Susie Geissler went over and above normal assistance to help my mother-in-law hang on to her homeowners insurance after the insurer was dropping her due to overhanging limbs and accumulated debris on the roof. Like many California homeowners, Geico left us high and dry when they decided to pull out of the state, and we were finding it incredibly difficult to find anyone to even talk to us. Stephen at Diablo Valley Insurance was available right away, answered all my questions and got me pre-approved within 20 minutes, and a short week later (mostly because of my delay on email), we have a signed policy in hand. They didnt spam me with a million phone calls or emails like some other companies I contacted have been doing. They were also the most reasonably priced of all the other quotes I received.
