Don was my salesmen and Mario was my finance manager. Both did their job very well. They didnt try to waste my time over the phone before I drove 2 hours to go see the truck I wanted. I had an idea of out the door price a d options available before I even drove to the dealership.Don and Mario both treated me fairly and was upfront about everything. Would recommend them both if you are in the market.

Overall Im happy with this dealership. The staff was helpful and friendly. The used truck comes with a 6 mo/6k limited warranty and thats a nice bonus. I found the truck online and negotiated the deal on the phone. When I arrived the deal stood as negotiated. The downside is that pictures showing wear and damage to the truck were never shown nor mentioned. There are scratches in the paint and severe wear on the drivers side door threshold above the rocker panel. I dont expect a used car to be perfect, but I do expect to be told the true condition of the vehicle before driving 90 minutes one way to pick it up. I would probably buy from thus dealership again, but Id ask for pictures of damage.

I have not bought a vehicle here, YET. But we likely will, because Dillon and Albert were the best salespeople we’ve experienced in a long time and definitely the best Chevy/GMC dealer in SoCal, and I’ve been to many. Looking at the HUMMER EV suv and the Denali Yukon side by side comparing what we wanted out of our next family suv they made it so enjoyable, it was not high pressure nor haggling. They took time to show us each one and talk about it. We never felt like we were wasting their time, even though we said up front we are in the looking phase. No amount of salesmanship would have made us make such a significant purchase spontaneously, so we appreciate them not trying to do so. What they did was earn our business for the future and long term and show us that Diamond in Banning is more about the consumer than the bottom line. Thank you 🙏

Ive bought cars from different locations before and no where was like this. Everyone was extremely nice, on top of everything, and there was no tricks or games. We were in and out of there within a few hours rather than like other places where youre stuck for the entire day trying to buy a car. Everyone was very helpful and made sure we knew everything we were signing and what everything meant, no clueless signing! We had to even have a sales rep follow us home to have my spouse sign documents and he made sure everything was explained just as much as it was in store. They took the time to make sure we knew all the aspects of our car and were comfortable, happy and had no questions before leaving. Great customer service and great experience for buying a car.

My experience was awesome and Id recommend your dealership to all friends and family! John and the sales team were outstanding! John listened and made sure to pay attention to every single detail. As a Sales Manager myself, its refreshing to have worked with such an ethical sales guy and its clear that this is the culture at this dealership. I have two twin girls, could not find a baby sitter and they even made it to where I didnt spend more than 15 minutes in the actual dealership at purchase and pick up day (which is unheard of!). I really needed a car and I ended up with a slightly higher payment than Id like. The team worked hard to find a way that we could work the deal with rebates and such, They were able to bring the car into a range I could afford. The car is beautiful and drives well. Beware! Beware! Beware! These people are the biggest scammers ever. The first car I got with them got totaled in 09/05/23. I tried to cancel my warranty in March but they kept telling me not tooo. So finally May I canceled it and my bank still hasn’t received any check. Mario rude unprofessional self just keeps lying and leaving my messages on seen. Mario said he sent my warranty check out 2 weeks ago but he lied. I called Freddie and he said there’s no tracking number for the check. I am extremely frustrated! These people know all the difficult things I been going through and they are adding to my stress. I even bought another car with them and I was told my down payment will go to my car which was 5K. I paid the 5k and they didn’t even put a penny towards my car. I hate this detailer ship and the customer service! These people are terrible and they will scam you. This is now out of my hands because I will be taking legal action. I have all my receipts!

