I had a great experience at this dentist. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially the front desk staff, Lauren, was very professional and efficient with getting me through the process. She was quick and very responsive! I will highly recommend this dentistry!

Get a second option if the charges are excessive. I was quoted on $5k worth of work plus $200 teeth cleaning. Got free cleaning and a $300 quote at Gold Coast Dentist. Same insurance difference practice.

A cyst on my gum lead me to need two new crown from decay under them from years of wear. Another crown on other side was cracked. So now, unexpectedly I need 3 crown. They had shown me the decay and crack.The wonderful Dr said she could do all 3 in one morning but that was a bit much for me, coming back for a 2nd appt. The crowns are made within 2 hours start to finish, completed. No molds or coming back a week later. All in a day! It was wonderful.Dr Shiva is a very wonderful dentist; sensitive, professional and very very good. The staff is outstanding. I can’t say enough to recommend them. My granddaughter also needed a crown done after a root canal and I brought her here and in a few short hrs, she had a crown done also. They worked with me on a multiple crown price which was very kind of them. The price was right and very happy with our dental work and crowns!!

I stopped into Digital Smiles in Yorba Linda in duress over prior unsatisfactory dental work. I was met by Lauren at the front desk who patiently listened to my long story, then Becca who I believe was a technician, came up to the front desk and overheard part of my story. She insisted on hearing the whole story; she truly cared, and even teared up as my tears were streaming. Though there were no appointments available for me, Becca insisted and made sure I was seen right away. The dentist there came into the room and was so empathetic, truly listened to me, and was diligent in educating and directing me towards my next steps towards resolution. Ive never experienced anything like this. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist and office.Oh, and bonus points for having Jelly Roll on the playlist.

I’m a first time patient. My husband brought me here to fix my chipped tooth. I first got my X-ray done. The staff are awesome. Becca and Dr. Shiva worked on my front chipped tooth and a partial crown in 2 hours. My front teeth looked so great as if it wasn’t chipped. They were very efficient. Sandra was awesome. She negotiated the price for my husband and I. Definitely would come back here again.

I brought my wife here and told them that her insurance will end 5days from that day of visit. Then we agreed to pay $800 something for a crown. They promised that my wife insurance will cover the rest. Then after a couple of months since my wife insurance is no longer with us, they want us to pay the rest. Which is >800$ more. That doesnt make sense for us to pay everything out of our pocket since we have insurance that day ofservice. Just saying dont come her. Although doctors are awesome. Just the money is the problem. They are greedy her name is Esther the receptionist

The staff is amazing! Sandra was super sweet and help me so much. She answer all my questions and took the time to explain everything to me. Becca was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable in every way possible. Sahar she was amazing and made sure I was okay. Took extra time on my cleaning and she did a great job. So gentle and make sure I was okay the whole time. The whole team was prefect the doctor was honest and help me understand everything.

Be aware.,, my wife and me had an appointment with this provider and. goodness!!!! Not honest at all . We wanted a cleaning which is free with our insurance but they suggested periodontal treatment which cost us $195 per person as our share and $700 charged to insurance a total of 895 dollars per person.but what they did was exactly what our several previous dentist performed nothing special . Then they claimed each of us have several cavity and need several crowns!!! Which would cost 11,000 dollars!!!! So I didnt agree and got second opinion and only had one cavity!! Be careful.

I had a broken tooth and Dr. Shiva and Becca fixed my tooth. I also had 2 other cavities and Sandra offered same day treatment while I was waiting for my crown to get ready. So professional and on time. Dr. Shiva is very concerning and Becca ensured that I am comfortable the whole time. They saved me multiple trips. Sahar was able to clean my teeth too. She is very gentle. The best cleaning I have ever had. Ill refer my family to them.

