Completely unethical and fraudulent. Skip this place. Gave them $5K down to hold a truck because the salesman said he could help me sell the equipment I was trying to trade in, I couldnt take their offer because it was way too low. They kept contacting me to get more information saying they just need it for my file, but they were pressing to sale me the truck, regardless if I sold my equipment or not. Well, I couldnt get financing and they wouldnt give me my down payment back, so they sold my truck to someone else and still wouldnt give me my money back! They believe they are entitled to keeping your $$$ for providing nothing!A down payment(good faith) to hold a truck shows them you are legitimately interested, this is to satisfy their worries, so they arent just holding many pieces of equipment that anyone can say they want to buy, but then they end up keeping this money. Its completely unethical.This place will lie to you then have you sign paperwork saying they dont honor their promises.They also try to make more money from you when they offer to take the truck to Reno so you can pick it up in Reno, trying to save you CA taxes, but still charging you $1250; this is fraud and CA and the IRS would like to know this. Look up their reviews on the Better Business Bureau, they are not good!Buyer beware! Move forward at your own risk!

Where do I even begin!This place has got to be the most unorganized dealership I’ve ever dealt with. The process starts out extremely simple, but you will be fooled in the end. Nobody communicates. Nesar the manager is a joke. Kat, our sales associate was very nice at the beginning but will cut off almost all communication once she gets your money. She will tell you whatever she wants to tell you just to get the sale. Once you sign that paperwork all promises and even things in writing will be void and “against policy”.We purchased a truck that hadn’t been to shop yet, because we were told they are selling like crazy. The damages on the truck were not fixed like promised. Floor boards were replaced and not even bolted to the frame. A hole in the roof was just repatched. When they delivered the vehicles fuel was left on empty. We received the truck with the past owners decals still clearly visible on the truck and the past owners trash/insurance papers etc were still in the truck. We even received the truck with the previous owners license plates on the truck. We were also told the vehicle was sent through their shop and passed a “safety inspection” but windshield wipers were practically inoperable. They take your money and could care less about taking care of their customers. Don’t let their nice pretend professionalism fool you. We were told at the beginning if we wanted to move our money over to another truck, we could. That was a lie. We were told that since repairs had begun we could no longer move money to another truck and that we would lose our money if we didn’t follow through purchase. So now we are trying to register the truck and have been told by finance department they aren’t sure where the title is or where it was sent. I’m sure there is a bunch more I’m leaving out, but trust me when I say it’s not worth the headache!

This company is a total nightmare, they can’t handle a truck sales properly, they can’t handle a title work, they have no customer service at all and they are very unprofessional, not picking up a phone and lying all the time about deadlines and timeframes. We bought two truck from that dealership, and they don’t even check them properly, one of them had a diesel tank leak and issues with brakes, another had not working APU. We had to fix this trucks on our own expense to make them pass a state safety inspection. We bought trucks in January, and we still can’t get a title transferred because of mistakes they made in paperwork. We are very frustrated and disappointed with customer service, title work, and overall customer experience. If you value your time you should avoid this dealership! They don’t care about you at all, and they will lie all the time about time frames and deadlines!

Horrible experience!!! We bought our truck last year around August and till this point have not been able to run it properly. Seems like everything was wrong with it. Starting with the transmission. We bought it from AZ and as soon as we got it we noticed things were wrong with it but Diamond did not take any responsibility! We ran across a lot of ppl who share similar experiences! Very bad service the one star is also more that I wann’a do a negative star I bought a truck they pre approved me before buying the truck at 11% interest rate but after taking my $5000 down payment they called me the bank is approving you at 18% interest rate when I deny to accept that the manager of the branch threatened me that he will not refund my down payment he threaten me this is the bank deal we have you accept at 18% interest rate or if you not accept it we will not refund your down payment. They sold the broken part to me on the truck and they refuse to fix that also both front side tire mudguards are totally broken I have the video and didn’t do any annual inspection on the truck that’ll really bad the branch manager did not help me for anything.

I put a down payment on the truck the first week of December of 2023. The salesman said he would get some stuff done. Like check Engine light supposed to be off the shaking of the truck. And thats what I thought was it.. I picked up the truck first week of January 2024. The truck was not ready then finally was able to picked it up. I took it straight over to a KenWorth dealer and it has $5000 worth of damages that they did not check. If I had gone through the scales I would have been shut down with the red tag. The shaking was never taken away. The alignment is still off. Yet they claim that they rebalanced the front steers. Leaking foward shocks, leaky power steering hose Air leak. Bad Air Bag, shims on drives no good, This company constantly lies and does not have the truck checked before it goes out on the road. This is something to investigate to find out what the rules are for dealers to be selling trucks that need to be taken Care of before the truck leaves that yard. Will look into it via DOT.

