DIDforSale support provided excellent technical support and a very timely response to my support issue. The communication and explanations of how and when the issues would be resolve were clear and concise. For this issue I could not have been more pleased with the resolution. I requested a new account service with this company. The setup online very easy, simple until you have to call and speak with the administration to activate the account (add funds). Unfortunately, a very rude, lack of respect or courtesy person was the DiDforsale representative. I was a brand new customer, I did check reviews for this company looks great but but the reality is other. If you are expecting good customer service, this is not the company to do business. STAY AWAY from these guys

I have been using and exploring DIDForSale services since June 11th testing and playing with the service to decide if it would be a permanent solution for myself as well as some friends and clients. So far I am very impressed with the level of service, call quality and customer care. The voice quality and service are excellent. I have contacted tech support on two occasions and I was very happy with the assistance provided. One of those Tech Support calls actually WOWed me! I tried calling Technical Support at the end of the business day and it went to voicemail. Thinking it was late and I would deal with the problem the next day I didnt leave a voicemail. Within 30 seconds of hanging up on the Voicemail system, Anna called me back by using the Caller ID. She immediately helped me and stayed on the phone with me to make sure her solution worked. I could not believe that the Technical Support Representative would go out of their way to use caller ID to call a customer back who hung up on voicemail! Kudos to Anna and I am looking forward to a long relationship with DIDForSale.com and their amazing team Members such as Anna!

Working with DIDforSale has been a great pleasure. This is our first entry into the SIP service space and they have been very helpful in working with us to get our offering up and running. Questions and (issues, usually on our side) have been addressed timely and professionally. We look forward to working with them for the foreseeable future.

DIDForSale has been the very best VoIP provider I have used and worked with over the years. I have tried at least 4 different providers but none provided the level of support that DIDForSale provides their customers. They have always been very responsive to any support issues and go to great lengths to assure all problems are resolved ASAP.

Our company has promoted DIDforSale for the past 6 months and so far we are pleased. I hesitated writing this because it has only been 6 months but if things change, I will rewrite this review.The service has been very good -- great voice quality and call control. Our clients are PBX users so there is a low tolerance for less than stellar service.The SIP pricing is good. They have two program: free incoming calls or all calls metered. Using the Free Incoming call option has been a good financial decision.DIDforSale has a very capable support staff. They are knowledgeable and willing to provide support as is needed. They also have good follow up. If you have never used SIP before, they are a good company to help you through the first few installs. They do not have 24x7 support but they do respond quickly the next business day.I recommend DIDforSale

We have been using DIDForSale for several years now as a wholesale SIP trunk provider and eFax solution. Both their service and pricing are solid and their customer service is easy to work with and easy to get a hold of, unlike other providers we have dealt with in the past. They continue to add new features and are even open to our suggestions which the larger carriers would not even consider. They provide all that we look for in a vendor and we highly recommend them.

Anna is always on top of assisting our needs. We have a pretty complicated setup and when Anna cant immediately figure out she is quick to bring someone in to assist. Great prices on sip accounts.
