Sometimes they’re busy, but they’re always professional and kind (Brandon M happened to be taking care of me). On this particular day, half an hour before closing, they were so calm and reassuring that the issue with the vehicle, which had to be towed to the site, will be addressed.

Brought my car in today to get a tire rotation and balance. Not only did only one side of my car get the tires rotated, but also they broke my center cap on my rims. $30 to replace it. Upon further visual review didn’t even take the time to clean up from balancing my wheel. I’m not usually disappointed with discount tire but this was terrible. Photo below is the broken parts from my center cap and the front tire that is still needing to be rotated

Love this shop and the work they do. Ive purchased 4 sets of tires over the years and always come back to this shop due to their efficiency and professionalism. There is sometimes a wait because they are so popular but it is always worth it.Recently, Jerry helped me get a tire replaced after a sidewall tear. He was personable and professional and got me squared away without any issues.

Fast and professional, I called and talked with Sergio. I knew what I wanted, he checked to be sure the tires were in stock. Sergio put me in the que for tire installation and told me when to come in... I had two new tires installed and was out the door within 40 minutes! I had gotten a bunch of punctures in my Rear driver side tire. There was a big piece of metal in one of those punctures. I thought for sure Id be talked into buying new tires. However the People working there Patched up the tire no charge as I had bought these tires through discount tire, AKA still under warranty. Yay!

Probably the best Discount Tire I’ve ever been a customer of, and I’ve used this company at every duty station I’ve ever lived at for the past ten year, so I’ve dealt with different Discount Tire’s to be able to see the difference in customer service. So far at this particular location I’ve had multiple tire rotations, and one set of tires replaced with all new tires. They are honest, fast, and always have great customer service. Today I had my tires rotated and the desk person named Nick went above and beyond for my car. Thanks Nick for being a great asset to this location.

Haven’t really been in a tire store in a long time (I got a hubby) this place is great n people are nice and definitely know what they’re doing. Had a slow leak and we doesn’t know what was going on. Came in early, no appt, wait in line few minutes, check me in and I was out in less than an hour. (There was a small nail)I don’t normally give 5 stars but I think I’ll do it today. This is the absolute best place to get new tires. I always come here when Im going to replace my tires. Its not worth going anywhere else (including Costco). Ive been coming here ever since I moved here 12 years ago and this location has the most wonderful employees. Always super friendly and personable.One new change this time when ordering tires online was it took me to Discount Tire Direct which I guess Discount Tire just purchased. It had me order my tires and then asked for a shipping address so I just entered this location. I didnt know if that was new or not but same great service.Jose helped me at the front desk when I arrived and he is the most friendly guy. Discount Tire is fortunate to have great employees like Jose there.I wish all businesses trained their employees like Discount Tire does. At the end of the day, most people that have to get their tires changed are doing so because of wear and tear or a nail got stuck. Its a large expense and makes you in a bad mood but when you get great customer service like they always do at Discount Tire, it makes your day a little happier.Im a customer for life because of their fair prices, large selection of tires and great customer service. I absolutely love this Discount Tire Location. Back in October I had a rim go bad and couldn’t hold air for more than 30 minutes; I came into Discount Tire and they had a very nice set of rims available for my car and got them put on right away! Yesterday I found out I had wires showing on both of my front tires; Discount Tire had tires in my size available and I had 4 brand new tires put on and was on my way in about 1.5 hours. Amazing location, very friendly staff, very fast service. I would recommend these guys to everyone!

As many others have mentioned here, customer service is inconsistent. It all depends on who you is helping you. Some are truly helpful and respectful, others aren’t and just don’t care.Training for staff on customer service needs to be implemented better. I’ve had horrible experiences and I have had good experiences.

Great service and good prices. Theyve earned my bidness several times over. If you have plastic covers on your wheel locks, make sure you have them back on before you leave, theyve missed them a couple times. Or alternatively, remove them yourself before handing the vehicle over.