Happy with my experience at Diamond Chevrolet. Walked in on a rainy Friday evening not knowing what I would be walking out with since the truck I had in mind was located at the San Bernardino location. Our salesman Z was amazing, he did everything he can to be able to give me a great deal and walk out with the amazing truck I wanted. Initially the truck was out of my price range and was being showed cheaper options and different colors but I knew what I wanted and we fought until we were able to receive the best deal possible. We left behind our trade in vehicle, left in a rental and returned for my truck which was at the San Bernardino location the very next day. Truck was washed and tank fully fueled. I have never been so unhappy with a business! We found our perfect truck online for 82k (advertised on 2 different sites) called the dealership first thing in the morning to inquire if this 82k truck was still available and was told yes it was so we drove the 2 hours confident we were going to buy it. When we got to the dealership they pulled out the truck that now had a 11k lift on it. No one bothered to let us know that the 82k truck we was now 93k. This dealership is a scam with no loyalty to their customers. We left very upset, drove to Hatfield GM in Redlands where we were treated with honestly and respected and drove home in the truck of our dreams.Diamond Chevrolet Buick GMC.... You should be ashamed of yourselves. WARNING DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

First off, an absolute scam of a dealership. Do not trust John Sanchez or the prices you see online. He added on almost $6000 in additional fees for paint, protective services, etc. which he insisted were mandatory and flat out refused to remove them. Plus getting in touch with his team was impossible, they all seemed to have conflicting information, and even when they promise to call back they either never do or call hours and hours after their promised time. Unreliable and untrustworthy is how I would describe this dealership.

I drove out here from the Temecula area. Rick quoted me a price via email that was upheld when I met him at the dealership. There were no surprises or changes to what we had discussed. The whole process was very quick and easy. Freddy walked me though the finance paperwork and warranty options. It was all painless and the truck was clean and gassed up. Overall very smooth process with no surprises. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

I had an appointment for 9am nonone called me to let me know if my car was ready. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation. I had to call the dealership 2 times, the first time the man said it would be ready in 30 minutes and they would call me when it was ready. I called back 1 hour and 15 minutes later and it still was not ready. The second time I called the said they were finishing up the paperwork and it would be ready by the time I got there. When I got there and paid and they gave me my paperwork. The cashier called to have my car brought out, she told me to wait outside for my car, no one ever went to get the car for me. I waited about 10 minutes and went inside and asked for someone to bring the car, one man said he would get it immediately he never came back another man asked for my paper and went to check and never came back, finally a different man got it for me.

I’m switching my review from a five star from the sales department to one star with the service department. We bought A brand new 2024 Silverado 1500 diesel we’ve had it for two months and it’s now In the dealer at the service department, needing a new transmission. I’m leaving this review for poor communication from our service writer Ryan and service department the voicemail is always full. They don’t return phone calls their timeline of promising the truck to be fixed is not what they said and we can’t even get an update on the vehicle. I do not recommend their service department and if we have more warranty issues, we will not be taking it back to the dealer.

I have been waiting for parts that were on backorder for two years. I purchased my brand new truck in May of 2022. I have been waiting for the park assist and steering wheel heater. Since I was going to diamond Chevrolet, I was told by the service advisor that my parts were on backorder and I would be contacted when they were in. I would never hear back from anybody and even if I followed up, I would get the same response. I expressed my concerns to Steve the Service advisor when I drop my truck off. He was able to locate parts get them installed provide me a discount on my oil change for my troubles. Steve did the right thing and got my truck completed.

It was a simple oil change and tire rotation. Nothing spectacular. Convenient to where I live. But they dont offer a carwash service. And nothing looks worst than oiled handprints on black paint. You must understand, that while GMC considers this a high-end vehicle, I compare that designation to the service I receive for my Porsche, my Lincoln and my Mercedes which are high-end. When I take those vehicles into those respective dealers for service, I give them a clean vehicle, I get a cleaner repaired vehicle returned. And Id be willing to pay for a carwash, which I dont have to do with my other vehicles.

