Insanely fast affordable and very reliable, had a problem with my pc that I couldnt troubleshoot, brought it to Jeff and he fixed it within an hour. Will definitely come back for any pc troubles I cant fix.

2021-08-13 08:39:04Had problems with laptop crashing and freezing. Jeff recommended to have the hard dive replaced. I asked also to add more memory which he did. When i got the laptop back, i noticed that several keys did not work. He replaced the keyboard for no charge. Now the left shift key does not work and some keys you needed to be hit hard. i sent two texts identifying this problem. I called three times and got a busy signal and could not leave a voice mail.

2021-07-26 08:35:22Very unhappy with Jeffs service. He installed a cracked version of windows on my brand new laptop. He said it was all fine, but installed my new upgrades using tape instead of the caddy I specifically gave him and told him to install.

2021-07-27 04:44:48Im not sure how this fraud is getting negative reviews removed, but DO NOT USE HIM unless you want to get ripped off or hit on by a creepy old man.. He tried to tell me my computer was unrepairable, that nothing worked despite me telling him it was partially functional (liquid damage), and suggested I purchase a $900 subpar laptop to replace my $1700 gaming laptop. He also said it would cost 700 bucks to repair with no breakdown as to how he tested my computer and what that money was for. Low and behold.. I forfeit the 60 bucks jut to get my laptop back, and got it fixed by a REAL professional for $100.

2020-10-02 23:22:47My desktop would not boot and fans sounde like a jet engine. Called Jeff explained the problem, he came over within an hour. Fixed! Call him price was fair, he know his computers. No files lost, works great now.
