I had the best experience working with Direct Mortgage Funding. Monica Centra’s team was nothing short of amazing. Jason got me started and was very open and honest about what I needed to do. He checked in with me frequently when I was looking for a home and made sure I had letters when needed. Misty was phenomenal! She communicated everything that was coming up and what next steps looked like. The app that they use for documents is so easy to use and I was able to text Misty when I had something uploaded and they were able to get to it immediately. Everyone made everything so easy and I could not recommend this agency enough!

I appreciated the constant communication and loan status updates. When other lenders turned me down Monica, Natasha, Misty, Alison, and team got the loan done. Upfront Natasha asked questions to understand my unique situation and made sure I had all the information to make an informed decision. They helped me find an awesome loan with a competitive rate for my home loan. Throughout the process Michael gave me regular email updates with videos explaining the status and the process. Deanna made sure everything was together and all the details correct, and made sure we closed on time. All I had to do was sign my name...a hundred times...with the notary. I now have a super historically low interest rate that will save me thousands of dollars in interest paid over the term of my mortgage.
