We’ve done two cars now with Diamond Auto Salon in WLV and couldn’t be happier. Casey, Cameron and Fernando went way, way out of their way to get us incredible results on a Tesla Model X and new Ford Bronco but also helped us surprise our daughter with her new, Diamond-upgraded ride. This car used to be GT silver …. and I thought it was kind of boring!Auri and Fernando changed the total look of the car and I love it! It went to this look using PURE PPF Frozen black with a an Xpel ceramic tint. We did some satin highlights on the hood, mirrors and door handles to make it pop.They hit the deadline we established to get it done and kept me well appraised of the status along the way.PS - they also came recommended by someone at Porsche I trust and respect

These guys are fantastic!! I ordered a beautiful Porsche Boxster GTS and as soon as I got my allocation I started looking for where I was going to take it for the Paint Protection Film (PPF), and all the reviews pointed me towards Diamond Auto Salon. All of those reviews were spot on! Not only did they do an amazing job with the PPF and tint, Michael went out of his way to help me out when the car was repeatedly delayed and found time to work me into the schedule and get my car back to me as quickly as he could while making sure the job was done right. And it looks amazing!!! Thank you to Michael and Noah and all the guys at Diamond for doing an incredible job and for going out of their way to make sure I was taken care of when things didnt go as planned while trying to get my car to them. No joke, the first day I got to drive it for a while I had multiple people pulling up next to me just to tell me how good it looks. Ill include before and after photos below that say it all. I’ve had three different vehicles wrapped from different businesses, and Diamond Auto Salon is by far the best in terms of quality, communication, and standing by their work product. If you are looking for someone to do a wrap “cheaply”, look elsewhere. Auri, Fernando, and the entire DAS staff are perfectionists that go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Highly recommend if you have the patience to get on their schedule and the understanding that quality work is something worth paying for.

I took my Tesla Model Y in for a full colored PPF wrap. The guys at Diamond did an amazing job and deserve more than 5 stars.I am very meticulous when it comes to my vehicles and Casey put up with my onslaught of questions. Zach was able to arrange a Sunday pick up and even provided a loaner car during the service. During the service I was provided with daily updates and pictures of the progress which really highlighted the levels they go to to make sure all edges are wrapped, they even go as far as removing the bumpers and fenders! Amazing! The car looks beautiful and we get compliments everywhere we go!

I was in the market for clear PPF and Ceramic Window tinting for my brand new Model S Plaid. After calling different shops and getting pricing I decided to go with DAS. I spoke with Auri initially to get everything I wanted done and setup the appointment. On my appointment day I was greeted by Fernando. Being a new customer and never really have done any of this stuff on any of my previous vehicles like most I had a lot of questions. Without any hesitation Fernando answered them all and it put my mind at ease knowing I put my car in trustworthy hands. During the time my car was being worked on I continued to follow up with Fernando about the progress and communication was great. He even sent me pictures and videos while the car was being worked on which made me very happy and excited seeing all the progress being made. Upon completion of all the work and seeing my car in person I was blown away with the results. Turned out way better that I imagined. After receiving my car back I had a brief conversation with Fernando about the aftercare for my car. He gave me some helpful tips on what I could do and use to help keep my car looking great. I’m not amazing with photos but DAS (Diamond Auto Salon) did a fantastic job on my new Mustang Mach 1 Premium equipped with the handling package. Everything was done wonderfully and communication was amazing especially given the time constraints with their move to an upgraded facility. They finished ahead of schedule by over a week as well. They added XPEL Prime XR Plus ceramic tint, XPEL Stealth PPF full body, ceramic coating for the wheels and calipers, EXOShield protection film for the front windshield. With a lifetime warranty against any peeling, bubbling, or yellowing/discoloration. I provided before and after pictures.If I need another vehicle done I will be having DAS do the same/similar treatment to the vehicle. They were wonderful to work with and very human about the whole process.Auri is great to talk with and very accommodating.Fernando was awesome and gave me daily updates with photos and videos.

Fernando at Diamond Auto Spa was terrific. I had an extensive front end protection package added on my new Escalade, and also added windshield ceramic tint plus tint for all the windows. I had gotten a wrap done at another shop about a year back, it was done with poor execution and it didn’t even hold up for a few months before it started to peel. There were a lot of areas with too much wrap and some with not enough. A lot of color showing underneath as well. Diamond Auto helped me remove the wrap with minimal damage to the clear coat and paint. Their removal was precise, clean, and done efficiently and with care. They helped me remove a nightmare wrap and gave my car new life! They presented me with multiple options for the car and also offered assistance with the body damage that I was unaware of. Compared to what I dealt with from the previous shop, Diamond Auto is Heaven sent. They’ll do their absolute best to make sure you get the best quality wrap and best looking wrap to suit the car. I can’t speak highly enough about the business these guys do! Smooth, easy, attentive, and overall consistent with service from beginning to end. Casey kept in contact with me and provided updates with pictures without me even asking. Casey’s customer service is bar none, solid dude who cares greatly about the work he does for the car and customer. I can’t speak highly enough about working with him! Same goes for Zach and Noah! With wraps, you always get what you pay for and these guys are worth every penny.

