I have been a customer for some time now and I would like tecognize, what feels like my very own service provider, Iris for her expertise and customer service. I am always happy with Iriss service because she is knowledgeable and quick to respond in urgent needs like my car breaking down. She and the hard working mechanics got my car back and running in no time! I am a busy, hardworking mom of 3 and i appreciate it more than you know! In the short time I was there to pick up my vehicle, I got to see how hard she works. A massage to the owner, Iris deserves a good bonus and a raise! Always Highly satisfied with her service!

First time to Diamond for an oil change in my GMC SIERRA, and the second that I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism by each representative. I also had a throttle body service. The unlimited coffee was a 2 thumbs up. The waiting area was clean. After a couple of hours, I was reunited with my baby, and off I was. Great service and professional attitudes. Great service!Me and my wife got us a beautiful car here and had a great time. Unlike other car dealerships weve been to, it took us way less time to get out the door with our new car.We are so thankful for Mike, he was very patient and explained everything we needed to know. He fought back and forth with the finance department for us to get the best options and had our backs like we were his family. We had a really good experience with him and he was very happy to help. Highly recommend speaking with him if you come here to get a new car!The packages the cars come with are very much needed for what is out there in todays world. Showed up for an oil change just before my appointment. An hour and 20 minutes later when my vehicle wasn’t ready i asked the service agent why it wasn’t ready after an hour and 20 minutes and asked how much longer. The service agent held the paper up telling me that the work actually started 15 minutes after my appointment time (when he had finally finished getting the paperwork done and signed), so it had only been an hour and 5 minutes. By the time I was handed my keys and left it was 2 hours since I had arrived and I was charged the full amount for the service. At a previous dealership when they took an hour and 15 minutes the service was free because they were sorry it took so long. I won’t be returning.

The test drive went well, the salesman on the test drive with me was very friendly and helpful, but when it came time to discuss financing and sign paperwork, they tried to charge me $5,000 over the listed price. They absolutely refused to negotiate, and after every counter offer I tried, was told that my offer would lower my monthly payments but not the overall amount. When I said I had a problem with that, they ignored my concerns ame said, But you said the monthly rate is as fine. When I brought up financing on my own, they tried insisting that no bank would give me a better interest rate than what they were offering. They were very rude about the whole thing, and acted like I was the one being unreasonable.

I’ve already relayed my experience wit the service manager. I was passing through and needed general maintenance on my gmc 3500. I was first one there and spent 2.5 hours there. I was upset with how long it took and I use my truck to make money. I was told the service department was doing me a favor by getting me in and completing maintenance. Service manager said they take appointments and walk ins. I’m not doing you a favor by paying you for doing work on my truck. This is your job, otherwise you wouldn’t have a job.

Short staffed on weekends but still got what I needed (oil change & tire rotation) prior to a long road trip. I’m so glad they took me in on short notice (same day scheduling online). Staff was friendly and I feel good enough about the experience to return in the future.

Insanely unprofessional staff. Some bald guy (they gave me the name tony) was extremely pushy and very unpleasant. I could tell just by being in their office for a few minutes that the other staff were just as displeased with his behavior as i am. Completely lost the absolute easiest sale ever. Save ur time, and go down the street to carmax. Edit: the salesmen and the people on the phone were great! It was the people who seemed to be above them who lost me with their rudeness.

My truck had a transmission issue. It’s been a hit and miss for the past few months. I explained the symptoms to Francisco the service advisor. He notified me a few days later that they were able to replicate the issue. He reached out to my extended warranty company. Francisco took care of the process. I appreciated the time and effort the staff to get my warranty and repair taken care of in a timely manner.

Ive had a horrible customer service from the service department, representatives, and even the service manager lacks an actual concept of time. He says hes going to contact you and its a week later and he still hasnt called or emailed me. There are many people that could have been in touch with me and they are not able to do something so simple. Do not service your vehicle here. Its starts from the top of the manager doesnt care do not expect anyone else to care.To top off my horrible experience they damaged my vehicle and they never answer there phones. Ridiculous.

