I first used the Direct Capital Lending (DCL) services in 2003 to refinance a loan from Navy Federal Credit Union. The important factors that I took into consideration included their interest rates, fees, loan terms, customer service, and DCLs overall reputation. I also referred 3 of my US Navy buddies and like me, they are now forever customers. Its always important to me to compare these factors across multiple lending companies to ensure I always get the best deal... DCL has been doing that for me for two decades now. Additionally, you may want to consider reading reviews from some of his other customers who have used the companys services in the past. DCLs reputation is on the internet for all to see.This can give you an idea of what to expect in terms of the application process, funding timeline, and overall experience... Five Stars every time for me.

Thanks to Aldo and his great team we accomplished our dream of becoming homeowners. We went to other lenders and were just given the run around. Our last hope was direct capital lending and they did it in 45 days. They promised and delivered. Daily communication, with them. I was so comfortable and all of our doubts were cleared. Great experience. Aldo Gutierrez is perfect to work with. He answered all of my questions during and after buying our home. Would highly recommend. My husband and I worked with Aldo on the purchase of our first home also did a great job with our refinance always returning calls promptly he is efficient and friendly.