I called Diamond with a deal from a dealership further away from me, Diamond said he could make the deal happen. After confirming vehicle, I wanted and price I completed online credit application, upon on which Diamond said my credit was lower than anticipated. After being ghosted for a few hours, Diamond got back to me with some numbers that werent close to original deal and told me the vehicle was being PDI and was onsite. After sending contract e sign, I was going through it and there were options in the contract never discussed they were way off on the residual value of the vehicle. So, I didnt sign and drove down the following day this is 65 miles away.I showed up as soon as they opened asked to see vehicle it wasnt there, it was at a different location. Upon asking about the add-ons in the contract and why the price didnt match the original deal. The financial manager tried telling me because my credit score and the options were added to all vehicles on the lot, then told me he couldnt match my deal. So, I walked the lot looked at another vehicle since I was already there.after wasting 3 hours of my time, I was told the 2nd vehicle I was looking at was sold and I couldnt buy it.In the end I called another dealer who beat my original deal with sufficient speed and grace. I drove it home and love my new purchase from Honor GMC and Buick.I believe Diamonds business practice are borderline illegal and especially shady. *Lowering my credit score so I believed my payment would be higher, **not inputting the proper residual value of vehicles on contracts. I felt like no-one was honest at Diamand in their dealings with me, wasted hours of my time with no remorse. I will never recommend Diamond and will tell others my story.*Credit score at 2nd dealer was what my app said, and I got tier 1, where Diamond was saying I was tier 2.**this helped them maintain a lower payment and if I would have signed GMC Financing would have seen it and would have had want to renegotiate a new contract with a higher payment.

ATTENTION EVERYONE. “DON’T FALL FOR THIS DEALER’S FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.” The discounts they are advertising is only honored if you buy their add ons, which they increased the value after offering more discounts, so there really isn’t any discounts. They’re force the buyer to leaves with their add ons and deny them the 2.90% rate that the manufacturer is offering if you don’t buy their package. Don’t bother buying from them. They’re not transparent and trying to cheat the customer.

They suck! They bait and switch I saw an internet special on a 2024 Chevy Trax RS1 for 20,000, with no disclaimers on the price other than taxes, and they typical fees. I would have actually purchased it online, but I wanted to make sure it actually looked the same in person. Therefore, I went down there with the intent to purchase this vehicle. However, when we sat down, they tried to sell us the car for 23,000 and said they had added option that was NOT included on their online internet special pricing. I only went there for this particular vehicle as it is about 60 miles from my home, and I had plenty of local Chevy dealers here in my area.To make a long story short, after we told David the car was not that price, we sat there for 30-60 minutes, and that is when the manager, or whomever he was, came and told us that the car was not 20,000. When I told him that I was going to contact GM (WHICH I DID) over this, he told me to read the disclaimer on the website first. There is NO disclaimer/discloser stating what he said.So, I immediately left and started looking elsewhere, then they started blowing up the phone trying to make a deal with me. I dont know what part of 20,000 that didnt understand, and that I wasnt paying a penny over, and that is the ONLY reason I had come there.After multiple calls to me, the last one I was on my way to Mark Christopher Chevrolet, as I had told them what had happened over at Diamond Hills. Boy did I get an ear full about this dealership from them. It turns out they used to be affiliated with Mark Christopher and Mountain View. Apparently, the owner had worked for one of the places for 20 years, then purchased Diamond Hills. Due to issues, from what I understand, they parted ways.I told Diamond Hills that MCC told me I could get a brand new 2024 for just about the same price, so I went down there. On the way, is when I received the last call that I answered from them. I told them I was them what I was told by MCC, and that I was on my way there.They blew up my phone while I was inside the dealership buying a BRAND NEW 2024 Chevy Trax. Needless to say, I no longer answered the phone.They could have sold it on the spot, but they let me walk away just to play a game, then basically agree to give it to me for that price, once I was already going to buy the other one. In addition, they told me I could get a new one at their dealership, in which I replied, why would I drive all that far, when I can buy it local. Not to mention, why would I go back to that dealership to begin with after what they pulled?So buyer beware. They bait and switch. Get a WRITTEN price before you head on down to this dealership to buy a car, otherwise, they will pull the same thing.

