Personable, knowledgeable, honest. Who needs a Genius Bar, when you can get quality one-on-one time with a genius. Tony is a delight and he really knows his stuff. I am a repeat customer. Digitcomp is my first stop for all-thing Mac, and at reasonable prices. Great place for reconditioned Macs too. For years I worked for large companies with great in-house IT teams, and became accustomed to quality personalized attention when I needed it. Nowadays my gig is remote, work-from-home and I do not have that luxury. Lucky for me Tony at Digicomp LA is not too far away. I cannot recommend more highly.

The hinge on my laptop broke and Tony was able to fix it very promptly, and now it as good as new. He is very fair with his price, extremely nice, and just wants to make sure you are happy leaving his shop. If you have a laptop or phone screen repair, need your hard drive fixed, or data recovered, go see Tony. This guy will take care of you way better than Geek Squad.

Simply could not have had a better experience, anywhere. Im fairly certain of this. I was in a bind: I had a physically broken drive that I needed repaired or replaced ASAP, as it contained all of my computers data. Spoke with David on the phone. He was extremely kind and reassuring. Got to the store and spoke with Daniel - Davids son, and incredibly knowledgeable - about my options, and he managed to retrieve the data from my drive despite its condition. We spoke for a while, he sold me on a new drive (for the same price as it appears on Amazon, MINUS shipping, I might add!) and told me to come back that night or the next day to retrieve the cloned drive. Both Daniel and David stayed AFTER hours that night in order to complete my data transfer (900Gigs of data). Literally unwarranted kindness. The fee for the data transfer was $75, a price which was about a quarter of what I was expecting to pay.TL;DR If youre looking for computer advice, to build a new system, repairs or anything computer related, go here *first*. 10/10 service, great conversation and an enthusiastic willingness to kindly help the customer even when its not the most convenient for them.

RECOMMEND!!!!! Computer crashed and wouldnt turn back on so I walked in and explained what happened. Turned out it needed a simple trick and its working again. In and out in 5 minutes and he didnt even charge for the simple fix! I will absolutely bring my computer back when I have another issue.

I was very satisfied going to Digicomp for a very competitive deal on a MacBook Pro. David is honest and helpful and will do anything to help you with your new computer. I asked several questions about my new purchase and he was very patient with me. I didn’t expect such a professional experience here but I am glad I met David as he is my new computer go-to guy. Great experience with Digicomp. They are a family-owned store and what a difference! Just purchased a slightly used Macbook Pro 15 for one of our business partners at a very competitive price and the transaction was straight-forward and personal. Daniel was really cool to deal with and I enjoyed my experience to the point where I will shop here before going on eBay which says a lot because thats my primary source of Apple products for our home.Would highly recommend. David was so helpful in facilitating a sale in which I had purchased the wring product. He had completely wiped the restocking fee and was super fair and honest in our transaction. For anybody who has ever returned something before knows it is impossible to wipe the restocking fee. Super refreshing to experience good old fashioned customer service. If youre looking for an Apple computer, look no further. Btw it also helps they have the LOWEST price of anybody

Absolutely the greatest place to buy Mac computers. Just bought a 5K 27 inch with 32 gigs with a one-year warranty for less than half of what it was at the Apple Store. Service was friendly and fast. I would highly recommend you come here before going anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed.

David at Digicomp is outstanding! Ive come to him for minor services in the past and recently bought a used Macbook Pro at a great price. Hell work with you to hit the specs youre after, and can even offer upgrades to existing machines. He was extremely kind and upfront.Before coming in, I looked around on the stores eBay page and compared used Macbooks across so many different online sellers. It seemed exhausting. But David is extremely clear, detailed and reasonable in his listings. To be able to come in and work with him made it even better. Were very lucky to have him in LA.

I make a living off my laptop. Today I was in a tight situation and needed something solid. I shopped around and ended up at their store. The staff here was really awesome and helped me truly understand what I needed and what my options were. I saved a $1000+ compared to what I would have been spending at the apple store. They opened up the laptop and showed me how clean and new it was. Great spot with honest intentions. By the way, I believe they have financing for people without credit as well.

I had an amazing experience here, probably one of the single best customer service experiences I have ever had in Los Angeles. I had several old Apple computers that I was looking to trade in for a newer MacBook and a newer iPad. Daniel and David were awesome and were forthcoming about every Apple product’s value and what they were willing to offer for trade-in value. They were fair, honest, and easy to negotiate with. I drove over 51 minutes from San Fernando valley to have them set me up with a new MacBook Pro with AppleCare warranty. This computer shop is a diamond in the rough, 100%. I am so glad I found this place because they really hooked me up with a 2018 MacBook Pro 15” and they also took my old MacBook as a trade-in. I had all my files transferred and everything was done same-day. Daniel and David are great at communicating and made me realize the differences between several different models so I could choose wisely. I’m glad I didn’t have to shell out another $2500 for a 2018 MacBook Pro. Came here today in a panic and in hopes of fixing my Mac book. Alas, there was too much water damage for repair. I was ~devastated~ to say the least because my work and school depends on a computer & I have no desktop. SO after many questions & a phone call with my mother lol, they were able to give me a great price on a top of the line new Mac book with Apple care 🙏🏽. Before making my choice, however, they thoroughly explained the differences in laptops, features, functions, & prices of each one I looked at. I felt reassured & relieved knowing that I would be back online soon. Luckily, they were able to transfer my data to my new one in minutes! Got my battery replaced and upgraded to 1TB SSD, and they also identified some bad memory I had which was causing problems (but also let me know Im covered by Crucials warranty).Felt like I was there every step of the way! This past week I called into Digicomp, David answered and assured me they had what I was needing. I went right over and Daniel listened to my needs then provided the information regarding the different options and what would be best for the work I was looking to do on the MacBook Pro. I purchased my 2013 MacBook Pro and went home super excited!To my surprise the computer crashed several times, so I called in and Daniel told me to bring it in and he would have a look. I brought it in, he put in a brand new battery for me. We started her up and....crash. He and I were both surprised they hadnt had that happen. Absolutely superb service! Digicomps team fixed my 2011 iMac (replacement video card) when the Apple Genius technician advised it was too old for Apple to have the necesssary parts. Digicomps proprietor, David, was very informational and balanced in advising me beforehand about the expected remaining life of the unit, other likely issues of keeping this model of iMac for the next couple years, their cost of repair versus purchasing a new computer, and other factors both pro and con for doing the repair. I was able to make the decision confidently, knowing these factors, and fixing this iMac was the right decision for my circumstances. Moreover, once the decision was made, repair was done quickly and with really fine customer service attitude. I most highly recommend them!

Took me a while to write the review but I told you I would. I just had to spend time with my device before giving an honest opinion. Anywho Nancy and David both took care of me very well. I had store warrantee from them for my battery but unfortunately mine expired a week or less before I took it to them. Nancy did her best and was able to find a new one for me the very next day. Free installation and till today no problems with my laptop. Very satisfied