I came today to fix a nail in my tire. Simple thing right… my car has 15000miles and they say the can’t fix it I have to replace the tire of course they come by pair so basically instead of a quick fix that would cost me nearly nothing they are forcing a 2 tires sale down my throat…Never coming there again and I do not recommend this place at all.I told them I want to fix today and will come for the change later. And he told me “thanks have a good day”…. You be the judge….So unless you want to spend a lot of money there don’t go to this place. PS I replaced my tire here in the past… so it’s not a first take…

I cant say enough great things about this location- I went from CA to Maine and back through the south and they sold me some amazing tires that performed wonderfully! The icing on the cake was my experience recently. I had a flat tire and they werent able to patch it (it was late, about to close, the works) yet they still took care of me and it was still covered under warranty so I didnt pay anything outrageous! They are a great, honest tire place that will not upsell you or get you something you dont need. Theyll tell you the facts and let you make a decision. I see people in the reviews complaining about wait time- try making an appointment instead of walking in and watch your wait time in line magically cut in half.

This store is understaffed, overly busy, and really messed up installing our tires.We had tires installed on our vehicle one Saturday morning, as my wife was driving the car shortly after, one of the rear tires went flat on the freeway. After a tow back to this Discount Tire location, it turned out that the technician didnt install the valve correctly and it sucked into the tire.They installed a temporary tire for us (ours were ordered) and said they would call once the replacement came in.We ALSO noticed that whenever we started the car the horn would beep 3 times very quickly. I mentioned this to the manager and he seemed somewhat perplexed.Fast forward to a couple of days later, the manager called and we got the new tire put on. The horn was still beeping, the technician couldnt figure it out. The manager said he would call his mechanic, but I could watch YOUTUBE videos to figure it out (because surely it couldnt be their fault, right?!?!?).To be fair, I didnt follow up with the store, because honestly, I dont trust these guys with my car anymore. A quick trip to the Ford dealership and they were able to stop the honking by, guess what? FIXING THE SENSOR THAT THE INSTALLED INCORRECTLY!!!!!Look, I LOVE Discount Tire as a whole. This store, however, I will never come back to. I would like to feel like I can safely drive my vehicle when I leave the shop.

We blew a tire today .. On the 15 of all places. After getting the spare on my truck we crawled to Discount Tire. The assistant manager, Jose was absolutely amazing! Unfortunately the tire wasn’t able to be patched but Jose went above and beyond to ensure my family could travel home safely! I was very pleased with my visit this evening! My TPMS warned me on my way to work that my pressure was low while I was on the freeway to work. When I got there it still had some air in it so I figured it was just low. After work it was completely flat. I got some air at the gas station but the air wasnt holding and slowly leaking back out. I Google discount tire but Evans Tire was closer, I went there and they said they didnt have that tire size. They said I should put on my spare and go somewhere else. Didnt even offer to look at the tire. So I drove down the street to Discount Tire. It looked real busy. I walked in and immediately was greated by both sales man at the front and they said they would be right with me. When it was my turn, I told him the problem and the tire size I would need and he said lets check out my car first. He got down and expected my tire and found a nail in the center. He said he would rather try to fix it first and if that didnt work then I could buy a tire. I couldnt find my wheel lock and he went into the shop and found one that fit and offered to sell me a new one for 6 bucks. They pulled my car up less then about 30 minutes even though it was really busy(around 5pm). They were able to patch it and it was at no charge!!! I wish I could have tipped them for helping me out the way they did and want to give a extra thanks to Nicholas for his extra effort with helping me fix the tire. His customer service was excellent. And the entire crew did a good job. And I give props to the guy doing air checks, it was like 10 cars in line waiting and he handled it great! Thanks again

Went to the Discount Tire in PQ after finding a screw in my tire. This place is so well run I was very impressed. Easy walk in experience set clear and reasonable expectations and provided same day service. Best of all the inspection and repair were free of charge! Got tires installed, they misplaced the lug key. When I came back to get my tires rotated they charge me $10 lock to remove. They told me I may get some knicks on my wheels which was fine since they aren’t special wheels at all. They messaged me saying my car was ready, when I got there, my car was still in the bay getting work done. Some said they would check on it and it should be just a minute so I waited… for 15 minutes. So I left. When they called me back they told me one stud broke off. Then they said another one locked up WHILE PUTTING ANOTHER LUGNUT ON. If it gets Locked up on the way IN then they put it on crooked, no one apologized and said since I’m gonna change the brakes anyway I can just FIX IT MYSELF!!!! I was so mad and frustrated I just left. They broke 2 lugs on my car, charged me for fixing their mistake and left me with a more repairs than when I came in!!!!