Very poor quality repair. I have a factory recall for the 2015 GMC roof rail airbags. I dont like posting bad stuff. The vehicle was returned to me with a broken roof center light (dealer acknowledged responsibility and will repair). Technicians dirty black handprints were all over the roof (gray) and sun visors. The forward upper light shroud does not fit correctly (most likely needs clip(s) replaceed. The sunroof cannot close (appears to have broken part(s). I think it was disgusting that the service advisor only acknowledged the broken roof light. Further, to return the vehicle with fingerprint smudges all over the roof was shameful. So what if the service adviser told her service manager! I consider my GMC Denali a high-end vehicle, just like my Cadillac! A smart firm should have considered giving me a loaner and not let me see the stupidity and ignorance.

Service department is an absolute joke, if I were the GM I d be embarrassed. My truck was there for something minor and it took a week. The issue was NOT fixed, service advisor just needed the truck out. Do yourself a favor and go to Parkway.Update:I called the store in an attempt to resolve my issue, the person I spoke to over the phone told me they ll let their manager know… here we are 5 days later and I have NOT received a call back.

They performed a recall item,. The passenger side airbag replacement. The service writer failed to call me when the work was completed as he said he would. After picking up my car I noticed discoloration spots on the dashborad along with scratch marks near the airbag location. I asked the service writer to come and inspect my car. He told me the discoloration spots were probably already there and they didnt scratch anything because they replace the airbag from underneath the dash so theres no way they scratched the dash and anyways its an old car. ( its an old 2003 so I guess that makes it okay for the dealership to sratch and mess it up). I then asked him to bring the service technician who worked on my car and Almost immediately after seeing the cars dashboard he confessed and apologized and said he scratched it when Priing open the airbag door on the dash. He said he wasnt sure how the discoloration got there but he tried to clean it off with no success.So now I get to drive my OLD CAR and be reminded with a stained and scratched dashboard how unhappy I am and howNot any offer to right their wrong doing was even suggested.

First of all let me say that this dealership has earned my business! At first we were disappointed to know that the truck we initially wanted was not available. We were offered the next available truck that was similar to the one that was already sold but of course It was more expensive. Frustrated we were heading out until our sales guy Gary offered to get the manager to assist. Ty, the manager came by and offered to help any way he could. We worked out the numbers and put the deal together. He gave us a very competitive price and got us an amazing 2.9% interest on a 60 month loan. I appreciate them going above and beyond with their customer service. Gary the sales guy called a few days after we purchased the truck to make sure that we didnt have any questions or concerns. This was my 1st visit for service. It was very crowded and even with my appointments I waited over 3 hours for an oil change. I was surprised that they didnt at least wash the outside of the vehicle. My prior dealership (different make) always washed the vehicle. The staff was really really nice. The waiting area was comfortable.

I would have given 5 stars but their were some hiccups during the purchase of the vehicle. Once agreement on price we drove it away and 1) The windshield wiper was frayed and they didnt replace it. My husband went to AutoZone and bought and had it replaced there. 2) The check engine 🚨 ght came on after 2 days of purchase. We were told to ignore it which my husband tried but I was worried and insisted we take it back and have it looked at. They discovered the filter was not closed or something. 3) When we went in to try to get the wipers at the dealership they didnt have them in stock we would have to wait. Remember we just drove it off the lot. Shame shame shame!! Also my husband was treated like a red headed step child. 4) When given 2 keys for our new used vehicle 1 key fob didnt work due to dead battery. Please!! Finally they gave cars. The salesperson Q was very knowledgeable and kind. She wasnt hard selling but kept engaging.Update! 2024I took my vehicle on for the 1st service. My appointment was at 10:00 am. When I arrived there was a backup of vehicles arriving in the service bay. So, I figured it would take longer than I expected. I didnt know if I was expected to go in, which door to enter or if someone was going to com out. I elected to go in a door. It wasnt clear where I should go. I was directed by a nice young man, we laughed at my lost look. Anyway, I checked in and waited 30 minutes b4 someone called me to check in my car. I was only getting an oil change and elected to wait. Despite the delays I was out by 12:30 with lots of apologies. I guess I was spoiled at Honda, because they at least washed the outside of the car with every service. There was no washing to be had a Diamond Buick.