Wow wow wow. Dont know where to start. My experience was amazing. I have dental anxiety and everyone tried their best to put me at ease. From Sandra to the Dentist and Rebecca to their sweet calming voice hygienist. They are great. Recommending them to all my friends and family. They helped me financing my husbands implant. I can not say enough on how well they have treated my Mom an elderly. She had gone to two other places and all they wanted was to do the work and get paid. Here Dr Tran has been so patient kind and very detailed with the entire process compassionate and very skillful. Sandra has gone far and beyond to accommodate appointments and communication with me (daughter) and Becca as well all staff are very professional and caring. I recommend this place with a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was not a “happy camper” when I arrived for my appointment today but after airing my issues, my experience turned around for the better. Here’s my story.I’ve always been unhappy with the auto-reminder service this office uses. I don’t mind being reminded of an appointment but once is enough, especially when I’ve answered it. I made an appointment last Monday to have a crown done this Monday and even paid for it in advance. Well, in the course of less than 7 days I received 2 phone calls, 2 texts and an email! One of the texts even said there was a charge if there was no response! I made the appointment a week ago! These numerous reminders are not only annoying, they’ve now become insulting to me, the client, as it insinuates I’m an irresponsible person who needs constant reminders, even after having answered the first reminder. I have now been given the option of “no reminders “. Yay!So now for the better part. I’m extremely claustrophobic so the dental process really causes me a great deal of anxiety. I explained this to Becca and the doctor and they were fabulous about treating me! Becca stayed in the room while I had the impression tray in my mouth and helped me with my breathing. They both explained the entire process as they were working, which really helped me to stay calm. (I’ve had many crowns done but each one has been a different experience.) They were both patient and understanding and continually made certain I was okay. And they worked fast! It only took about an hour. I left feeling very good about my dental experience today.

Very disappointed. Went in for my scheduled appointment for a cleaning and x-rays. Left with only x-rays done being told hygienist was too busy.During my visit they stated I needed a more involved cleaningLeft with an appointment to come back but due to work obligations I had to cancel. They call me back to reschedule. I tell them I want just the regular cleaning but they said oh no, the hygienist said you need this. I advised I only wanted the regular cleaning. She refused to listen and kept pushing the more expensive option. I said I want a regular cleaning thats all. Tried to schedule an appointment any day after 3, suddenly she had nothing available. Then she says oh I will keep you in mind if there is a cancellation. She refused to look too far out or anything.I feel like suddenly because I did not get the more costly procedure she had no appointments. Very unprofessional

I am very pleased with the dentistry especially the financing girl and the front desk and the dr I can not express how comfortable I feel n I am not an easy person to make comfortable!!!! Great staff from front to back!!!! However a year later I’m not too happy so when I came in to begin work on top they said they couldn’t start unless I paid 7000 that day due to them not collecting from my insurance!! I worked a lot n couldn’t follow up with my insurance but when I did my insurance stated they sent over a paper to dentist n they never sent back that’s what delayed payment I explained I needed it done asap so I can finish my work however I had an emergency n had to leave my job which than took my insurance so now because of that long delay top part of my mouth was never done n this was on staff error. Sad cause I really was comfortable with the dr she is amazing!!!!

Do not go here! Sandra the manager working there signed me up for a loan I didn’t agree too. Using my debit card to open the loan to Sunbit with 1$ and then debiting a whole different account $ 2,000 of my money.Interacting with Cindy that day, I could feel something wasn’t right about her.

