What an amazing experience I had at Dignity! I felt so welcome the minute I walked in! Ashley was just wonderful to explain every detail with me about my procedure, what I could expect after and all about all new procedures I was interested in. Can’t say enough about Lacey! She is so sweet and so knowledgeable about anything and everything I needed to know. She went out of her way to make me feel so comfortable. Can’t wait to go back! So thankful I was referred to Dignity! 💗

I highly recommend Dignity Aesthetics. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Joty was very patient and answered all my questions at my consult. When I returned for my procedure, she remembered my concerns and took time to go over them again. She made sure I was comfortable during my visit and checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was okay. I really appreciated her patience with my nervousness. I was very pleased and will be back!

Haley and Ashley are absolutely amazing!! I have extreme anxiety and frequent panic attacks, which can make my appointments challenging.I have been seeing Ashley for some time, both for Botox and Ultherapy. Just last week I had my Ultherapy session with her. It being a longer appt always makes me a bit more nervous…but she always makes me feel comfortable. I sometimes have to stop and take a break, stand up and walk around…which she is very understanding about. She is always checking in on me throughout the procedure to make sure I am comfortable, which is appreciated. I love that she knows my quirks and works around them without making me feel self-conscious.Today was my first appointment with Haley for Botox. I was feeling especially anxious and really wasnt sure if I could go through with the appointment. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, was so kind, patient, and understanding! She never made me feel embarrassed, and helped to get me through the appointment with kindness and encouragement. Plus, she is amazing at botox, barely felt anything.It might sounds strange to some that a person can be so anxious about appts like this, but for those of you that know what I am talking about just know you can do it…and these ladies will help!I highly recommend Ashley, Haley and Dignity Aesthetics!

It’s been a month since the IPL facial and mole removal, I am so happy with the results and I highly recommend Dignity Medical Esthetics. I visited Dignity Medical Aesthetics after being told by my MD that the mole I wanted removed was going to cost $800 and wasn’t covered by insurance because it was cosmetic. Gretchen greeted me warmly and photographed the mole on my eyelid as well as my face. I decided to have a IPL facial on my face and PA Joty Pablo treated the sun damaged areas on my face. Dr. Zanoni-Potts assessed the mole area and assured me she could remove it (in a separate appointment). I couldn’t be happier and all this for less than $400. Oh, I also was super impressed with their selection of skin care products. Thank you Dignity Medical Esthetics!

Although I wasnt a candidate for the procedure I was looking into, Missy help me choose an alternative to help me with my dark spots. Looking forward to seeing them in the next couple of weeks, after using Obagi moisturizer line.

Great staff, well- trained and courteous, always helpful with good advice. My most recent procedure was an IPL which I think stands for intense pulsed light. It removes brown spots on the skin caused by the sun and aging. I was very happy with the careful, thorough job that the technician performed. Over the years I have had a variety of treatments, and I can offer no stronger evidence of my satisfaction than the fact that I keep returning. I very strongly recommend Dignity Medical Aesthetics. Update: have had several procedures this year (2023) and have been happy with them all. The staff is really superlative. Theres aging, and theres aging well. Dignity Medical Aesthetics truly helps with the latter.

I received the 3 D series IPL and laser and im super happy w my results. Ive only had 2 treatments out of 3 and I feel like it took 10 years off my skin. The pigmentation issue is almost entirely resolved and I feel like some crepey skin is gone. My wrinkles seem unchanged, but because the skin is so much smoother and clearer they dont bug me as much. They gave me lots of samples and staff was friendly and helpful

Everyone at Dignity Medical Aesthetics are so friendly. I had an IPL treatment with Cate last month and I love my results! During my consultation, she thoroughly explained what to expect during and after the treatment, and happily answered all of my questions. I appreciated that she ensured I was comfortable during the treatment and she even sent me home with a small ice pack (though I didnt end up needing it). I would highly recommend Cate to all my friends and family.

I am not the kind of person that wears a ton of makeup, and don’t like to look overly done up. I’m definitely a more casual kind of person when it comes to appearance. That being said, I was very nervous about doing Botox treatments because I was worried about what the results would bring. I was reassured by the welcoming staff, and the fact that no one in the office was over done! They all just looked beautiful and relaxed! They thoroughly explained the procedure as well as other procedures, showing me before and after photos, and taking photos of my areas of concern as well. I felt so comfortable in their hands that I decided to get Botox that day!I’m extremely happy with the results and have gone back for additional areas. I love that I don’t look tired and grouchy anymore! I will keep using Dignity Medical Aesthetics for touch ups and any other procedures I might decide to do!

I would definitely recommend Dignity Medical Aesthetics! Everyone was very professional and so nice. The process of some facial mole removal was not painless but truly, was not bad at all. It’s been just over two weeks, and most of the scabbing is now gone. I feel certain all will be completely healed within a couple more weeks. I would go back for other procedures.

