Carolyn and her team made the flower arrangements for my wedding. I was a tough bride to work with because I had no idea for what I wanted my flowers to look like, other than I wanted sun flowers incorporated. Carolyn took my request and delivered everything I didnt even know I wanted. Its like she read my mind.Amazing and pure talent.

Needed flowers for a date and came in an hour before they closed. Lisa treated me as if I was family and worked within my budget. Carolyn created this beautiful bouquet that put the biggest smile on my date’s face. The night went very well and I wanted to thank you all for helping me project the best version of myself!

I love Diablo View Florist!!! They are a small, extremely busy, no nonsense, yet empathic, stunningly creative floral shop. I have been a patron here for the past 24 years. Lovely experience. The ladies were very patient and helpful. They didnt think they had what I was looking for...but kept going to the back and putting flowers together. They put a lot of effort in finding what was right for the Celebration of Life I was attending the next day. Let reiterate... the next day. I was satisfied. The place is so pretty and calming. Perfect cst service, especially when someone is grieving. I would recommend this place definitely. 👍🏽❤️

I called 2 hrs before closing and asked if there was any way to get a wreath made by end of day and they said yes! They were so accommodating and for how fast I needed the wreath the price was unbeatable and the wreath was so beautiful!!!! They had great customer service and were incredibly kind :) I will be shopping here again!

Like most floral operations in this region. knowledge of any flowers out of the ordinary is scant. Furthermore, after i educate them about what i’m looking for, procurement is virtually impossible! Should procurement BE possible, pricing is PREPOSTEROUS, bordering on extortion!!!

I needed last minute flowers for my sisters birthday. Not only did the flower arrive the next day, but they were absolutely beautiful! There was some deviation from the picture shown--purple lisianthus rather than tulips and a big orange lilly-- but the resulting bouquet was even prettier than the one pictured! Same color pallet and just stunning. Thank you Diablo View Florist!

BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS and the KINDEST customer service! I made a mistake on the address by 1 digit and they drove to the area, and of course they couldnt deliver the flowers since that address didnt exist. A few hours later, I realized my mistake and replied to their attempt to contact me. Carolyn kindly went into the office the next day (when it was supposed to be closed due to a holiday), to help arrange a fresh set of flowers to deliver to my friend!! And the arrangement was beautiful!! I got Pure Pleasures. Highly recommended to order flowers from here! :)

I stopped this florist for the first time today, and was unaware due to COVID they were only taking phone appointments. I believe it was the owner that I spoke with and she was with a client at the time, but I really only needed 1 rose for my wife. She was very polite and explained the situation but that she would be able to quickly assist me. I was so grateful for her taking time to quickly assist me as she did not have to. When she came back with the rose in its arraignment she said that it would be on the house today and that she should be getting more roses in the next day. I was so taken back by her kindness and I thanked her. Again this was my first time to this florist and really wanted to get my wife something since she hasn’t been feeling to good lately (not COVID) and this was a really nice gesture.. I did not catch that ladies name but I will surely be coming back to buy something bigger in the near future.. This my friends is customer service!

I live in Utah and tried to surprise my best friend with flowers for her birthday, so I ordered online. Waited all day for a thanks and never got it, come to find out they’re closed on Sundays. Why do they show delivery availability if they’re closed??? Waste of my money, but giving 2 stars cause maybe they’ll update their website.

WOW!!! These florist kicked butt !!!Im all the way in Montana and needed a place who can deliver, luckily I found this place!! They put together an amazing bouquet with beautiful accents and cute balloons. These girls really shined through and I am so grateful 😊💖

I paid with my card, the lady wrote down the card number in a piece of paper cause the machine wasnt working, later on that same day I get a charge from a different place in walnut creek that I did not authorized. Be careful with the staff and to top it off Delivery was 30 mins late. 0 stars If it was possible.

Kinda sad, My husband had ordered me some flowers to be delivered Thursday, he ordered them at 4 something in the morning, an they werent delivered till after 7 p.m an the flowers looked terrible!! Already bad, looked as if maybe they were in a Hot car all day.... 😢🙄
