Our CPA firm has been with Diamond IT for over 14 years beginning with in house support and then transitioning to the Cloud in 2013. They have provided excellent technical & personalized service from day one. The entire staff continues to be professional, knowledgeable & responsive to our needs. Nick provided prompt support and sought another path for making contact when the primary method wasnt available. Once the service call was started he was very efficient and courteous. He also clearly wanted to make sure all issues were resolved before ending the call. The Diamond IT remote interface also worked very well. ---JD

We use Diamond on an unlimited plan. Its a little pricey but in this day and age, having an IT pro on-demand is worth the expense. Theyve been pretty responsive every time I have an issue.

I have had very good experiences with them, they handle all of the IT problems that we cannot solve by ourselves. Tickets are normally solved within the same day.
