Logan is ready and willing to answer all my questions and make sure the problem is solved. Always better than I expected! His knowledge has been unmatched and his quality of work exceeds his competitors. He is quick to respond and makes it a point to give insight on what he did to resolve the issue.Our company could not ask for a better example of a small company doing big work. Logan has been assisting us since he took over for his father and there has not been a drop in the quality of his service nor his knowledge of software, systems. I find that Logan is a bit old school which is good since he is quite thorough in his explanations and knowledge of current hardware and software.
