Digital Nest out of San Dimas was referred to me for my Interior Design & General Contracting business in Anaheim California. We hired them to develop a website and help us get more clients. Its been 6 months since we hired them and we went from averaging 1-2 new customers per month to 4-6 per month. They build a very professional website and got our phones ringing. After dealing with 2 other marketing agencies I was about to give up, glad a plumber buddy of mine gave me the referral.

First, let me start by saying that I have been creating my own websites since 2004. Therefore, I have a lot of knowledge and experience in this field. I cannot praise the professionalism Digital Nest brings enough. Their design is fantastic! Their customers service is impeccable. They went far beyond what was needed to make sure I was satisfied and happy. Their price is also very reasonable. Unlike other places they do not overcharge for everything! Andrew and Ilya were knowledgeable and friendly and extremely supportive. Dont even think of using anyone else for your website needs!

Andrew and his team were awesome. They were super fast in getting my website up and the design was perfect. Also, they teach you how to edit the website so that you can add or remove stuff yourself. So that you aren’t constantly relying on them to do every little thing which saves you money in the long run. Also everyone was super professional and nice. I highly recommend Digital Nest.

We hired Digital Nest in the San Gabriel Valley to help generate more business for us. They created a local marketing strategy in February 2023 and we have been averaging 10+ new clients per month from their efforts. We are Artificial Grass installers and our average job is $7500. For complete transparency we only pay $2400 per month for these results. When we used Paid Ads, we would have to pay about $13,000 per month for these types of results.

Its been since January since I’ve been trying to get my web going with these guy. Andrew keeps giving me the run around. The web they build is horrible looks like a 5 year old kid built it. He keeps on telling me it’s the pictures I sent him. Funny how my last company didn’t have that issue and the website was perfect. He keeps given excuses. Instead of helping me out to solve the solution. He want me to figure it out.Waste of $1,600. Horrible horrible customer service.Don’t waste your time and money. Once you pay they stop helping you.

We just finished our 4th project with Digital Nest today and we are very satisfied, again. We kept telling them we will write a review and finally did after 11 months. So briefly, they built 4 websites and 2 complete branding packages for us. These were all very complex projects and costly. We have 3 other businesses and have used another awesome agency out of NY but they are very expensive. Averaging 20k per project. For the same type of project, Digital Nest was about 30% less expensive and just as good plus we save over 25k working with them. I liked working with them because they ALWAYS answered my questions and were very patient with me as I can be difficult to work with lol. This team is fantastic and super talented, seriously the branding is really cool.

So far probably one of the most talented logo designers I have encountered. Andrew went above and beyond with my company logo and even threw in bonus items that was not included in the package price. The logo was done in about 3 business days (about 5 to pick from) when he only charged me for 3 to pick from. Once we got the one I felt looked the best for my needs, he further enhanced it to make it stand out. Im totally in love with the logo. Once I knew Andrew was the man for the job I further hired him amd his company to work on my website. Andrew was very understanding on what I wanted and listened and also gave positive feedback with his opinions which I really thought was useful. I found Digital Nest online and decided to give them a call. I talked to 5 other companies but felt comfortable with the information Andrew gave me. He was thorough and patient. The price was not the cheapest, it was right in the middle. But what I learned is those cheap Websites are not good at all if you want to get found online and generate money from your Website. So, I hired them for 2 Website Projects and they did just as good a job as my last developer which was a large agency for much less, and they were easier and friendlier to work with. I highly recommend.

I went on Craigslist to look for a Marketing and Logo design company. Believe it or not, I found a few solid companies and settled on Digital Nest. They were actually a bit more expensive than the other 2, but I felt their knowledge and understanding of what we needed far exceeded the competition. After they reviewed our Online Presence and Website they explained to us with stats why we need to complete revamp of our branding, website and marketing. The experience was good, they helped me understand the importance of getting online right, not just existing online. Plus, they were honest, I say this because I wanted a few more features and they talked me out of it explaining why it was really a waste of money and not a smart expense.. Good job fellas

We were referred to Digital Nest while we were hiring our contractor. He asked how we found him and said we dont did a local search and we easily found you. Later, we were talking business and he said if you guys need a great website Design company that can also help with marketing to grow your business call these guys. We, we did, our website was actually a re-design for an e-commerce & a service business. When we talked to them and they gave us a lot of options based on our goals. We decided to go all in... It took about 45 days, as this was a big project but they delivered what we asked for, site looks and functions great.
