why they did not tell me on the first visit. We planned on taking the my car some were else. So I called the shop and told them I would pick up the car to have it ready. When we got to the shop the car was still on the lift. I asked why it was not ready, and what the price was to fix the back breaks. To my suprise he said it would be no cost because they should have checked the breaks the first-time. Thank you Jesus and discount tire center for being professional.

Brian, helped me out a lot with my repairs in my car, along with changing my tires. The whole staff showed me the problems that needed fixing and was knowledgeable about alot of fine details about my car repair. And even helped me out with a discount and financing some of the cost, as the repairs were somewhat extensive and was confident enough to have them fix my car. I just drove over 200 miles with some stop and go traffic without a problem.

Received two quotes from Josh to order a new set of tires. He tried to sneak in a series of up sales without informing me. First he chose the most expensive version of the tires I was requesting, not asking for any clarification on my order. Quoting me $1042 for the tires and install. Placed my order online to get the correct quote and it came out to be $793.62. Placed the order and he called me to clarify the order and to correct his original mistake. Had the tires installed and he still snuck in additional charges. The invoice was increased to 839.52. He deducted $40 from the advertised discount and charged for the premium install package without consent.I asked him about the improper discount he applied, and he claimed it was included in the alignment. I checked the invoice I received online and his claims were not true. I plan to file a chargeback claim for the discrepancy between the invoice.

These guys are great. Dropped my truck off to get a nail plugged on one of my tires. Not only did they fix my plug quickly they also checked out other items that I needed to pay attention to. They did not try and upsell me or try and get me to fix these items, but rather wanted me to be aware of them. Very honest, friendly and quick service. I called over talked to Jorge and he told me to head on over and they would take care of me.Lucky for me, it was just a little nailand was able to be repaired. Chad got on it immediately, and Jorge let me know I didnt need new tires today, but my fronts probably needed to be replaced within the year.I really appreciated them taking care of me on a Sunday right before close as I need my car for work tomorrow.When I need those front tires replaced, I am definitely coming right back here to Jorge and Chad!

I really love this discount tire. I use to go to discount in Cypress and had great experiences there, also the same at the Corona location.One of the main things I love here is they price match, almost no questions asked, which is rare at this kind of place in my experience. They matched walmarts price, didnt even need to show them the price online which I had ready.They would get a 5 star, except that they always give super wrong time estimates, which isnt a huge deal, but it keeps them from being perfect! I expect this and plan for extra time, last time they estimated it would be about 30 minutes (had 2 tires swapped out, they only had 2 in stock) and it ended up taking about 2 hours.

I came in with a quote from another one of their locations and Todd was able to get me the same tires for a little less than what was quoted. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful (I should have gotten her name as well). She offered me a alignment for $20 less than the their normal pricing. I informed her that I didnt have the money and could come in next week if they offer the same price and she said absolutely. After my tires were completed Todd offered me the alignment at half price put the door for the that day and that I was able to do. I just had baby recently so every penny counts. Thank you both for the great service and last min help, I will definitely be coming in for more of my maintenance and refer you guys.

I have not a complete experience shoeing that my tires did nit had the warranty that I thought. I did not use my car fir three years and had them tires to last me 60000 miles after I bought them on 04/18/2019 to this I present time during thise 3 years I was driving a vehicle my company offer me. Also I was told that my warranty expired because I did not give my car the attention that it needed. A nail in the tire is no fun. Toda Sunday, my tire pressure low and as any woman would i freaked out a bit thinking i was gonna be left stranded in the middle of the road. The gentleman that helped me out walked over to me, greeted us and asked what we needed help with.. He was courteous, let me know it was an easy patch work and I had nothing to worry about. I have been coming to Discount Tires for a many years when I need tires or brake pads done. Even though Donovan wasnt working there any more Todd helped me just as great! I came in last minute around 4:00PM and they close now at 5:00PM. I came in with a pinch in my rear passenger tire and Todd still took time to speak with me and understand my concerns. He was able to fit me in and change my tire. But the amazing part was he understood that I didnt want an overpriced tire because I had previously changed one wheel twice and my treads were still good. Phoned for oil change appointment. Got one that was about two weeks away. When I went there I was told in 1.5 hour oil change is done. Returned in two hours and noticed my car just went up on oil pit. After 10-15 minutes I was told due to oil leak in my car they refuse to change my car oil and that it has liability for them. I said I take to Walmart and they have no such problem. But still he refused. I went to Walmart and got it done. At Walmart they reminded me my car has some oil leak. Horrible experience, got new tires and was harassed for an alignment even when I declined went to adjust my coilovers for rubbing and two studs snapped off on one wheel and one on the other. They are in so tight no hand tools can get them off and they were cross threaded. Horrible workers do not waste time here as you will spend more money on repairs than the service you came for.