Loved my IPL photo facial and laser resurfacing experience with Cate Borrego. She did an amazing job walking me through the procedure and sharing all of the post treatment care. I got Botox here last week and they did such a good job. Haley was so knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and made it as pain free as I’ve ever experienced. She clearly knows what she’s doing. I felt like she really took her time to educate me on risks, assess the results I was looking for, and didn’t pressure me into any procedures. Highly recommend this facility to everyone looking for cosmetic procedures. I got Botox before (at a different facility) and was so unhappy with the results, my eyebrow ended up looking droopy. I was concerned to get Botox again but heard wonderful things about Haley and I’m so glad I had her do it this time. I told her my concerns and she knew how to avoid that from happening. My eyebrows still move slightly but my forehead wrinkles are smooth as butter. Haley mentioned all the services they had but never pushed me to do anything. She even told me I didn’t really need lip filler but said she’d do it if I wanted to next time. I’m definitely only going to her and this facility for Botox (or other cosmetic procedures) from now on.

I was complaining to Missy about how I can only wear athletic shoes this summer because my planter fasciitis was so painful. She told me that Botox has been proven to relieve plantar fasciitis pain. The staff is very friendly and professional!However they get booked up very quickly. I am supposed to have sessions every 4 weeks but instead I end up having sessions 6+ weeks out. It is also inconvenient that they are only open weekdays until 5 and every other Saturday. I really wish they were open later on weekdays for those who work, or at least open every Saturday. It has been stressful to make appointments around my work schedule. I was also lead to believe that I would only need 7-8 laser hair removal sessions and that these treatments were permanent, however I was later told by one of the staff members that I might have to continue these sessions for the rest of my life. I have had about 10-12 laser hair removal sessions and still require more. I do think the treatments are working but it is definitely a slower process then I thought, and I still have many stubborn hairs that continue to grow back. It seems like the hair is gone for about 3 weeks but it grows back after. This is definitely a procedure that needs to be diligently kept up on.

I have been using Obagi products on and off for years. My esthetician has moved to Modesto so I needed to find a new office. I called Dignity and they made an appointment 2 days later. I met with Haley. She told me about all the wonderful services the office provides, but I was only there to get established so I could purchase Obagi. If I could give this place six stars I would, without a doubt! Just received a consultation from Dignity Medical Aesthetics with Jen, RN. We discussed the type of skin care procedures their office provides and helped me make my decision. She openly explained the types of work she has had done on herself and that’s the kind of look I want. She gave me samples of a daily spf 40 that I could start using daily that aren’t harsh on the skin. I’m excited and can’t wait to schedule my 1st procedure with them! Their customer service was outstanding! Jen, RN made me feel so comfortable and answered all my newbie questions.

I have rosacea and decided to try out the IPL photo facial. The facility was clean and the receptionist were friendly and prompt. I was taken back to the room where Cate Borrego completed my treatment. She was kind and constantly making sure I was doing ok. I tend to swell up during these treatments, so she even paused during the treatment to ice my face to reduce the swelling. I will definitely go back to Cate again for my next treatment. I might even try Botox which she was telling me could help with my migraines.

So pleased with my results! I got fillers on my lips and I’m day 2 after getting them. Hardly swollen or bruised and I’m already so happy with my results. The nurse who did them was so awesome and kind and very helpful and talked me thru the whole thing even when I did feel nauseous, she was very kind and understanding. I highly reconnect this office. They are so professional and don’t care about making money more about their patients. I originally went in there for Botox and injections in my lips. She told me I didn’t really need Botox yet and most offices would have sold their products on their patients anyways just to make a buck. This was not the case here. Didnt feel like I was being pressured into more treatment than I needed which by the far one of the best feelings in the world. I got ultherapy treatment on my upper brow area for eyelid sagging in September 2017.As I am sitting down into the chair for my appointment, Haley says out of the blue that I can do the side of my eyes as well for another $650.00 to get even better results. (What opportunistic timing). I declined (thank god) and then after the treatment, when I went to pay, they tried to bill me for $1300.00.Right away, after treatment, I had shooting pains in my scalp and many areas of tenderness on top of my head which I had for about 3 months.I was never told that this was a possible side effect. I was, however, told that I would begin to see some changes around 3-4 months which is also what I read online. Over 4 months later, there was absolutely no difference.I was waiting for somebody from the office to call to check to see how I was doing so I could mention these things to them. NO CALL.I finally called the office to talk to Haley about my concerns and had to leave a message with the receptionist. The receptionist did not call me back until three days later, to say that Haley is only in the office to do appointments and has a packed schedule and cannot possibly take any time out of her day to call me back.. I cannot believe that I spend $650.00 and I cannot get her to take 5 minutes of her time to speak to me.I had to email Dignity Medical to actually get some kind of response. The office manager kept pressuring me to come in to the office so that they can compare what I look like now with the photographs taken before the procedure. She tells me that it takes up to 6 months to see final results. This is news to me as this is not what I was told. Regardless, over 6 months later, I still see no change. This makes no sense to me since as I stated to her that I have lived with my face for over 50 years and if anyone can tell if there is any improvement, it would be me. Besides, isnt the point for the client to be happy with the outcome and not for Dignity Medical to tell you that you have some kind of improvement that you do not see???I kept asking what would be the benefit for me to go into the office besides them telling me that there was some change that I absolutely could not see? I am wondering if they wanted to con me into getting another treatment once I was back in the office. Finally, she admits that apparently, the only thing that would happen would be that they could report this (non)result to Ulthera – And this is supposed to benefit to me how?? End result is: they have their money - $650.00, I am out $650.00 and have absolutely nothing to show for it.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this sham procedure.