I took my Silverado in for basic oil change. The next day I noticed oil was leaking. I took it back and they said that it was the oil filter that was leaking. They did replace that. However, I noticed the next day it was still leaking. I wasn’t willing to take it to them a third time. So I took it to a local shop. They were able to verify that the plastic drain plug was never changed out and it was leaking from the drain plug. They were able to replace it and I have had no issues since. Should not have to take vehicle to a dealership three times for an oil change.

Just want to share my horrible experience with this dealership specially with the guy at the FINANCE department . Ahmad the sales agent was cool I understand that he was just doing his job. Im not saying not to buy cars from this dealership, just make sure that youre paying what you need or what you came for before you sign any contract. Never cloud you judgement with excitement.I saw their ad on their website Sunday morning, its the 2500hd silverado. they gave me a call and said that the truck was available for $57,8** + tax and lic. I told them over the phone that Im confident with my credit report and Im willing to put a money down and Im not gonna get any extra packages that they would offer when I get there, I just want to pa the truck at the posted price + tax and lic and some dealer fees.I made sure that everything was straight and that we were on the same page before I head over to their dealership, because Im 120 miles away. I didnt want to waste no time.So 120 miles later, test drove the truck, brought me and my family in their office, pulled my credit report and praised it, and by the way I told them before they pulled my credit report that I only want the Posted price of the truck and of course Tax and licence plus some documentation and dealer fees. So they come back to us and said, they will only sell me the truck if i buy the almost $3,500 EXTRA option that they are offering, which I dont want and need so the guy pulled the paper works and said dont sell him the truck if he doesnt buy the $3500 OPTIONS. So i had no choice but to turn around and leave without the truck, time and total 240 miles was wasted. This was on Sunday Feb 4 2024. Almost fell into a deceitful deal!They lied to us and wasted our Sunday just because i refused to purchase the EXTRA option that they offer. Which they never told about before drove 120 miles. And I made sure before i left the house that they know that Im coming from far away.Theyre pricing on their website is inaccurate they will make you come to the dealership and grill you.

After buying a car from this dealer, I ask if my new car can be washed and the gas tank can be filled all the way up. I’m looking at the indicator and it’s only filled up to 1/4. I asked the seller why and he said his manager won’t let him fill up the gas for the customer but he’s doing me a favor. He said he only can fill up to this so I can drive back to Orange County. I’m like c’mon man this manager is hella cheap after a customer bought a car. It’s funny like they can’t afford to fill up the gas for their customers. Cheap!!!

We have always been leery of dealers, especially after our first and only experience buying our first (& LAST) Ford from a dealer in Escondido.Chuck Rose gave us reason to have faith in Diamond Hills Chevrolet. We did not appreciate the lack of transparency and after a LONG day at the dealer we still took the car regardless of the questionable action taken from the dealer. I strongly advise everyone who shops here to carefully review all documents. Overall the experience was good but they did not have decency to be honest so the rating will reflect that as honesty plays a huge roll in purchasing a vehicle.

Had to update to one star. Found out that my truck had illegal modifications done to it causing it to not pass smog. I went to the dealer and the lazy general manager would not talk to us. Told me through a sales staff that I need to speak with the service manager. Drove 100 miles round trip and 1 hr to get blown off. Dropped off the car for broken motor mount on April 7. They told me the car should be ready by April 12. I got the car back on May 19! Not only did they not call me to update me on the status of the car, but about 1 1/2 weeks before it was ready, I called their service department line and their computer system kept routing my calls to a voicemail that no one called back from. Days later, I finally had to speak to another employee as if to schedule an appointment to speak with an actual person. They then left two messages for my assigned service advisor to call me back, who then finally told me the car would be ready May 19. When I picked up the car, it was filthy! Not only on the outside, like it had been stored in the parking lot of a tow yard, but the interior was full of dust, debris and animal hair! It appears someone left a window down long enough for a cat (I imagine) to get in and leave their hair all over our seats and a couple of jackets we had in the back seat. Furthermore, mechanics usually place a sheet on the floorboard to try and keep the cars somewhat clean, but not in this case. Both driver and front passenger side floorboards were extremely dirty as if someone got in and out multiple times with filthy boots. I have had fine service at this dealership in the past, but this was incredible.