Told me they had me approved for a loan and then tried to force me into a lease purchase agreement. Which is not what we agreed to when they took my down payment. No refund for the money you put down. It’s more of hurry up and buy, you get no information on interest rates or fees on your monthly payments. After purchasing a truck from their South Carolina office picking the truck up I find out that they didnt fix anything that was on the pre inspection before pickup. After giving them 7,000$ of my hard earned money I get 100 miles down the road and find out that a wheel seal is still leaking and wasnt repaired. Calls the sales man which believe it or not maybe the only close to honest person at the facility and tells him the wheel seal ids still leaking and also my truck wasnt serviced so the DOT sticker was bogus. He calls CA office before he out the door for vacation gives me a number to someone in CA office to call. Talks to this lady one time on Friday afternoon have to argue with her about what they want to repair as far as the wheel seal, air leak and PM. They only want to change filters and not oil so TA tells them NO!! After authorizing them to start repairs (just wheel seal and air leak) on my truck Friday afternoon TA finds other problems when they tore it down and wanting to get more authorization to fix. Im still sitting in a bay Saturday evening with my truck tore down and cant move and nobody wont answer the phone. Keep in mind I just drove off the lot Thursday evening now Im stuck with this POS repair bill because the warranty checklist wasnt completed correctly to activate the warranty! WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR PRODUCTS THEY SALE!! ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!

I bought a 2012 volvo VNL about one month ago from Diamond Truck Sales. About 25 miles after picking up the truck, immediately the Check Engine & Check Transmission light came on. This lead me to believe they knowingly sold me a broken truck. They only cleared the codes. I took the truck to the Volvo dealer to get a diagnostic. I was charged 383 for this. The transmission Flywheel, Clutch, solenoid etc needed to be replaced. I contacted Diamond truck Sales but were no help! I strongly recommend everyone to stay away! I drove the truck for three days before the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and I noticed 4th and 9th gears popping out of gear while driving. The truck would not go into gear from a stop unless you force it in. I bring the truck to my mechanic. The mechanic informed me that the clutch and transmission were gone and needed to be replaced. I called the dealer and Nasir did not want to return my phone call. I called, texted and emailed the dealer. I have receipts. Finally I called the finance company and informed them of the situation. I towed the truck to the dealer then I get phone calls from the dealer telling to pick the truck up. Then the convo switched to the dealer saying they would fix the truck by placing a brand new transmission and clutch on the truck. The dealer, Nasir, Cody and Maria are all liars. They’ve lied from day one. Why would I believe they would ever do the right thing. I want a full refund of my deposit plus my tow bill.

A number of weeks ago I called Diamond Truck to inquire about a 1998 Freightliner Cabover posted online with a Detroit engine. The salesman was helpful and send pictures via email since none were posted on the listing. I asked him about the engine because it had a model number that I wast familiar with, he didnt know what it was so I called my mechanic to make sure that it was a 12.7 liter Detroit. He indicated it was and that the model number was for a variable torque engine. I negotiated on the truck, purchased it, arraigned shipping to central Kansas. It arrived and the first thing my driver noticed under the cab was the Cat yellow color. Turns out it was a C12 Cat! I called in to discuss this error and it was confirmed that the listing was incorrect(the person who made the mistake was no longer with the company), they offered to buy the truck back but I needed to return it to them. So I could get my money back on the truck but I was going to have paid over $3200 for the privilege of learning that they had posted the engine wrong on their listing. We were targeting a 12.7 Detroit, I wouldnt have called about the truck if it hadnt been listed that way. I feel cheated and mistreated. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner and was denied that courtesy as well, he wouldnt return my call and the salesman wouldnt put me in contact with him. I would avoid business with Diamond Truck Sales....., if you arent willing to talk with dissatisfied customers and attempt resolution, you arent running a good business in my opinion.

They were suppose to fix a few things on the truck and they never did the job right. After taking it twice to them. First of all the truck was supposed to have been fixed when I bought it. The complete injector harness needed to be replaced going into the cylinder head. Because of that my DPF system was not functioning and was overheating. The💥💥 mechanic from kenworth said that if I would have kept driving the truck it most likely💥 would have 💥caught on fire and burnt 💥to the ground💥. Diamond truck sales will not take responsibility for this truck at all. The Extended🚫 Warranty they sold me is a joke.🚫 According to the contract the Warranty is bumper to bumper coverage and is honored by any certified diesel mechanic. What they dont tell you is before the mechanic can fix the truck the insurance company needs to approve the work which they dont even if it says they do in the contract.🔴 In verry fine print the contract states you can only take the contract company to🚫 court in North Carolina.🚫I bought this truck in California. Diamond truck sales is just full of scams. I was sold a truck that had no business even being on the road. They gave me a truck that wouldnt pass a DOT inspection, failed to do ANY repairs on the due bill, broke the grill in transit and cracked the head light. All repairs done to the tralier needed to be fixed again, their welds broke after two days and the dpf system they installed choked the reefer. Also be aware of their recaps, after three blown tires in the first run, we replaced the ENTIRE set. If you buy a truck from them, please be prepared to spend an additional 10k in repairs just to get the truck safe! The entire sales team and management are complete crooks, please avoid!