Over many years living on WestlakeVillage area, Ive had many cars wrapped and windows tinted at 3 or 4 different places. Ive been either unimpressed or disappointed.However, I recently had upgrades done to one car by Diamond Auto Salon and was so impressed I brought in another car for some window tinting.The people at Diamond are excellent to deal with and very accommodating. They keep you advised and current at to the cars progress. Of most importance the work is top-rate. Finally, I have found people who care as much about my cars as I do.

When I requested for a quote, they got back to me fast. Auri was very detailed and helped me with getting the right ppf color I wanted for a good price. I was able to get my Camry wrapped in a nice two tone color. He also was able to get me a car loaner since I only had one car which was helpful. Cameron took over in updating me with the progress of my car and sent pictures. He was nice and flexible when I had questions. He gave me a lot of great information since I’m not very knowledgeable in wraps, chrome deletes, etc. Overall, my experience was great. The car looks awesome! There was a scratch on one of my door handles and was told they will fix it when I go to my 2 week follow up.

Casey and the Team at Diamond Auto Salon in Westlake Village did a phenomenal job working on my 2023 Toyota GR Corolla!Services that were done:XPEL Ultimate Fusion PPF.XPEL Stealth PPF.XPEL Prime XR Plus Ceramic Window Tint.From the moment I got there, Casey did a walk around of my car asked what I wanted done and gave his recommendations. He recommended going Stealth for the carbon fiber roof to keep the look of it being a matte finish. He also educated me on Ceramic Tint and the benefits of it. At no time did I ever felt pressured to buy anything.Upon pick up, I was blown away on how well they applied the PPF! You can’t notice it being on the car! Amazing! I took my Tesla Model 3 in to get a ceramic coating and a metallic black rock film which turned out to look so good. They got it done under the estimated time of completion and Auri is the man. I went with Diamond Auto Salon for paint protection film on the front end and ceramic tint on all windows for my 2023 Tesla Y. Their customer service from start to finish was outstanding and they provided video and photo updates throughout the process. The final product was flawless - the best tinting job I have ever seen in 30 years of owning cars. This was my first experience with PPF, and I could not be more pleased with the result - there were no imperfections whatsoever. An excellent choice to protect your ride while improving its appearance. They even swapped out my chrome Tesla logos with matte black logos that perfectly accentuated the windows and paint color.

They completely transformed my sad looking 2003 Carrera into a flawless beauty with a ppf color wrap, ceramic coating and headlight restoration. As soon as I received my 2022 Telsa Model Y Performance, I took my car to Diamond Auto Salon in Westlake Village and got the full car STEK Dynomatt PPF, STEK Nex 35% tints on all sides including the back window, 45% roof glass, 70% windshield and matt black Tesla Ts. I cant tell you how happy I am how my car turned out. STEK Dynomatt turned out so nice, specially on the grey, better than I had imagined. I have received so many compliments on the PPF and tints. I get many thumbs up at traffic lights, I even had a driver roll down their window to tell me how sweet my car looks. I already have referred many people to Diamond Auto, I even carry their business cards in my car for easy access.I recently took my wifes brand new Infiniti Q50 to Diamond to get STEK Nex window tints all the way around. By far the worst job and the most expensive for Tint. I paid close to $700 for my two door. Not only did I have to come back 3 times but ended up with bubbles in the back and driver side door. I wasn’t going to come back the 4th time. They said the reason it’s so expensive is because they take their time and do it right that was a lie they finished my car in an hour and a half. Stay far away from this place I usually do not write reviews but this was necessary.

