This was my first time to this dealership. I brought my Cadillac in to have my radio unlocked. They took my car in and I was told it would take 1 to 2 hours. The charge would be $239 dollars. I wasn’t very happy that it was so expensive for such a simple procedure. I was told that was the minimum charge. That really is a lot of money for me at least. I am medically retired and on a small fixed income. But I was told the dealer is the only one entity that can perform a radio unlock. So not much choice. I was happily surprised that not even an hour later my car was done, or so I thought. I was informed the program didn’t take and they couldn’t unlock my radio. Disappointed I didn’t understand why the job wasn’t done. But shocked as I was informed that I still must pay in full. I did feel taken advantage of from the dealership. As I drove home I really started feeling outraged. I called a couple of other dealerships and asked about getting my radio unlocked. They both agreed it should not have been a problem. I could take it to one of the other dealerships but of course I would be charged. Unfortunately it’s not within my budget at this time,

I called before I went in and a gentleman named Jonathan was extremely helpful. I asked what time he left for the day and told him I was going to come in a few hours to buy a car and was going to ask for him. When I got there I asked for him and since we discussed everything on the phone he streamlined the entire purchase. Was very quick and efficient. Overall the experience was satisfying. drove away with a new corvette and didn’t get overcharged.

I would not recommend this dealer. All they do is take your money with diagnosis and testing. Not the worst part but not finding what’s wrong with my vehicle, my car was here for a month. Saying it might be these or that. Playing the guessing game. They don’t communicate with you at all!Please don’t waste your money. I had to tow my vehicle and it is not the only vehicle being towed since the dude that took my car he said he goes to the dealer very often. Meaning they are not doing their job I lost $733. I repeat myself DON’T waste your money and time!!!

This was a horrible experience for me! I didn’t even get to see the truck I purchased until after I signed everything they kept changing the numbers on me it was super stressful I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership and I wish I would’ve just walked away like I did twice but they talked me into coming back with lies. After we agreed to a number, they would change it and then argue with me. I would highly recommend that you shop around before you come here. They are going to say that they heavily discounted your vehicle in reality you’re gonna walk out paying way more. They were highly unprofessional. When I was being pressured into sign the paperwork, one of the people Yelled into the room just yes it will make things faster and other little comments to it was super annoying. I found a truck that I wanted to check out online at around noon. I told him that I would be there at five the car that I wanted wasn’t even on the lot it was an hour away they would not let me see the truck until after I filled out all the paperwork and qualified and was approved. Then they went an hour away to get the truck again I do not recommend this dealership I’ve been treated way better every other dealership I’ve ever been to they played around with the numbers they played around with my interest rate they were trying to rip me off the best they could.

I purchased my vehicle at Moss Bros but Diamond Chevrolet is local and I have always brought my vehicle in for service at Diamond. I had the poorest experience and was blown away by the lack of compassion. Upon arriving, I communicated the concerns I was experiencing with my vehicle. I had asked if my warranty was still good in which Eddie looked that up and said that my warranty had expired, but I mentioned I had extended warranty. He said all I had to do was let them know the contact info and they would connect with them. After leaving my vehicle there I called towards the evening time on day 1 and they had mentioned that they still did not have a chance to check my AC and would be keeping the vehicle overnight. The following day we had called for an update in which he shared they still haven’t checked the A/C. When asking about a loaner vehicle they said they couldn’t until they finish checking my vehicle. I communicated I had needed a car so I can get to work the following day. Diamond Chevrolet proceeds to share that the extended warranty is only valid at Moss Bros and if they worked on my car I’d be paying out of pocket. They then said I would have to call Moss Bros and have them transfer it to diamond. We then called Moss Bros in which they shared that I would have to take the vehicle to them. Diamond proceeded to inform me that I would have to pay $398 just for the inspections. At no point in time did anybody share this information prior. This information is obviously very important and would’ve been a determining factor for me. When I went to go pick up my vehicle, nobody even had the courtesy to come and even try and make the situation right or speak to me instead, they had the person cash me out. They gave me my keys and that’s it. This dealership has zero sense of customer service or customer satisfaction. I will never return to this location, nor will I ever recommend. They should have been more transparent from the gecko. Instead, I paid for them to do absolutely nothing to my car, and they left me without a vehicle for two days. Make this make sense.

After having a terrible experience at another dealership, we called in & were immediately treated with kindness and respect. We worked with John who made sure we were taken care of & got everything we needed while we were there. John prioritized getting us the vehicle we wanted for a great price instead of pushing us settle for something else. We’re now proud owners of a 2024 Colorado. Thank you Diamond Chevrolet!
