I had a desktop hard drive that suddenly failed. The drive was not readable at another local repair shop but Digitech Solution has specialized equipment and techs and saved the day. They are lightning fast, professional, reasonably priced and highly competent. For me to say this about anyone means a lot, as I am in a service based business and pride myself and providing excellent service. I highly recommend the guys at Digitech Solution for Repairs and systems services! I am sure all the services they provide are just as great!

Ive needed a new battery for my 3-year old HP laptop for nearly a year, but didnt want to pay the high price(s) offered via HP and other third-party retailers. These guys got me a new battery within days for less than $60. These guys were kind and knowledgeable. Im still amazed and feared Id have to dish out hundreds of dollars for a new computer. After two days of usage, the battery charges quickly, retains its charge while working well over four hours. I no longer have to carry my battery charger around to keep a charge. Thanks DSI!!

I know my computer isnt the lastest model or something like that but when I leave there for a screen failure it was in good shape, nothing broken, keyboard was inside the keyboard frame, etc. I didnt know the end of this story gonna be a broken laptop, with a repair who never works, lost of $$$, a laptop returned in bad shape with the keyboard out of the keyboard frame and a screen with graphics problem. Totally disappointed of the service. The owner seems like a great guy but I believe he just want to make business with me with a new computer. I normally dont review this hard but this is a really bad business. Now I have to invest in a new computer, no refund, no nothing... I just give away the 60 dollars I pay for nothing because nothing happen... I hope nobody else has this experience. I NEVER recommend this place for computer repair.

Daniel has been awesome - he fixed my laptop the day after a liquid spillage. I am in a new town and urgently needed it fixed as I have to give a talk in 2 days. I cant thank him enough for such a quick support- really appreciate the service.

Wow! These guys are great. Excellent service, great communication, and best of all quality work at a very affordable price. Had them install a few cameras around my house, they delivered as promised and on time. Definitely would recommend to everyone I know!. Keep up the good work!

I was referred to Digitech after another repair shop said they would take a full week and might not be able to fix my laptop after my son dropped a tiny amount of water on it. Digi got on it right away, fixed the computer, and replaced the screen for FAR less than a new computer would be, and within two days. Like many people, I live by my computer, so waiting a full week for a maybe was not an option. Digitech is quick, efficient, professional, effective, and good problem-solvers. Despite the very good reviews theyve received, Digitech Solutions is one of the worst businesses Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. What was supposed to be a one or two week service turned out to be an almost 4-month ordeal that costs me more than $1,000 and a still not completely operational laptop (the laptop now has problems that it didnt before).It was not only their incompetence and slowness that frustrated and worried me, it was also their dishonesty and utter lack of professionalism. This includes misdiagnoses, false promises, constant delays, rudeness, to downright ignoring my attempts at communication when Im overseas and cannot come to the store. Below are the lengthy details.I brought my laptop into the store in early July. After diagnoses from Digitech Solutions, I was told that I would need a new video card, and replacing it would take approximately 1 week. This was not the case however, as they later told me that the laptop also needs a new motherboard. My card was charge once in 7/15 /16 and once in 8/02/16, the amount each time was $547 (totaling $1094) for the video card and the motherboard. When the first motherboard replacement was found defective, I came to the store for a refund and to take my laptop elsewhere. However. Micheal convinced me let the store give it another try, which I did.Some weeks later, when the second motherboard also turned out to be defective, I was already packing to leave the country for several months. At this point, Michael told me that I would not get the full refund - 35% of the amount, or about $380 would be the restocking fee (note that this wasnt the case when the first motherboard was found defective, meaning I could have gotten the full refund had I not let them continue working on my laptop). Michael also repeatedly assured me that my case was an anomaly, a one in a thousand situation, and that if I would allow Digitech Solutions to order yet another motherboard, they would make sure everything is in working order, and would ship it overseas free of charge. He appeared very sincere. The order would take a few days to arrive, Michael promised. Shipping takes about 1 week, so understandably and foolishly, I assumed that the laptop would be in my possession in about two weeks. That was a few days before I left the country on 08/10. I received my laptop two days ago on 10/18, more than 2 months after I last spoke to Michael, and more than 3 months after my payment.Apparently Michael is very good at making promises, but not very good at delivering them. It turned out the person working on my laptop was not Michael but Daniel, Michaels employee. Despite my repeated attempts at reaching out when Im overseas, I would be lucky to get Daniel, but never Michael. I asked for Michael’s email, number, and whenever I called the store, but it was clear that either Michael was always busy, or he did not want to talk to me.Daniel was less than helpful, sadly, as he would often ignored my emails and messages, and responded rudely (that I was wasting his time) whenever I was fortunate enough to be on the phone with him. Daniel was also unhappy and clearly did not respect Michael, he said multiple times that it was Michael and not him who gave me the assurances, and I dont care what someone else said in an email he sent, as if hes talking about a competitor and not his boss. My very unpleasant experience with Daniel alone would need another review.So nearly 4 months and $1094 later, Im typing this review on the laptop they fixed. The battery doesnt work, even though it did when I first gave them my laptop. And the screen frame is almost completely detached from the laptop (it was damaged before but not as bad).Ive never written a review for any business before, much less a 700-word review, but I believe the kind of service Digitech Solutions provides warrants one. Please be wary and remember my painful experience if you find yourself at their door.

I just bought a new computer and i had some really big issues, so i find Digitech repair in internet and i called them and tried to explained the problem with my computer. They told me everything that i needed to know and then i brought my PC to their office to fix it. Im pretty satisfied from the service which i received. Thanks Mike

Great service fair pricing these guys know their stuff and are willing to talk to you to explain everything not like the big stores who wont give the time of day if your not buying anything. Michael and Daniel are very professional and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and competitive.
