Had a great experience with Alex at Diamond Auto Sales this weekend! I saw the listing online for a car I had been searching for offered at a great price! Alex was friendly from the start and very knowledgable. Everything was very transparent and up front as it related to information and questions about the vehicle. They even offered a 90 day warranty to ease any concerns. This was my first time purchasing a used car, and not going through a dealer, so I was naturally hesitant and even a little guarded, but Alex was patient and didnt pressure us throughout the process. I was also able to trade in my 13 year old car, with Alex taking care of all the logistics. One of the other benefits of purchasing through Alex was his connections to a local credit union that was able to help me get a great rate, considering my circumstances and the current state of inflation. Both he and the credit union staff worked on a Sunday to assure me that the sale was possible under the terms I was satisfied with. Great experience! Alex & company at Diamond Auto Sales have taken such excellent care of my elderly/high needs mother, who has been buying and selling cars with them for decades. Theyve gone above and beyond with her and have been very patient with her special and sometimes unconventional needs and requests. Shes been known to drive up and demand her tires be filled RIGHT NOW. Shes called in the middle of the night and asked for Alex to drive an hour to pick her up when her car did not start---and he was willing to stop and pick up Chinese food for her on the way home. She once had a loaner car (for free) for almost a year while waiting for a replacement part. Shes now on hospice and Alex was willing to take care of dealing with her car, for free, so her family wouldnt have to worry about anything. Alex and company value human relationships and, based on the above, Id say this is a fantastic small business to support.

We found the 2017 Subaru Forester we wanted online at a fair price, called to make sure it was still in stock, then drove to the lot to find the car pulled out and waiting for us. A dear friend of mine had his car stolen and he found a beautiful Audi for sale at Diamond Auto Sales. Our experience with Alex, the owner, and all of his business associates was absolutely lovely. Very professional and kind people. They do not give the typical used car salesman vibe at all! All of their inventory is high end, very reasonably priced luxury and other affordable vehicles. I’m very impressed with this business. I had a 2013 Hyundai Accent with some theft damage, and they gave me a very fair and reasonable deal on it. Best car dealership experience I’ve had so far, and I have been to a lot of dealerships in the 500 miles radius. The salesman was honest, helpful and more importantly, DOES NOT ask too many questions. I got a very good deal on an amazing Lexus and was still able to negotiate down a bit. He even continued to help me out for 15 minutes to figure out the new entertainment system AFTER all transactions were completed and he was the only salesman left at the dealership. Full tank of gas and very clean in and out. He was able to work with me and there was no intimidation factor you get a lot when shopping for cars so I was very comfortable buyin. We are new parents, with an eight-month-old baby, looking for a reliable car. Our experience at Diamond Auto Sales has been exceptional. Julian Jones showed us around the lot and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When we came upon on a 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 Wagon, it was in the midst of getting the suspension repaired. We were impressed by the low-mileage and spotless interior. The price was just above blue book, but it was in beautiful condition. We had auto financing set up with our credit union. Julian jumped through all the hoops the bank required and worked patiently with us throughout the process. The truly exceptional part of the experience was when the airmatic suspension system was showing signs of a leak. Diamond Auto Sales replaced the entire suspension system. We also had a list of small repairs that had been recommended by another local repair shop. And while the mechanic at Diamond was fixing the suspension system they also took the time to take care of a few of these small adjustments (just because we had asked) and at no cost to us! We were overjoyed and so grateful. Julian took pride in making sure that we were truly happy with the vehicle. I was able to come in and test drive it 2 times, and put a hold down on it while I got my finances in order for two days! Came here to sell an old car that wasnt in the best shape. Alex offered me a fair price, amazing customer service, and the whole process was surprisingly quick. I have definitely experienced the sleazy used car salesman vibe in my life, but I didnt feel that way in the slightest here. I would definitely recommend Diamond Auto Sales for buying or selling a vehicle.

I recently accompanied a friend who was looking at a used car that Diamond Auto Sales had on their lot. Little did I know hed end up buying the car and wed spend several hours chatting and taking multiple test drives at Diamond. A quick walk around the lot its obvious these guys care about the products they offer and I dont think theyre selling anything they wouldnt own themselves. They run a great business and are totally transparent about every aspect of the car buying process. I found this dealership while trying to fix an engine problem. My local mechanic almost made me pay over 1500$ for replacement of some part. When I came to Alex, he fixed quickly the problem free of charge and offered a significantly lower price for potential replacement. I bought a 2016 Landrover LR4 from Diamond Auto and they did a great job. I found out the car leaked water in the rain (very common in LR3s and 4s) and Alex took care of it immediately. He also got me a great deal on tires. Id buy from them again.

We arrived from the UK and needed to buy a car quickly. Weve got two young kids and the Honda CR-V seemed like a good option. After a bit of searching we found Diamond through Car Gurus with a car we wanted at a very good price. The car was exactly as advertised and in mint condition despite being 5 years old, theyd also put new tires on it. The best thing was that after a couple of weeks of driving it we noticed that the breaks were squealing a little and one of the wipers wasnt working properly - we popped back in and they fixed it all for free in an hour. Very happy indeed and would highly recommend.

Would recommend if youre in the market for a used vehicle. I was looking for something specific that happened to be on the lot when I showed up on a whim. Alex was honest and upfront about it. I made an offer and he suggested a coin toss to split with his counter offer. I agreed, won the flip, and got a fair deal. We drove out from Sacramento because they had a Chevy truck for a good price. Definitely call before you come if youre interested in a particular car. Apparently theyre selling out quickly during covid (we saw a walk in customer that was interested in a car someone else was aleeady in the process of buying). They were great to work with and were very good about sanitation/mask wearing. We love the truck (weve had it a few weeks now without any issues). Had a great experience here and would recommend. They seem really honest which is what you want in any car-related business.