This dealership does not value its customers. I would consider shopping elsewhere if I were you. I submitted an online price request two days ago. I received a response from Serenity Garcia asking if it was best to communicate with me by phone, email, or text. I explained that I only wanted to communicate by email for now but that I would drive up and check out the Ram 2500 I was inquiring about if I decided it was a good fit. I just needed a couple of questions about the vehicle answered first.She refused to answer my questions unless I called in and then stopped responding to my emails once I told her that I didnt want to call in until I was ready to come see the vehicle. She would rather lose the sale (and my future business) than communicate with me by email.If this is how this dealership treats its customers, then can you image how they will treat you if something goes wrong with your vehicle after you have purchased it. Take my advice. Go to a different dealership.

He had excellent customer service skills, was patient when I kept asking a lot of questions, he was friendly, he listened to what I wanted when I requested cars with a 3rd row seat and did not force his opinion of what I should get like other dealerships I had already visited did. . He found a car for me within my budget. The place was also clean and had some really nice cars there with reasonable prices. Great work overall. Theres a bit of a challenge during customer intake for appointments (be prepared to be seen 15 min after appointment start time and spend just over 2 hours for a routine service), but they do the work just fine and everyone is really friendly and helpful. I think improving the customer and vehicle intake process would help them take the business to the next level.

The service person and repairs done were good. But they gave me my vehicle full of grease hand prints throughout the vehicle. Granted my car was dusty and not clean. But it didnt have oil and grease on it. The service people agreed and apologized. They offered to detail my vehicle one day next week. That is unprofessional service in my opinion. Why didnt someone check the vehicle before calling the customer to come and pick it up.

So, I m satisfied with how detailed they were but I gave 3 stars because of how long it took to get the diagnostic and how expensive the work was. The labor was gonna cost more than the part that needed to be replaced and the part was twice as much as the cost on the GM website and 3x the actual sale amount. Ultimately, I took It to another well some of mechanic out here and with the same new parts from GM, the total is $1000 less. I usually prefer going to the dealer to get the quality service and peace of mind but I just couldn’t justify the price difference. I know the dealer is generally more expensive but they didn’t even offer financing or anything. I’ve bought nothing but GM card for the last 15 years and it felt like me being a long time customer didn’t matter.

Went for a scheduled oil change appointment for 8 am when they open, got there and was assisted by Iris Martinez, not talkative and transactional. Oil change took 2 hours from start to finish when I was told 1 hour to 1.5. I did tell them I’d wait also, I didn’t leave so that meant looking at other car dealerships for 2 hours while waiting for my oil change.

Service dept, with a previous experience simple oil change, and tire rotation was included. They never do the tire rotation . They argued about it. we know him personally that that one of my tires was missing in Novi. It was in the same location as it was before I drop the vehicle off my justification of it upon taking the vehicle in this last week for a sensor malfunction I decided to have them do a transfer case transmission service, both front and rear differential service and the coolant flush in service upon picking up my vehicle there is no evidence of the transfer case and front and rear differentials and Anything was done to them nothing you would see clean spots around the drain plugs or the fill locations. I told the dealership that I do not want to pay for those services and they said they would not allow me to get my vehicle if I did not. Unlike myself I worked on vehicles over the last 20 years and you can clearly see locations they have been worked on. I have not had anything done to them., unless you’re willing to take the time to crawl under the vehicle and verify the work for yourself I would not recommend using them based on my experience.

We were traveling to a Dr. appointment when our air conditioning stopped working and the driver assist went out. I called Diamond GMC and they took care of our problem right away. Francisco Gomez handled everything in a speedy and courteous way. He kept us informed as the work on our car progressed. Give him a raise. The mechanic worked quickly to get us back on the road and heading home, getting us home before dark. Give him a raise too. We were impressed that Diamond GMC cared that we were far from home and helped us feel cared for until they handed back our keys.

