Very impressed with the expertise and level of service. Making a shift from having a single carrier to multiple was a big change for me and both Peter and Stephanie at Direct Quote were knowledge, patient and most of all, willing to adopt my preferred communication methods (email/text) which really helped to minimize any phone-tags from happening throughout the process. This is all still quite new (my policy change takes affect tomorrow), but thus far, Im very happy with Direct Quote.

I have worked with Direct Quote Insurance to insure two homes. They have the best service ever, and I have worked with several brokers and insurance companies over 35 years. They go above and beyond, finding the best quotes possible, and they are a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism is the highest I have seen in this industry. I highly recommend them, I wont insure a house without them.

Very nice experience, have decided to stick with Direct Quote Insurance for my home warranty policy renewal because they have been providing excellent customer service and put customer’s interest first in providing best rates and options. In a time where finding a policy in CA is difficult, Peter did just that. I was able to drop my big name carrier who more than tripled my rate with no explanation. When Progressive dropped us because we were in a fire zone, Direct Quote stepped in and replaced them with an equally rated company, with higher coverage amounts and saved us money, $2,500 less than what Progressive charged and we bundled our auto because Geico raised us by 25% for no reason. We saved another $1,500 a year here. And they know how to do this. It was fast, efficient, and the best insurance agency I have worked with for my personal insurance needs. Call them! You wont be disappointed.

Peter and Stephanie from Direct Quote Insurance Services are fantastic! Like so many Californians, our homeowners insurance policy was cancelled.
