The work that Digital Installers did for me was top notch. Everyone was professional and attentive to my requirements. The initial consultation helped me choose the right equipment for my situation. The installation was fast and thorough with a lot of attention to detail. In my case a TV mount needed a major modification to my entertainment center to accommodate my new TV. DI’s guys did an impeccable job and made it fit in perfectly. They are also very responsive to any follow-up issues, whether they are tweaks or just helping to work your new gear. I highly recommend them. And they throw a mean BBQ!

My experience with Digital Installers began with a thorough site survey by the owner and detailed recommendations for appropriate equipment and setup. The installation team was prompt, efficient, and clearly professional. As with most new systems, I did have a few questions as I as I gained experience with the TVs, sound system and remotes. I was able to easily contact members of the Digital Installers team to get my questions answered. A couple of visits to my home were made promptly and small issues were readily resolved. I highly recommend this company and would encourage any potential customer to visit their showroom to experience their creativity.

If you’re in the OC and looking for a home AV and integration company that does it right, check out Digital Installers! I went to their experience center and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and ability to deliver a top-tier experience. The experienced staff and attention to customer service was excellent. Full disclosure: I haven’t worked directly with Digital Installers yet, but I hope to. I’ve been in the home integration industry for over 20 years and I’ve only come across a few companies who put this kind of care into their craft.

Randall, the manager that handles our area is great and recommended by multiple friends. Very knowledgeable about all of the products we orderered and right on with his recommendations. He helped us with choosing our security cameras and upped my Wi-Fi system with Eeros. The installers did a great job and we are very happy with the service and products. He also did my Sons home security system and daughters as well.

These guys are great! I think they are quick and efficient (which is great when you are paying on a time and materials basis). They are friendly and professional. Their tech Robin is incredible he really knows his stuff. I had multiple issues with my control 4, lutron and colokinetics systems. Robin cleared up 8 of my issues right away and identified a new part needed which is on order already. I really struggled to find a good, trustworthy local company for to be my service provider - I think I have found them. Give digital installers a try!

Digital Installers created a wonderful media plan for our new home, and they worked hard and overcame many obstacles (unrelated to their work or products) to get everything up and running very well.They listened carefully as we explained what we did and didn’t want in the system. Then, they created a proposal for our consideration. We talked it through, and after some minor changes, we were ready to proceed.The installation was done cleanly and as quietly as possible. When the necessary components from our cable company were defective (twice!), the Digital Installers team had to work around the delays. They did so without any concern or complaint and made every effort to complete as much of the project as possible, so we could enjoy at least part of the new system while we waited for the cable company to replace its defective components.We are very satisfied and would highly recommend Digital Installers to family and friends.

To Whom It May Concern:I am a 78 year old man, not very tech savvy, in fact, I call myself an analog man in a digital world. My wife and I recently used Digital Installers for the installation of Apple TV. We had attempted to figure it out ourselves, to no avail and with much gnashing of teeth and no little tension between my beloved and myself! We were attempting to acquire access to Apple TV so Kathy could watch “The Morning Show”.A call to Digital Installers solved all our problems in a most comfortable manner. We now have access to all our devices using one easily handled controller. No longer does a box full of controllers reside in our living room!! Not to mention all the new content we are enjoying! It seems we now spend a lot more time smiling at one another!Being house bound during this pandemic makes for much more TV viewing time and now we have access to far more content, simply accessed, due to the expertise of the technician who enabled our system. We have used Digital Installers in the past, Shawn was a life saver years ago and Seth was our ‘man of the hour’ this time. I have nothing but great things to say about Digital Installers. For context, I purchased a pair of heritage Klipsch speakers and a center channel from Digital Installers. Making an appointment to come to their studio in Long Beach was an effortless and pleasant experience. The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and went out of their way to contact Rusty to make a same-day appointment. When I arrived at their studio, I was impressed at the variety of their equipment on display, how well everything was organized, and the staffs professionalism. Even my wife was impressed with their studio, even though she seemed more impressed with the decor. Rusty showcased the speakers in question by demoing them in their theatre room, which had room treatments. Another positive side note about the studio is that its used to demo a variety of technology which plays off of each other. Even if you’re looking at speakers, you still get to see what an LED ceiling treatment would look like and so on. Rusty made it very easy to pre-order the speakers I was looking for, sharing a ton of useful information to solidify my buying decision. Rusty is an exceptionally stand up guy, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Highly recommend this company and will be coming back for anything in their wheelhouse.

The BEST!!! I am so happy I found them. Was actually referred by someone who did not want to work on the cameras at the property as they were not his. DI came and was great and affordable. We called Digital Installers after we discovered that our new home was not conducive to the Wi-Fi mesh network that we purchased elsewhere. Instead of being frustrated that our TV streaming services were slow and spotty, we called Digital Installers to hardwire our TV to our internet modem. They were fast to respond to our call, scheduled service within a week and the two gentlemen who did the work were extremely kind and professional. They explained everything to us in great detail and did exactly what they promised they would do. They are very trustworthy, professional experts and I will certainly use them in the future!

I first used Digital Installers when I moved into a new place last Fall and wanted the TV put on the wall. The men who came were fast, clean, and professional. So when, 6 months later, I needed a cable box removed from behind the TV, I called them again. Once again, the gentleman showed up right on time, did exactly what I needed done, and even invited me to release my three dogs, who were not happy to be confined to the bedroom. He managed to work while they played around his feet! Digital Installers aren’t cheap, but they know their stuff.

When I first called Digital Installers with my Wi Fi problem they tried to help me fix things over the phone so I wouldnt have to pay for a service call. I did need a technician to come out and figure out my problem.He arrived on time and quickly analyzed my problem. He ordered the parts needed and returned promptly the following day for the installation.Once he had everything running again he asked if I had any questions and would not leave until I was sure that I understood the workings of my new equipment. Right at the onset of the 2020 Pandemic I gave Digital Installers a call and I am overjoyed I did. I explained in detail what my goals were about mounting a giant tele over a fireplace and making the wires not so obvious. Then that it was requested that I snap a few pictures afterwards I was given an appointment time. The crew of two showed up promptly for my appointment time and the work was done in short order and I am SO HAPPY with the final results. I contacted Digital Installers a while back to install several WiFi hotspots in my home. The two techs that did the work were extraordinarily professional and explained everything I needed to know about the eero monitoring system. Recently, when one of my hotspots went down and everything I tried failed, I contacted them and they put me in touch with one of the same techs that did the original install. She ultimately was able to fix the problem remotely. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a problem after their initial installation. Called, wrote emails, and sent several text before getting any response. Rusty was more concerned about the fact that I didn’t ask how he was doing or that I didn’t offer any small talk with him before explaining my problem (which seemed like a really strange complaint he voiced to me when I actually got a hold of him). Although I paid them to properly install a system, he wanted more money to troubleshoot the fact it wasn’t working as designed. Extremely unprofessional correspondence and conversations with Rusty. I won’t refer them to anyone I know.

Six people showed up on time at 8 am; installed eight tvs to the satellite; hooked up 12 speaker on a sonos system; hung 3 new cameras, installed an electronic door lock, and made sure I could manage the whole system through remotes or my phone.