I will start positive. The maintenance consultant was friendly and Timely and kept me informed on the progression of the oil change.Now to the not so positive. Once completed, the vehicle was waiting on me with the mat paper that the technician used still in the vehicle. Also, the tracking number card was left in the vehicle. There was a lot of residual oil on the bottom that was leaking. They took it back to the stall to clean it up. Once done, I took possession to notice the oil life tracker wasn’t reset. Lastly, once I got home, I parked to wipe the vehicle down and discovered oil dripping on my driveway. I will have to monitor to see if this is residual or the plug wasn’t installed properly (which happened before 2 yrs ago).

I use this dealer as they were the former Rally Chevrolet where I had good experiences, but my last few encounters have not been positive so that has changed. My most recent service experience (Friday 6/9) is an example of poor customer service. I came into get my car serviced and after waiting several minutes for an advisor I was told to sit in their waiting room for one to become available. After waiting for more than 5 minutes an advisor finally shouted out Are the keys in the vehicle? No introduction/ no customer service pleasantrys, I wasnt even sure she was talking to me. After giving her the keys she returned from my car and asked what I wanted serviced which was on the service reservation. Sign here was the next response followed by how much time the wait would be, she assumed I was leaving. During my wait I noticed how much the service waiting room was run down, it looked like a waiting room that was 20 years old. When my car was done the customer service interaction was no better, cold, abrupt, unfriendly. I get better treatment (and a better price) from Jiffy Lube or Pep Boys. Its very unfortunate that so many businesses here in the Antelope Valley dismiss both the customer service and better/more competitive pricing (thinking that they have a captive audience) which drives so many people to shop down below. Going forward I will try giving Lancaster Chevrolet my business, hopefully they understand the customer service perspective.

This dealership is a bait & Switch SCAM. I went to purchase a used car listed at their price online. They refused to sell me the vehicle at the listed price because they want to charge an extra $1995 for ceramic paint protection & $795 for security features they added on. I left my Denali with Diamnd GMC Callilac for an airbag recall. They broke the seatback of my passenger seat. Before I left I complained but the service person that took my vehicle that morning was gone. So I told one of the other service personnel she made a note. But asked me to call Terry in the morning. I did and then I called back and then I left two messages. Not only did they break my seat but they stuffed my owners manual in the glove box and messed it up a bit. They also threw my dash cover in the back seat and did not.bother putting it back. On the messages I offered to send pictures of my passenger seat fully reclined into the back seat.It seems like a pretty simple fix. A motor or a gear was damaged when he reclined my seat and layer on it to install the passenger airbag under the glove box. But when the tech realized he broke the seat he should have just told someone and taken responsibility.Instead he just returned my car broken. Of course I noticed and at first I was just a little surprised and I git out walked around and tried to put the seat back in the proper position. But its now broken and not moving.How hard can this fix be. Just fix my seat.But instead no response after 3 days. Just a bunch of unanswered messages. Tomorrow I will have to reach out to the general Manager.I own 3 denalis an Escalade and 2 sierras. Im a huge GM fan. But just not a fan of this particular service. Now we have a recall on the escalade and there is no way Im taking it to Diamond unless they make this right.I have a Utube channel and a tic toc channel and I have not made a video to complain yet. Im trying to be patient but at least respond to me. I left my info and Im in there service system.Its a little ridiculous to not address this. Its not a huge or even expensive repair.

My car was delivered with only one key fob. Delivery driver said the second fob was in the car somewhere. Thoroughly checked and nothing. Repeated calls/emails to the dealer without response. Finally, a month later when the car wouldnt start (whole different issue) they finally found the fob and mailed it to me. While at my local dealer getting the vehicle starter issue fixed, was told the key fob they mailed me was not for my car. It will cost $700 to replace it. Diamond has refused to replace the fob and said the car was sold as is despite their 3-month warranty. Run away from these thieves! If they will not honor fixing something as cut and dried as this, imagine what they will do to you. Also, tried to email one of the GMs who often replies to reviews for help and got no response. 5/31/2023 update - two weeks after their investigation and nobody has contacted me or replied to the review...