I honestly would give more than 5 stars if there was an option. Last month we had all of our windows, including windshield tinted and the results were visibly & physically outstanding. Tesla cars get hot. The manager recommended PPF due to Tesla’s known issue with soft paint. We had that done this week. The job was finished a full day ahead of schedule. Looks perfect! And the staff is fantastic! These young men love cars! And people! We can’t recommend Diamond Auto Salon enough. 👌🏻

After extensive online research to customize my new 2023 Range Rover, I came across Diamond. There is tons of shops out there in Los Angeles but very few with consistent reviews and even less with clean luxurious work spaces. From the very first phone call with Casey to the drop off with Cameron and zach, I got treated with open arms as if they were customizing their own vehicle. I simply felt comfortable that these gentlemen had what it takes to do right by me & I am here now over a month since I got my car back to let others know- the reviews are legit. These guys know what they are doing and they very well stand behind their craft.I got a full matte paint protection film, ceramic window tinting and vossen forged rims and tires. Oh my- I cannot even go to the grocery store now without multiple conversations about my beautiful new car. Just like every other industry, there were minor delays, minor bumps in the road but all of them were for good reason. They refused to lay film on freshly painted plastic moldings I wanted body matched until the 3 week mark of curing (frustrating but understandable. I missed my baby!) All in all, the wait was worth it.The films edges are flawless, the wheels glow, the tint is crystal clear and reduces so much heat!!Auri, Noah, Zach, Cameron, Casey- All of you (which surprisingly is 14+ guys and got confusing at times)… a larger operation than you may think- YOU GUYS DID AMAZING. While searching for a Paint Protection Film (PPF) installer for my mustang I came across Casey at Diamond Auto Salon in Westlake. Casey told me they did bulk sheet installations and try to stay away from any type of pre-cut kits. This is very important, you want a PPF installer that can custom cut your PPF. I went with the XPEL’s full front clip package for my mustang and it look absolutely stunning. You cannot see any edges and the installation was flawless. Without a doubt these guys must be the best in Ventura County if not the greater Southern California region. I have never had better customer service anywhere, for anything. When I was shopping around for a wrap for my BMW IA, I called several different shops who, of course promised exceptional service. The reason I went with Diamond Auto is that, from the first conversation with Aurian, I could tell they were going to authentically deliver on this claim. First, I appreciate that they weren’t able to get me in immediately. As a matter fact it took about three weeks before I was able to finally bring my car in and drop it off. Nearly all the other auto salons I called stated that they could take me in right away. This was a little concerning to me wondering why they perhaps didn’t have enough business. That said… They scheduled me for a very specific time to have a consultation, and ultimately a timeframe to have the work done. Specifically, Aurian, Zach, and Noah were friendly, punctual, forthcoming, and very knowledgeable. During the process of completing the wrap, wheels, and tires, they communicated with me frequently and always made sure that my concerns were addressed. My job dropped when I saw the completed work for the first time. They presented it to me on their showroom floor and of course made themselves available to answer any questions I had as we did a very comprehensive walk around. Their professionalism didn’t stop with the completion of the vehicle. After several weeks and 1000 walks around the vehicle, I did notice a minuscule bubble in the door wrap, and a small area of wrap on the side view mirror that didn’t have a perfect edge. When I called the shop, they asked me to bring it in as soon as possible and they set all work aside to prioritize my vehicle. To top it off, I even brought my vehicle to them when I thought there was an issue with my side view mirror cameras that may have been caused during the wrap of the vehicle. Turns out, it wasn’t their doing at all, however, they fixed it at no cost and with a smile on their face. Absolutely unbelievable top-notch customer service. bringing in $140,000 car for work like this was obviously a bit nerve-racking, but from day one I felt at ease knowing I couldn’t have put my vehicle in better hands. You truly be hard-pressed to find a better.

