Damon is my computer Guru! Back in 2014, when I use to live in California, he was my go to guy. Then I moved to Nevada and had to find a new computer guy. Unfortunately, that didnt work out, after spending $$$ with the new computer guy, my laptop was still having issues. I decided to reach back out to Damon and asked him if I could come by when I was in town. I told him all my issues and he was very quick and efficient. Now my laptop is as good as new, Ive learned my lesson, I will no longer go to anyone else! I cannot recommend him enough!!! Thank you Damon!

Damon is terrific. Prices are very reasonable, and I feel confident trusting him with my business computer, essentially my livelihood. I wouldnt hesitate recommending him to family or friends.

Damon was such a great help with my PC. Ive used him twice now and have zero complaints. He had responded to my messages in the same day and even offered guidance on solutions to my problems. I really appreciate his speedy work and would recommend him to anyone in need of PC service and repair.

Dropped my laptop computer on the plugged in power adapter which broke the DC jack. I needed the computer back quickly, as I teach online classes from home. Damon was able to give me a quick fix on the jack in about an hour to get me back to work. I told him I was considering a new laptop, and he suggested some upgrades to my computer instead. He installed a more permanent fix on the DC jack, a solid state drive, and a new battery. Its like a new computer!!! Its so fast now! Damon saved me about $500 by not having to purchase a new computer. Thanks, Digital Dummys!

Very professional, but also gives that sort of techie older brother vibe, which is great! Very friendly, and will answer all of your questions regarding the problem youre having.I had a working desktop PC that wouldnt boot anymore and Damon was able to figure out the problem almost immediately, while it would have taken me ages to figure out and fix. When youre handling technology, especially ones that are expensive, and youre unsure of what youre doing, its nice to have a professional take a look at it for you. But when you have these big chain repair stores competing against each other, it can get a little harrowing.This little mom and pop shop goes above and beyond service. Would definetly recommend this place to others.

Excellent service and knowledge. I have used Damon for many years and had only the best from him. He will get you set up with exactly what you need and not take advantage of you, which is awesome as trust with your most sensitive information is paramount. Best computer repair service ever! Damon is honest, reliable, and above all knows what he is doing. Got my Macbook running like new after I spilled on the keyboard and nearly fried the whole things. If you need a computer repair, look no further.

I had a major project due for a client and the final morning that it was due I turned on my computer and nothing happened. I called up digital dummies and got a very pleasant voice on the phone who said to bring it right over. Please note that this was the day before Thanksgiving. He diagnosed that the computer had a crashed hard drive and was able to promise that he would have a new drive on it and have the computer up and running the same day, right before Thanksgiving. I cant stress that this guy is great and that this is a place you should go if you need something fixed on your computer. He is honest thorough completely reliable.

Digital Dummies has saved my iMac when it completely crashed. They replaced my fiances laptop screen and remedied an Xbox. They have also come to his business and fixed their network and servers, when nothing would boot up.Very reasonable prices, efficient, competent, and life-saving. I would not voluntarily go anywhere else. Highly recommend these guys.