Bad service in the service center I go there for a transmission problems with prior records of the same problem the transmission technician with not experienced can’t duplicate the problem when I provide pictures of the problems they take my 2018 Chevrolete cargo van for 2 weeks they never drive it I can notice for the miles in my van when I pick up my van my 1 year old battery was totally dead I have to replace it for a new one and I noticed the same problem with the battery with other clients that Pick up they vehicles in the same time. I go to other place in about 15 minutes they find the problem. Definitely I don’t recommend this dealer for service your vehicle.

I purchased ann extended warranty on my encore few years ago with another dealership… and after getting the runaround with them for service I decided to have it serviced at the diamond dealership instead. And, I’m SO GLAD I did! To make a long story short, it seemed to be one thing after another with sensors and then leaks etc. But Ivan went above and beyond to make sure all my questions, and needs were met so that I wasn’t inconvenienced or stressed during any of it. I recommended my mom to do her oil change there (it’s actually cheaper) with Ivan and she said the same thing. They checked her brakes and helped her with a clip on her bumper. Would Definitely recommend them.

Great service experience, I called Iris this morning at around 830, told her I needed a fuel filter service on my 2015 2500. I told her I would be there around 1130. She said she was busy until 200 or so, but I came in anyway. I got here was immediately helped in the drive and escorted to Iriss desk where she was very helpful. The best part was I was done and out of here by 115!!! Way to go Iris and Diamond!!

I walked into Diamond Buick GMC with no expectations looking at used trucks. I was immediately met by salesman Mike, who was cordial and welcoming. We stated our intentions and what we were looking for (used) but Mike was able to help get us into a brand new truck for less than we expected for a used vehicle! Customer service ok. Oil change to expensive. Before it changed ownership i paid 55.00. Now its 110.00. I was told the price is based on average in the area. Jiffy is 75.00 and they talk to you about everything they did. I picked up my car, paid and was told thank you. Nothing about oil levels, tire rotation NOTHING Didnt even wash it like the old owners. Customer Service was ok but i wont be back.

I am not still a 100% clear about my charges. The invoice doesn’t match with the final total charges that I incur. It’s about the cabin air filter that’s was not performed during the time of the service because the model unit of my vehicle is not equipped with air filter yet on the final summation of charges my card was charged $110.00 for the service that was not performed. I might be wrong or maybe I did not understand the charges but it’s documented that upon adding all the figures I paid for the service that was not done tho it says zero charges in the invoice declaration in the second page.

Terry (red hair) in the service dept was super rude and not helpful. she was side eyeing me when i was asking her about a service on my car. just save yourself some time dont buy a car here. my tags dont match the registration date and the gps tracker device they MADE ME pay for is literally dangling by my feet

Dont get fooled by the under new ownership sign. Worst experience EVER!! We were looking to trade in a car and buy a new one. We were judge based on our appearance (not the first one that notices this, please read other reviews). The finance department were prioritizing people based on the car value they were purchasing (we overheard this twice). After waiting for 4 hours, the salesman showed us a quote that made ZERO sense. After I questioned the math, he was visibly upset. They made us wait another hour with two children, and after I heard them laughing, obviously not working on our quote. We decided to leave. As we were heading out, NO one said anything! Not an apology nor an explanation as to why we waited so long. There is NO excuse as to why they would make someone wait 5 hours, if they did not want our business, they should have told us. VERY unprofessional!! Red flags everywhere! We should have left the minute the salesmen were talking about other customers in front of us.

They performed a recall on my 04 vibe, took 2 weeks that left me with out a vehicle. Also when i recieved the car back my stereo and ac no longer worked. Do not go here you will not be treated properly. Go to hunter dodge they performed a similar in one day ( day after the vibe went in) and provided a rental truck. This was not recent, about 3 years ago. I am leaving this review now because I needed to purchase some GM parts and was reminded the horrible service.

My husband bought his 2019 GMC in 2020 and they had to rebuilt his transmission in 2021 of June now in 2023 of June his transmission goes out again while at a light. He works for the fire department and needs reliable transportation. they have now had his car almost aweek and still hasnt LOOKED at it nor can offer him a rental. This place is horrible with its customer service. If we didnt live up here we would have had it towed to another GMC dealer. Go to another GMC dealer if you can. Or maybe its because were African Americans.
