I’ve purchased several vehicles in the last 20 years from this dealership including a 2023 Escalade and 2020 CT5. I was very disappointed today after receiving my CT5 back from the service department. I am very particular about how my car looks on the inside and out. My car was returned with some type of chalk like powder on my backseat and floor. Nobody bothered to clean it or cover it from the start. I couldn’t even get a quick courtesy rinse of my exterior after my car sat on their back lot for 2 days. I’m not feeling like Diamond values my business anymore.

This dealership is the most impolite and unprofessional place Ive ever taken my car for maintenance. I received an attitude from the Service Representative named Iris because I was unable to return the automobile they had rented to me, despite the fact that my car had been in their shop for one and a half months. Is it my responsibility that the Cadillac XT4 and XT5 have issues? No, but you expect someone to pay $300 for a second key that was not provided to the client when the car was purchased from the other dealership. I encourage you not to buy a Cadillac in Palmdale, California.

Pricey, to be expected. Bought set of OEM wiper blades, seem to last the longer than any aftermarket ones Ive had. Ones on car were original, 6 years old. Time to replace. Rest of experience was pleasant enough. Service writer was pleasant and well informed. Helped with coupon! Will probably return.

My rating is simply on customer service. If you tell a customer I will contact you tomorrow, you should honor your word. I was told that on a Friday evening, I reached out to a sales rep on that Sat and Sun but sadly I was told “they were too busy to have checked” and that others were away on training. I called Monday and spoke with someone else who didn’t really answer the question with regards to the status of my application. Typically it does not take that long to hear back from a finance company. In my opinion this can break a potential customer relationship. It is my hope that additional training and support can happen to avoid a similar situation happening again. How can the customer feel like you have their best interest and support when this happens. The vehicle is not enough, customer service weighs so much more because obviously assuming you do purchase a vehicle from here, you would need to follow up for service and etc. The negative first impression would be a reminder to expect a repeated situation in some capacity. Perhaps this was just a “one off” situation and I pray that it is.

Took my 2015 Yukon Denali in for service had an oil change 2 weeks later my engine seized up, heading out oil in the engine. The technician at this dealership did not take the oil filter and close the oil to leak out and when I started engine and drove off from my home, the engine seized up by the timer I was able to get home the dealership refused to take accountability, and now I’m in the process of filing a full lawsuit against this dealership. Their service practices are absolutely terrible. The service manager refused to take accountability and with this lawsuit, I will see you tonight at the manager was terminated.. stay away from this dealership!! Even though it’s changed news it’s still the same people operating doing the same sloppy practices

They were very communicative and detailed in all the questions I had over email. Greg went out of his way to work with my schedule and needs. They had everything all ready to go knowing that I was on a tight schedule when I arrived. The manager was really nice as well. I think these guys did a great job.

I called on a used truck. The sales Manager Sammie said yes they had the truck but it would not be on the lot until tomorrow. I asked about coming to see it that day and he said, yes. If it sells today it wont be on the lot tomorrow. I said I would call him back and let him know if we are coming since we do not live near Palmdale. I called back and said yes, I would be there in about 1 hour and 45.min. When we arrived they could not find the truck. After about 45 min they claimed it was sold in Aug. and this was a computer error. The sales lady was super nice but Sammie not so much. Did not even act concerned that they didnt have the truck or anything. Not even.concerned that he has waisted 4 hrs of our time plus gas. Total jerk in my opinion.

First I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to read this, I had appointment on 09/10/20 at 1pm I showed up on time and was told to park my truck and proceeded to get checked in approx.1:20pm and my truck was taken back for a oil change, tire rotation and a wash, after about a hour waiting around 2:30 I checked on my truck and was watching the technician struggling with my tires, Assuming we were almost done I continue to wait approx. 3:30pm I checked again and now it appears he was just starting the oil change and now Im getting a concerned so ask the service advisor why the delay, and I was told the technician was new, And what my observation was that the technician in no hurry at all everything was in slow motion and he kept leaving my truck several times, At that point the advisor saw I was getting a little Impatient, So the advisor went out to ask him what was taking so long, Finally at 4:00, my truck was pulled out and was done, I proceeded to leave and go out and my truck wasnt washed I go back in and talk to the service advisor and she said it was done so I asked her to get up and go look it wasnt washed and had oil finger prints on the side she agreed and told them to wash it, Finally at 4:30 it was done, Actually it wasnt done the truck was only wiped down nothing was else cleaned especially the wheels, So at that point when I left your service dept. Thinking to myself how can you stay in business it took 3.5 hours for a oil change, I have a appointment 09/15/20 for several recalls with your dealership that Im going to cancel, I dont feel like Im a valued customer and would not recommend your service department to friends,Family or colleagues,
