I connected with Dillon randomly through a Zillow request. Thank goodness that happened. Dillon took the time to connect with me and understand what my goals were with real estate. Dillon successfully helped/guided me through my transaction. He was extremely knowledgeable and organized. He quickly put together a plan and outline. I knew exactly where I was supposed to be in the buying process. 95% of realtors do this as a part-time job, and have no idea what they are doing. What I can tell you is that Dillon is in that 5% who do this full-time and as a career. If you go with Dillon and his team at Abundance Realty, you will be surrounding yourself with experts in the real estate industry.

This is my second time working with Dillon and he never ceases to impress me. He makes stressful situations seem not stressful at all and he always finds solutions to problems in a timely manner. Dillon goes way above and beyond for his clients!! After working with Dillon on multiple projects I can see how far he goes beyond normal realtor expectations to help his clients. He helped facilitate a number of challenging road blocks with a builder for new home purchase and mitigate with confidence to reduce the stress for his clients. Without his guidance could’ve been a much worse situation for buyer and sellers. Always very responsive and works weith integrity!

Seriously can not rave enough about how great of a realtor Dillon is. Mostly because he did what the other realtors we met with said couldnt happen. He sold our condo for more money than two other realtors said its worth. I love how smoothly he made our transition and how quickly he helped us find a new home in Temecula! He even helped with arranging for us to find a moving company, transfer utilities, recommend local restaurants in our new neighborhood. So appreciative. Not only is he amazing professionally but Dillon is also just easy to talk to, like you have a friend in him as well. Incredible work Dillon thank you again!

Dillon is an incredible, knowledgable Realtor! He responded immediately to all our requests when we had a question no matter what time of day, night or weekend. He took the time to explain timelines / real estate procedures and more importantly he watched timelines to make sure our transaction was on track and closed on time.