My experience was good at the dealership and Rick helped me out and did very well up until a few months later. Our registration had expired and we never received the renewal or the new plates. I had to reach out to them for it to be processed, and when i did receive a letter in the mail. It was to renew the registration again. We had paid $900 in registration and title transfer fees, and 3 months later we have to renew the tags again for another $748. I contacted Rick who gave me such an excuse that made no sense at all. We had been shopping for months, and stopped looking at one point because we were so frustrated with the market and how salesmen were dishonest, disrespectful, and not working with us at all. Like all dealerships and due to the market, the price was higher than I wanted and had add-ons I dont want or need. Thats just the nature of the market though. They also worked with me on getting a fair deal for my trade-in.We didnt buy the first day, and left to think about it. They were helpful but not high pressure. I came back the next day and worked with Z and Mario and finish the deal. David was busy with another customer, so had Z help us. They didnt act like competing salesmen, they just helped me as needed.Pricing is horrible right now, and you can expect to pay MSRP and have to buy add-ons where ever you go right now due to these cars selling in a day or two with markups. This place however had reasonable add-ons, were upfront about it, and still treated me like I mattered as a customer. This was not true of all the other places Ive dealt with over the last few years. Everyone here was helpful, and respectful and I will defiantly look at them first for any purchases in the future. My dad also bought a truck here and was happy with the service.

They want to waste your time by having you go into the dealership to talk numbers and then stop communicating with you when you have agreed to the negotiation process. We had the best experience at Diamond Hills. To begin with, a big shout out to Samantha (Internet Sales), Don (our salesman), and the Floor Manager.Samantha did a great job bringing us in, even though she is very busy. She gave us the right information, was patient, and followed up at the right time to make sure we had everything and had a plan.Don was great. Did not overly force us into a sale, but instead guided us with what we were looking for. The day we came out was pouring ran, he made every accommodation to allow us a pleasant shopping experience and take our time.The floor manager reassured us with the dealership policies and commitment to customer service. This was the whole reason we drove an 1.5 hr from our house passing by at least 15 dealerships on the way. Dont come here if youre expecting quality service and honesty. My wife made an appointment to see a specific Sierra. We drove out over an hour and a half only for them to tell us that the truck was already bought. (This was after they spent 30 minutes trying to gaslight us into thinking it was a different truck despite showing proof of the truck we made the appointment for. Turns out, the person who bought the truck she wanted ended up doing a trade in so that truck was showing up in the system instead of the one we wanted). Afterwards, they tried showing us another color and tried selling us that one. They started off with a spiel of how they arent doing markups like other dealers, but then talked about different pre-installed packages that drove the price up and having the audacity to not call it a markup. They were lucky that we stayed at all to look at a different vehicle, the lack of respect and communication was very frustrating; would you want to drive out to a dealer for a truck you wanted only to find out it was already gone? Their name might be Diamond, but their quality is not.

I drive a 2022 Bolt. The work performed for this service is per specs and satisfactory. However, I brought my Bolt in for a service back in April of 2022 and I specifically declined any implementation of the battery recall. The service department implemented it anyway, and reduced my capacity to 80%. Until this week, there was no expectation of a battery replacement for my car and your dealership was not willing to do anything to fix the problem they created. Ive been driving my car with limited capacity for 8 months while paying the contracted payment without the cars ability to perform as advertised. Im glad I have a new battery. Im not happy with the overall experience of being robbed of range without my approval to do so, for 8 long months. That said, when I picked up my car, the battery was fully charged and the range was reading 236 miles, instead of 258 per manufacturer specifications. Im hoping this is due to the cold weather and the vehicles computer calculating the energy needed to warm the battery. Youd think that a new battery would be installed and the computer would be reset to calculate for a brand new, unused battery like a new car. 236 miles is the old rating of the first generation Bolt. Im hoping I didnt get an old battery. Thanks for reading.

