I am a first time patient who went there expecting no help with toe nail problem but it turns out I had three options and I chose laser treatment. It was painless and done immediately. Staff was congenial as was Dr. Marshall. Would strongly recommend them to others!

As usual the staff is fantastic and Dr. Marshall is do knowledgeable and informative. I always walk out of this office (pardon the pun) with valuable information to prevent injury and my mind has been put at ease. Dr. Stewart always ran this office with a caring attitude and he placed it in excellent hands!

Dr. Marshall provided a simple and excellent solution for my naroma,my previous foot doctor failed to provide. Im able to dance 4 hours a week and walk and exercise pain-free. I am so grateful to her!! She is also very congenial.

I like the ease of the office. Everyone is friendly and helpful, including Dr. Marshall she is engaging never in a hurry & Knowledgeable I would never go to an orthopedist again. She is my go to Professional….

Check in was easy. The person at the front desk was very friendly. Short wait before I saw Dr. Lam. She was thorough and answered all my questions even though I sensed it was a busy day for her. Wonderful experience.

At 60 years old, I broke my first bone – a fracture of my right foot’s fifth metatarsal - while on vacation. From the moment I phoned to make a new patient appointment and spoke to Cindy (coincidentally, the name of my HS GF who was with me when I broke my foot!) I was taken care of. The office is an all-female, welcoming environment. No upsell. Clean environment, with rarely a wait. Not sure if that is because they’re not busy or rather what I believe to be true: they don’t schedule appointments every 10 minutes like most doctors offices do. Dr. Lam is professional and thorough. She explained at every appointment what we were doing and what I should expect et my next appointment. These women are incredible. If you want a great experience to come out of something that can be rather traumatic, please choose this office for your podiatry needs!

Dr. Lam is an excellent podiatrist. She is professional but also very friendly. She explained everything she recommended to us, gave us the pricing, and allowed us to make the decision to proceed. She trimmed the callouses on my foot and gave clear instructions on how to care for them at home. We’ve been going to Dr. Lam for several months and will be returning for future needs.

Both Drs Marshall and Lam explain your situation and answer questions in an easy to understand manner and take a “less invasive, practical approach” to their treatment as possible. Competent, professional and friendly, I highly recommend Diablo Podiatry.