I needed my tires rotated and without an appointment, they were quick. I had paperwork to complete with me so after I was done writing. I was not in a hurry and I told them so, but they are efficient and I was delighted to find that they accomplished my rotation before I expected it.If you are in a hurry, do make an appointment. I went to this location to get my tires rotated, the man behind the counter whose name started with an S was very kind to me, didn’t try to get me to buy any extras, etc. this location also has a link where you can track your servicing from start to finish, kinda similar to when you order delivery and are watching it being made and delivered, lol. I was in and out within an hour as a walk in. I am satisfied and recommend this location.

My favorite tire place. Very good service. Great options. I end changing my tires every 2 to 3 years. I ways end getting lot of the money back for milage warranty and end up paying half the price for new tires.Best part is rotation and balancing is done in a reasonable time. Costco is terrible in this arena. Also service sucks at Costco. Discount tires is way betterService does vary a bit by who you are taking to. But rarely I felt I didnt get a good deal.One thing always bothered me that their warranty does NOT cover replacing a pair if you get one of your tires flat. You cant replace just one tire, ideally. I wish they will give you back prorated value for the one good tire that need replacing in this case.

I had a flat tire and went to this Discount Tire shop. My instruction is to repair the tire if possible otherwise install new four tires. My service person, Antonio, did all the measurements and provided many useful information and suggestions. The service was done very quickly. I expected they would sell me four new tires since it is not profitable to them. Instead, they repaired my tire for free! I really appreciate their honest and great service. I cant say tires is something I typically enjoy shopping for or posting about, but they made it so simple. I went onto their website, put in my car details, and they gave a list of all the tires they had, including price and other important details (like stopping distance). I picked out the tires, scheduled a time to install them, and paid online. When I went to the store, I checked in, they took my key, and about 40 minutes later, I was on my way. They didnt try to sell me a different tire or sell me on anything else. It was super easy! And they were all very friendly, and related to COVID19, everyone was wearing a mask and they have the waiting room set up nicely to keep people separate (and all the doors are open so lots of fresh air). Ive never felt compelled to write a review about a tire place, but this was the best experience ever.

Tell them you are in a hurry and cry and whine about picking up your kids and they will let you cut the line. Watched the above scenario ensue while I was patiently waiting for my truck to be serviced while a guy in flip flops and shorts walks in and without an appointment starts in right away on how he was not sure that they were going to be able to meet his time constraints (nevermind mine). Checked in @9:27 my completion time was set for 10:45... Truck was still in the same parking spot at 10:45 asked for my keys back. My wife’s car had a nail in her tire and they were able to switch it for a spare and ordered the replacement tire. A couple of days later they installed the new tire and we were good to go.My wife had taken the car to another tire shop in the area first and they basically tried to scare her into leaving the car at the shop without even looking at it or doing anything to help. Kudos to Discount Tire staff for help getting our only car back on the road!

Great stop for any service related to tires from a new set to a quick air fill. 9 times out of 10, the team members here are above the bar at any other Discount Tire Ive visited. Ive bought a few sets of tires here, and recommend anyone within the area go here. They are willing to offer great pricing and are efficient in getting to your car. Ive noticed a spike in the wait due to more customers (great for them), and had an experience with one employee that would have left a really poor impression had it been my first time. Fate took me to this facility to fix a flat tire on my Prius while we were in San Diego. The facility was very busy, but they still accepted my car. I observed while waiting for the repair, all employees were working working fast and were very professional with customers. After the flat tire was fixed the guy told me he cleared the flat and service indicators as well, and handed me the keys and didn’t charge me. I was delightfully surprised. Super service by Blake and Nick. I ordered my tires on-line this morning. Blake called me by 11:00 and guided me to better tires at a cheaper price. I arrived 30 mins later and Nick told me the size I needed was less expensive, showed me why and the quality rating of the tires I was getting. We had a great conversation about how this location was great because there are shops and restaurants to hang out in. I wandered for a bit and stopped for a cup of coffee. Every time Ive gone into this location, I receive the best customer service, from every single member on the staff. They have the best prices around, and at this point, even if thy didnt, I would still return to this location for their great service. I was offered a cold water while I waited. I was late to work because the first 3 tire shops I went to didnt have my tire. I drive a 2000 civic those are pretty common as is 14 inch tires. I got there 5 min before I had to be at work and they seemed busy. I didnt catch the guys name but he was awesome he took my flat and got the new one on before a stall opened so when a spot opened I pulled in and was out 5 min later with a good affordable tire that was about what I paid for my last new one

I was first told of a nail in my tire at the Subaru dealership and they wanted to charge me $300 for a replacement. They didnt have the tire in stock so I went to Discount tires and talked with Clay. He quoted me $220 (with taxes/fees) for the tire. I came in the next day to get it installed and he said that the tire was repairable! Not only is Clay super nice and professional, he saved me a ton of money. Im really thankful for the great experience.