I opted for the lifetime alignment because I have an off-road truck, and also got the road hazard. I am here this morning to get a tire patched (had a fun weekend). I was amazed how quickly they were able to get all four tires replaced on the truck when I originally came in and how quickly the alignment was done with 100% accuracy. PLEASE READ, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Had a terrible experience at this location. We came in for an oil/filter change and to check out a clacking noise at low speeds on my sons car. They quoted about $1000 to fix everything. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, and was driving it home, oil light came on, THEY FORGOT TO FILL THE OIL! I almost blew my motor and barely made it back to the shop. Upon return, I also noticed damaged to my bumper and front wheel well that ended up costing another $1200+ to fix. Of course Todd the manager denied it, and told me spoke to corporate and they said they wouldnt cover the damage. After all that, the car runs worst than before and still has the original clacking sound we went in for and paid to get repaired. I am assuming nothing was done on the car at all apart from damaging it even further.

I shopped around for a set of four tires for my Chrysler 200 and by far the best deal was Discount Tires. They had my tire installation and oil change completed in one hour. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because one of the employees Ethan was wonderful and great, while the other one Tony was not. I was told over the phone by Bill that he would give me an oil change for $18.99. I specifically stated that to Ethan with Tony standing right there and Ethan said no problem. He said that Tony will ring you up. However, when Tony gave me my estimate, he had charged me $43 for my oil change. I balked immediately and told him about the $18.99 deal and I even asked if I needed to go online and get you a coupon or something, and If I hadn’t noticed it and didn’t demand it, I would’ve over paid. It makes me feel uncomfortable when I have to complain to get my discount that Bill had promised me over the phone. I was not all right with that but what happened next is what really aggravated me about this employee’s actions.When I went to pick up my car I asked Ethan about my alignment check because my invoice specifically stated a free alignment check. Ethan turned to Tony and asked him how the alignment câme out and Tony was hesitant and said well, no we didn’t do that. I noticed on my final invoice that Tony had checked the box that the customer declined the free alignment check. I would’ve never declined a free alignment check because bad alignment can be harmful to tire wear. So, that was a simple case of either an employee cutting corners or, for me, dishonesty because it was not me who declined the alignment check as it specifically says on the invoice the customer declined the alignment check. Again, Ethan was wonderful with his service and hospitality and I really enjoyed that customer experience with him. Tony, on the other hand, not only tried to overcharge me but also failed to get me a complimentary, but very important tire service. To make matters worse, the two very important mail-in rebates were not prepared and I had to bring it up. Ethan then asked Tony to make copies of the invoices and to get me the two rebates. It was observed that Tony was giving an attitude about it. Why should a customer have to ask for it, it should be given to me automatically. Tony made me feel like I was not being taken care of properly. Every customer discount or rebate that was promised to me on the phone by Bill was forgotten, I had to go through an obstacle course and demand it before I received it. It just wasn’t a comfortable experience with that guy. I felt like I had to watch everything he was doing, I got a great deal but, my experience could have been better.

I have been here twice. The first time was to replace all 4 tires. The manager was the one who helped me. He was very friendly and did his part to get me the best price. I know this because I had priced tires a few other places. I didnt have to wait long and I never got the impression that he was trying to up charge me or sell me something I didnt need. The second visit was for a screw in the tire, good thing I got the protection plan. I was a little concerned because I couldnt get the tire off myself due to the tools not fitting on the lug nuts. I was thinking that since that were the last ones to service the tires that it must have been something they did. The tech explained to me very politely what causes this. The cheaply made OEM parts swell up overtime due to moisture getting under the esthetic cover on the lugs. Since I have no way to remove them like this I asked if he could replace them. They only carry the OEM parts but he said if I wanted and had the all metal ones he would replace them. On top of that he told me of a few local places I could get them and even called one while I was calling another one. I got them and he put them on for me. While waiting I was chatting with the manager and he told me where my warranty is covered and since I travel a lot not to be mistaken by a competitor of almost the same name back east since they wouldnt cover my warranty. Everyone was friendly. This is probably the best tire experience I have ever had and Im middle aged so Ive had my share lol.