Took my truck in for oil change, tire rotation, and check trailer plug wiring. Waited 3 hours. Trailer plug still has the same problem. Trailer lights stays on constantly — even when the light switch is off and engine is not running. Sadly, I will have to take time off from work and take my 2021 GMC Denali back to the dealership again for repair. I tested my trailer lights, and they operated fine on several other trucks.

We also requested an oil change and once I reviewed the service when we got home, I noticed the washer fluid wasnt filled and the new oil change sticker wasnt provided. We came here because of proximity to where we live, and we’ve bought over 20 cars in 15 years and this is the most disorganized dealer we’ve dealt with.We called their bluff on a price of a vehicle, and they said “oh if we knew you were military sooner we wouldn’t have played hardball” Excuse me? I bought my car in 2019 and have nothing but problems with it, i quit taking it there as nothing gets fixed, they say it is fixed but 24 hours later it is not working again. I complained and was told give us another chance, dumb me I thought okay, My steering column wont lock in place so I took it in and was told I needed a new steering column and it would take 2 week to a month to get it, well 1 year later and I still have not heard from them. I stopped in a couple times to find out what is going on and was told they have not heard any thing about when the part was coming. I will never deal with them again. Once it came time to talk numbers the salesman Steven said that the bank is requiring all of these extra things in order to get the car even though I had already been pre-approved. It seemed to me like they wanted to use their own banks so they could make more money, even though it would cost me more. After this, I left and a few days later I look on my credit report and there are multiple HARD inquires and none of them were from the bank that I had already gotten pre approved for. So unless you want to get scammed, stay away. And they also didn’t want to give me my ID back once I said I was done and wanted to leave.

My visit to the Diamond Hills Chevrolet service department was due to a transmission failure while traveling through southern CA on vacation. I had my 2011 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 towed in and received a diagnosis a couple of business days later. Waited about 4 days for the new transmission to arrive at the dealership and 2 days for the installation. Pros: the transmission was installed and is working fine. Cons: the vehicle was not ready to be driven home due to a sensor that was not reconnected during the service and the vehicle had not been washed after being at their shop for nearly 2 weeks and a nearly $6000 transaction.

These guys were above and beyond dealing with a crying kid all night, and every person there interacted positively with him and didnt even bat an eye when he had his tired meltdown. I had such a Horrible experience. Getting a brand new 2021 truck was smooth and quick. However within a week or less, the truck began giving me problems. I tried to reach out to the salesman but I was completely ignored so I decided to take it in instead. It took over a month for me to get my truck back and had to call constantly to get any update. Turns out they ordered the wrong part & had to wait for a “new part” to come in. After they FINALLY called me and mentioned it was ready. I drove out to pick it up and a few minutes into my drive the check engine light turned on once again. Not only did they put me in harms way, they didn’t fix my problem. Therefore I decided to take it to a GM dealer closer to where I live and the reason behind the check engine light was that they had left wires exposed and it was causing a shortage. So yes I had such a horrible experience.

Diamond Hills did a great job of servicing my car in a timely fashion---as they always do. The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is because, when I take my wifes Subaru to the dealership where it is serviced, they routinely wash the car. My car is a plug-in hybrid and, as a courtesy when chargers are available at the dealership, I think it would be a nice touch to top up the charge on my car. These are *small* things but they make a difference. My wife is absolutely committed to getting a Subaru when we replace her current Subaru. I would love to stick with a Chevy but it would be nice to have those extra touches, even though they have nothing to do with functionality or quality of repair. They do demonstrate the willingness to really take care of their customers.
