I decided to choose Diego Magdaleno as my real estate agent because he was in the top 1% if realtor where my property is located. ● 3 things I liked best about working with Diego and his team; 1. Diego always keep me updated on any new information regarding my property that he is trying to sell for me. 2. Diego has great team members that are responsible, professional and very service oriented to make sure that their clients’ interests and success come to fruition at the most efficient and favorable outcomes for their clients. 3. Diego gave me advise that’s fair and very attainable. ● I would absolutely recommend Diego and his team to friends and family.

Diego and Nauz always kept me informed of the selling of my home of 37 years! They listened to my desires concerning how I wanted to sell. Whenever I had a question, their response was never delayed. My home went on the market on a Wednesday. Saturday, I had 5 competitive offers. Diego helped me to choose the perfect buyer for my home. Everything went smoothly. Would I recommend Diego and Nauz??? Ive had the pleasure of working with Diego on two occasions and I couldnt be more pleased with his professionalism, attitude and follow through. My first experience was a little over 3 years ago when he had the daunting task of selling my prior property to time with the purchase of a new property as I needed the funds from the sale of one to close the other. He was relentless in helping me find a new, larger property and then when we found one, he coordinated the dual closings so expertly he alleviated all my initial anxieties and the closing went through without a hitch. It all worked out so well that when I unexpectedly had to sell my recently purchased townhouse to accommodate a job change and an out-of-state move, I called Diego right away. Moving out of state, I needed to rely on Diego to handle a number of non-sales related issues that he helped with without complaint. This new sale closed in record time and I really feel I got the maximum return for my dollar. I am very pleased with Diego and his team and heartily recommend them to anyone selling or buying a home.

Diego was an amazing realtor, I met with a few people before talking to Diego but as soon as I talked to him we knew he was the right guy for the job. Diego was straight up with us from the start. He gave a realistic estimate of what the property would sell for, explained the strengths and weaknesses of our property and told me about his strategy.Long story short, his strategy worked and I let him do his thing during negotiations once the offers rolled in. We got well over asking after just one open house, despite the fact that our neighbors who sold an identical property had to sit on the market for over a month and didnt even get their asking price.I posted the exact same review on Zillow as well, just adding that to make sure nobody thinks this is a bot or something.

I had the best team on my side when I put my house up for sale! From the prep to the sale to the follow up--they were the best! I would recommend Diego and his team (and I have) to anyone looking to sell their house. They made a difficult process easier and I always felt that they had my best interests at heart.

The Opulence Group did an amazing job selling my home. They were referred by my next door neighbor. They were able to sell his home in 1 day and for top dollar. It took a couple weeks to get my home into contract, but they were also able to sell it for top dollar. Their marketing is top notch, they generated multiple offers, of which we were able to pick the best of the three and close quickly after that. Our property appraised $25,000 below the $650,000 price we went into contract at. They managed to have the buyer still pay the agreed $650,000 and I did not have to come down to the appraised value. I highly recommend them and will be using them in the future when I need to sell or buy again. Definitely 5-star team.
