2024-04-25 23:54:18I have been a customer for some time now and I would like tecognize, what feels like my very own service provider, Iris for her expertise and customer service. I am always happy with Iriss service because she is knowledgeable and quick to respond in urgent needs like my car breaking down. She and the hard working mechanics got my car back and running in no time! I am a busy, hardworking mom of 3 and i appreciate it more than you know! In the short time I was there to pick up my vehicle, I got to see how hard she works. A massage to the owner, Iris deserves a good bonus and a raise! Always Highly satisfied with her service!

2024-03-26 05:19:49First time to Diamond for an oil change in my GMC SIERRA, and the second that I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism by each representative. I also had a throttle body service. The unlimited coffee was a 2 thumbs up. The waiting area was clean. After a couple of hours, I was reunited with my baby, and off I was. Great service and professional attitudes. See you for my next service.

Unlike other car dealerships weve been to, it took us way less time to get out the door with our new car.We are so thankful for Mike, he was very patient and explained everything we needed to know. He fought back and forth with the finance department for us to get the best options and had our backs like we were his family. We had a really good experience with him and he was very happy to help. Highly recommend speaking with him if you come here to get a new car!The packages the cars come with are very much needed for what is out there in todays world. We are thankful we found a reliable and friendly place after spending 3 months fighting back and forth with other annoying dealerships. (And we came all the way from Lincoln Heights)

2024-06-06 03:14:14Showed up for an oil change just before my appointment. An hour and 20 minutes later when my vehicle wasn’t ready i asked the service agent why it wasn’t ready after an hour and 20 minutes and asked how much longer. The service agent held the paper up telling me that the work actually started 15 minutes after my appointment time (when he had finally finished getting the paperwork done and signed), so it had only been an hour and 5 minutes. By the time I was handed my keys and left it was 2 hours since I had arrived and I was charged the full amount for the service. At a previous dealership when they took an hour and 15 minutes the service was free because they were sorry it took so long. I won’t be returning.

2024-04-13 20:18:44The test drive went well, the salesman on the test drive with me was very friendly and helpful, but when it came time to discuss financing and sign paperwork, they tried to charge me $5,000 over the listed price. They absolutely refused to negotiate, and after every counter offer I tried, was told that my offer would lower my monthly payments but not the overall amount. When I said I had a problem with that, they ignored my concerns ame said, But you said the monthly rate is as fine. When I brought up financing on my own, they tried insisting that no bank would give me a better interest rate than what they were offering. They were very rude about the whole thing, and acted like I was the one being unreasonable.

2024-03-13 22:30:25Iris is super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the repair of my car didnt seem to fix the issue but she is doing everything she can to make it all better. So even with this hiccup Im still satisfied with my service.