I recently had to replace all of my tires on my MINI Cooper Countryman S. I had checked out a few tire stores and am so glad that I decided to go with this Discount Tire location in Rancho Penasquitos. The customer service here is outstanding, the employees (Tony and Dennis) are very knowledgeable and they helped me in choosing the correct tires for my car per my requirements. An appointment was made to install the new tires and it was done in a timely manner without any issues.Only issue: I was not given the necessary information to obtain the $70 rebate on the tires I purchased when I paid the bill, had to return to the store for it, filled out the necessary info for the rebate online, had to call Discount Tire to see where it was and 2 months after purchasing 4 tires am still waiting for the rebate.

Pretty sure discount tire took advantage of me. It was my first time at the place, and I had a leaky tire. They said over the phone that they would fix my tire for free. I get there, and they asked what I would do if they couldn’t fix my tire. I told them I’d get a new one or something. I didn’t think it was that important of a question. However, my car was taking up space in their shop, and they had taken off a tire. I couldn’t leave. I asked them to put the tire back on so I could leave, and they wouldn’t do it. They wouldn’t put my spare tire on either because it was too old. They offered to put on a used tire for $40, and I agreed, but then they told me they didn’t have any. It’s a huge tire shop, and they don’t have a single used tire? Yeah right. They knew I had no option but to buy their tires.The guy kept bringing up the fact that I said in the beginning that if it was unfixable I would buy a new tire. Yeah, well that’s because they conveniently left out the part that if they couldn’t fix it I would be stuck there unless I paid them money. Besides, it’s not like they told me how much it would cost in advance. I couldn’t just buy one tire there cause then the other 3 wouldn’t match, so I had to buy all 4 for $435. I kept asking if I had any other options and they told me I didn’t.So basically, I came for a free tire repair, and then ended up getting held, there unable to leave, unless I paid them a bunch of money.Most of the employees were nice people though and the place is very fancy. Pretty sure it’s not the discount tires fault, just the one guy who was “helping” me took advantage. His name was Francisco.

Been here a couple of times and I cant say Ill return; The prices are competitive but thats where it ends. As a disclaimer, I rotate my tires myself because this place takes hours to do simple tasks such as this.The first time I went there, I had a tire in mind for my hot hatch, made an appointment but still waited an hour because they dont honor appointments. The salesmen insisted that their custom Continental tire had better tread wear and performance which at the time I didnt do enough research and believed the salesman. Very wrong because they wore out in 30k miles when theyre supposed to last 65k, I should have known not to put an all season tire on a hot hatch and the sales rep should have informed me of this as well. From reviews of the tire I originally wanted it would have performed much better. I think the sales guy got more of a commission or something like that for it. On top of the waiting and bad recommendation, they didnt even have the fourth tire in stock and had to order it which left me with three new tires and one old tire for a couple of days which was a very weird handling experience.The second time I went was to replace the preemptively worn tires for a pilot super sport. They good thing is they they prorated my tread-life for the old tire. This is my only good experience.The third time I went in, I had them patch a hole in my tire made by a screw. Because I knew they took forever to do simple tasks, I pulled the tire myself, slapped on the spare and dropped it off. It was relatively close to closing so they told me theyd have it ready by the next day.. sure. I come by the next day to pick it up, took it home, and then replaced it once again because they would have taken hours to put it back on. Upon re-installation, I noticed they changed the valve stem cap from my pretty chrome one to a basic plastic one, which isnt a big deal but now I had one completely mismatched cap. I went back to the store and indicated this to the reps which he claimed it was common practice to throw those away when they patch tires I know they pull the valve stem but it doesnt make a whole lot of sense to throw a non-plastic cap away. I ask them politely to either replace the one or replace all four because they lost it. The guy disgruntle-ly goes in the back and finds the exact they threw away after ten minutes in the back, goes out to my car and half ass unscrews the plastic stem cover and screws in my old one.I get the impression they treat all their customers are incompetent and they know best.