As I plan to take my car to the track in the near future I wanted to get some PPF on it. I also was also interested in getting a wrap to change the color and was debating on which one to get. After some googling discovered that Stek has a clear bra that also gives the car a matte look so problem solved. I checked Stek for local installers and found Diamond Auto Salon. I took delivery of my brand new model 3 and was naturally apprehensive about leaving it at any shop. I’m a car enthusiast so I’m very particular about who works on my cars. Auri (and Zach) both came from another customization shop and decided to open their own shop after 10+ years of witnessing what works and what doesnt work at their old shop working for someone else. They seemed to have taken what works at the old job (good customer service and attention to detail) and eliminated all of the other BS associated with other shops that put profits ahead of the customers needs and wishes. I applaud these two kids (I call anyone under 50 a kid) for taking a huge gamble and taking the time, energy and money needed to open up their own shop in an effort to change the norm in the industry and bring it up to a whole other level. The bottom line here is that the owners (Auri and Zach) care deeply and passionately about the service that they provide to their customers! I come from the high end automobile business my whole life and have used at least 10 or so customization shops in and around the LA basin and even though some of them were GOOD I would rank Diamond Auto Salon GREAT and my top pick for any referrals for anyone looking to make their stock car look waaaaaaay better than factory OEM. Their paint correction/detail staff are some of the best that I have ever seen and in my case their vinyl wrap guys are some of the best out there as well! We entrusted Diamond Auto Salon with our brand new 2022 GMC Yukon Denali for a complete black-out / chrome-delete (which is a lot of chrome!), tinting, new tires and new wheels -- and had an exceptional experience all around. The team at Diamond are experts at what they do! They were great partners in discussing different options and providing their creative opinions in a thoughtful (not forceful) way, e.g. helping select what to wrap with gloss vs. matte black, how to match certain parts that were being wrapped to the wheels, etc. Perhaps most importantly, the execution was 100% flawless. I ended up going with the premium ceramic tint on all my windows including the front windshield. They do excellent work using only the best materials around.I dropped off my LR Defender with them about a year ago to get full matte PPF applied. The job was flawless. I got my 2021 Supra 3.0 a total makeover here and it is safe to say it was worth every penny!After discussing with Ari, who is consistently attentive & caring, we went with a paint correction & ceramic coating, which made the car look brand new, pristine, and really let the original paint job of the car shine! Also paint protection film wrapped the entire hood of the car which I quickly realized is a great way to protect the car from rocks chipping at your paint, will definitely be coming back to wrap the entire car in PPF. They also painted my brake calipers yellow and added vinyl letters which looked beautiful and the paint job was done very well. Furthermore, they painted my wheels in a classy satin black paint which looked absolutely stunning, great contrast to the glossy finish of the cars body after paint correction & ceramic coating. They tinted my windows in 3M 95% heat resistant tint to bring it all together and it looked beautiful & stealthy as well as kept the car cool, a really nice touch! Lastly, they blacked out my taillights to a gorgeous cherry red color as well as my orange reflectors. Went in on Monday this week to get my windows tinted, the most seamless service I have ever been to! I even received a link that gave me access to my invoice, and if they sent any updates it would notify me over text which I thought was so cool! They will take good care of you, answer all your questions and give you good pricing as well. I recommend Diamond Auto Salon for many reasons but the most important, to me, is how they actually take the time to listen to you and learn about your vision and compliment it with their own ideas, experience and wherewithal. I personally don’t want a “yes man / yes ma’am” sort of automotive shop. I want a place that will share their opinions and the whys. These guys do just that and if they don’t know the answer, they find the answer. I trust them with my cars and recommend them to friends and family all the time. They do an excellent job with the wraps and paint protection but they also take really good care of your car while the car is at the shop. I got my car ceramic coated and on the day I supposed to drop it off I got sick. So they sent one of their guys to my house to pick the car up and get things started which I really appreciated. Then there was some delay on my end as far as the interior goes and they were willing to work with me to get the interior cleaned up once I got everything together. They will scratch your vehicle then make false promises. My new car was not scratched when i took it, clearly those marks were left by a knife, and they did admit it. You guys agreed it was your mistake. I didn’t want a full refund and never asked for one and (I have proof because i saved the messages) you promised me 300 dollars back, but didn’t get a penny back, just lies from your part, avoid this place at all cost. Its not really worth it.

Came here to get some preliminary tint work done on my 2018 Jeep grand Cherokees windshield after a rock chip destroyed my last windshield in Phoenix and to get a quote for some stuff in the future. Special shout out to Auri & Zach. These dudes were the brains of the outfit behind the last company, which shall not be named (no plug lol), that used to work on my car. They always engineered the best price and work on my vehicle so its dope that they now have their own shop. They use maximum precision and quality effort....damn near perfectionists. When do i purchase my new whips (Lexus LS F sport coming soon), I will definitely bring it here to get all the works (full tint, clear bra, etc)

Called based on a referral. Auri was super helpful and knowledgeable. When I turned my car in for the service. I accidentally parked in the opposite side of the building. Someone came up to me in the parking lot pointed me in the right direction, without me even asking. Got to the front desk we went over shades we went through the parking lot and inside the business for references of different shades again super helpful and assisted me with advice ( which if I went with my own opinion would have probably regretted it) . I went with ceramic tinting, the difference and quality is No Joke nothing short of ground breaking. Thank you DAS. Will come again and will send all that ever ask.

Top tier service from top tier people. Went in with my CLA250 and got a roof wrap and head/tail light smoke and doorhandles wrapped. Car looks much cleaner and way better than stock. I learned more about tint in the 15 minutes we talked while others just really mumbled a price and didn’t care to tell me why they were different. Great guys who treat everyone with respect regardless of age. Went to get my windows tinted in their carbon option. They ran out of the carbon so they upgraded me to the ceramic tint( much higher quality) for only $100 more due to the circumstance. Will 100 percent be returning for more work to my car!