Todd has the audacity to so politely escort me to my car and say, oh let me check if the head rest cover and footbed paper were taken out...... Zero cars got footbed paper or head rest/seat covering in the entire 3 hours I hung out there...I was in such a hurry to get out of there I forgot my snow valley lift tickets...I go to another shop to get my wheel alignment the next day, my front left tire has a camber angle outside of normal (top angled in compared to the bottom)… the original bolt can’t correct it, I need a different kind of bolt, pay more $$ for the bolt so that the camber angle can be aligned back to normal range or I’ll wear the inner tire out way faster than normal since I drive 100’s miles daily…I had never hit a curb on the left, gone over a speed bump all crazy fast… no trauma to that front left wheel… had just had a wheel alignment done recently Nov1 on the same car… someone TELL me how I could have gotten a camber angle out of normal range??polite baloneyIf he likes you, 2hrs, if he doesnt for some reason, 3hrs and counting with additional damage to cost you $$ to fixDef not coming back to this location!

They were smaller tires that I needed to replace, I had already paid for tires, a refund was due to me. I used my debit card but they said that they could not refund me the cash and they were not able to put it back on my card. So I was told I was going to get a check in the mail. Let’s hope so. Yesterday (10/28/19), my wife called the store in 836 W 6th, Corona, Ca 92882 and checked the cost for our Toyota Sienna synthetic oil change. I believe the mechanic there has enough knowledge to know about this popular Van, not to mention he asked questions about the van and provided estimate of $54. This morning, my wife brought the van to the store and a mechanic got the key and checked the mileage, and again, for sure the mechanic knows exactly what the size of the Van and estimate $60 for the oil change. However, when the service was done, the store charged $84 + tax with a reason of needing more oil for the Van. This is totally a dishonest transition to charge more to a woman customer.not only that, another mechanic also tried to make a sale on site to my wife for replacing filter for $30, then ended up charged $60 2 engine and air filters (I have no idea whats the engine filter.I dont understand why Discount Tire allows mechanics to scam woman knows nothing about car for money. The truth is they can make extra $50 or more one time, but they will lose the customer for life. if they dont straight this thing out, we who own 3 cars never have our car for their service again in the future and think about how much money they will make from service of our carsFor those, especially women, who read this review, make sure to confirm the price on paper before let them service your car. Do no come to this place. If you want to get ripped off, be my guest but they are not reliable or honest. I did some work on my rear breaks with new rotors and pads and after 25k miles one of the rear rotors was hitting metal to metal. Brought the car back and they come up with some bs blaming it on something else. I brought back to get that checked out and they lost two of the nuts from the tires and just played stupid. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!

I bought a new set of Goodyear tires… Thinking that the air pressure would be correct… Didn’t check initially… But the next morning… I checked the tire pressure reader on my dashboard… The driver side tires were at 80 pounds… And the passenger tires were at 60…… Ridiculous… You’re supposed to be a tire shop... That explains why my truck was veering off to the right… After I just got an alignment... not satisfied

This shop was very busy today when I showed up but I was in quite a pinch and needed a tire. I didnt catch the managers name but she was very helpful and courteous. I recommend if you are in corona and are in need of tires.

Do not ever go here. Today I waited for break service for almost 4 hours, finally I asked about my car and the clerk said it they will not be able to get to it today. While I was waiting a mechanic crashed another persons car! Unbelievable. The guy at the counter told me two hours at the beginning of the day. What a terrible experience.

Had an Appointment at 11am they did not even start anything till 4 hours later, a 4 hour wait for a appointment. I made a week prior.. My boyfriend stayed because we needed the breaks done and I was out of town but we will not be back. All that was said was were busy. Well stop taking walk ins over appointments or dont bother scheduling apts.

Good price for brand name tires. Had shopped at a couple mom and pop shops that were providing some dingey brand tires for more expensive rate. Paid $281 otd for momo tires. Salesman and tech did a great job.

I contacted this tire shop in hen I was low on funds and all 4 of my tires were shot out. The price they gave me for tires was more than I had so I hung up. Well they went the extra mile for me without me asking and found me some brand new tires that I could afford and called me back they were friendly and very professional if you need tires I would suggest talking to these guys

Okay they made it right. The manager Charles was really kool and very understanding. He set me up with some falcon tires that grab the road a lot better then the kumhos. No extra cost even though the falcon would have cost $65.00 more. The girl that works outside. Im mad that I didnt get her name, because she handled my car with car and did a good job. I think she deserves a promotion or a raise. She needs to get hooked up.

Jeff Hildebrand not b only got me four tires for h as l the amount of a Goodyear store quote, but spotted a problem with my radiator that could have become quite serious and got it covered under warranty. His service was over and beyond anything I could have expected. Discount Tire has come through for me for at least 20 years. I will continue to follow Jeff to whatever door he is at.

This place is soooo dirty. I was afraid to drink the coffee. And the guy (manager) at the counter went to the restroom (right next to the sitting area) didnt wash his hands. Did not replace the valve stems on my new tires. Also did not wipe my new tires clean. Yuuuuck