I am not comfortable going to the dentist but Becca was so warm and nice when she greeted me and could tell I am not a fan of the dentist. She made sure I was ok through the entire process. Sahar is awesome. This office is very professional. They treat you for what’s needed and won’t try to sell you non-necessary services. They treat me (and from what I’ve observed all their patients) with courtesy, respect and a friendly attitude. This place was listed as an in service provider for my new insurance and it was conveniently placed with good hours, I was excited to try it. They seemed to have great reviews, as well, but in digging a bit deeper, I’m seeing some similarities between my experience and the other low stars. I’m hoping my experience helps ensure another person won’t be taken advantage of.I came in for X-rays and cleaning. After X-rays, the games began. I was shown digital pictures of my mouth alongside the X-rays and they explained in detail about a bunch of work that needed to be done. First and foremost the regular cleaning I intended to get was not recommended, I needed a “laser deep cleaning”. Plus a bunch of other work. This turned into a back and forth of Sandra repeatedly pressuring me to sign up for a loan through Wells Fargo for treatment amounting to $13,000+, because “I’m young and I don’t my teeth falling out so early in life, do I?” I would have been through Sunbit, but the internet wasn’t working.Let me just say I’m a regular flosser, mouthwasher, and very serious about my dental hygiene. My healthy, pink gums have never bled on me during my regular routine. They insisted that at the very least I needed the laser deep cleaning, but told me I’d get a discount if I did the loan. I opted just for the cleaning. Which I was then told was $1500 (priced per quadrant of my mouth, per the detailed breakdown I received later). Here’s where my naïveté comes into play. I am young, I’m new to this insurance, and I didn’t come in with prior research to dispute the price. I thought I was going to get a regular, insurance covered cleaning. It was never indicated to me that this would not be covered in any portion by my insurance. In fact, when I got the final breakdown after the fact, my insurance was not applied to final costs at all. And I do feel that was by design.After having price checked the typical price of a deep cleaning WITHOUT insurance ($150-$350), I’m positive this place is a scam and I’m glad I refused to sign up for the payment plan. Will never return as they’ve gotten more money out of me in one visit than they deserve in a lifetime. BE WARNED.

Terrible experience. Unprofessional, took 30 minutes to get my X-rays until they couldnt figure out how to work their machine. Then they tell me they wont even be able to do my cleaning in the same day since I only had an hour before I needed to leave. Waste of time! No wonder they had available appointments, when all other dentists in the area are 6 weeks out for appointment times.

*Long post* I have never had good relationships with dentists. Digital Smiles completely changed that. Becca the dental assistant always has a smile and cheerful demeanor. There cant be a dark cloud when shes in the room. Sahar (dental hygienist) is my buddy for life. Shes small but mighty. Extremely knowledgeable and ready to teach anyone willing to learn. What can I say about Sandra (office manager) resident Superwoman. She makes miracles happen with scheduling and finances. You have to smile the moment you see her. And last but certainly not least Dr. Tran, in one appointment I learned more about my teeth then 30 years of visiting other dentists. He listened to what I wanted, advised using his knowledge and we put together a plan to keep my million dollar smile. This office, this staff makes you feel like family. This is my dentist no matter where I am. If youre nervous or have questions or just want a laugh, please go see them.

I have been going to Yorba Linda Digital Dentistry for years for my dental needs and buy early cleanings by Sahar. Highly skilled in what she does, she has taken care of my teeth excellently. Very seldom have I needed to be seen by the dentist, but Dr. Ivan Ho is an excellent dentist as well. He very thoroughly answers any questions that I may have. Billing catastrophe. Neglected to file insurance claim for an entire year post-Invisalign treatment and held me liable for the entire amount. Case reported to the dental board now under investigation.I would praise other services provided because my hygienist was great but recent x-ray shows the deep cleaning wasn’t thorough.

This place has really put my 90+ year old grandmother through a lot of stress. It has been over 6 months to get her teeth. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Its stole her confidence and robbed her to feel normal. Ive never seen my grandma in so much stress in her life. They have been pushing back the date of her implants each appointment. Horrible.

This has got to be the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with!! Both girls In the front are very unprofessional and rude!! The so called manager Nancy by far has got be the most dishonest person !! My father went to get his check up they had him do his cleaning which has no copy!! Then they decide to change the codes and to some make up codes that dont exist and tell him he has to pay $1000 for half of his mouth when I called and confronted them they said they had the wrong fee schedule I have been waiting over two months for them to return my call! I finally call them back for Nancy to tell me they are still charging him and are now using made up codes!! Lets just say a grievance has been filed this place needs to be shut down!! Dont go there
