My husband and I were very excited about receiving a vacation voucher for a cruise vacation. We found it difficult to get in touch with anyone when it came time to use our voucher. Once we did get in touch with someone, it seemed as if we werent getting all the information we needed. Jacob and Mindy were great and so helpful. We ended up talking with Debbie. She was very cut and dry. I had many questions about the voucher and how it worked. The price we were given for our cruise seemed not much different from that of a cruise I could book myself without a voucher. I emailed and tried to call her about this with no response. I dont think the voucher is beneficial. My husband and I decided to book our own cruise and saved more money than if we had used the voucher. I still have not heard from Debbie about my concerns or questions. I suggest doing your homework before getting your hopes up for a free vacation....

Great experience! It was really easy working with the folks over at destination motivation to help find a location to stay at. The resort we got was about 4x more expensive than what we paid and had a full kitchen and living room on a resort property which was really nice. The company took care of everything all I had to do was give the resort my id and we were able to check in. If you get one of these vouchers you definitely want to use it!

In a world where customer service is usually a thing of the past, Jacob and Julianna were extraordinary in helping us get what we wanted and needed for our vacation. They had a relatively short timeframe to get us booked, AND in peak season, but did it!
Jacob has been great!! We had someone else contact us before that never returned my call. Jacob called and left a message. I called back leaving message. He returned my call within the hour and gave me instructions to help with the trip from Window Nation.

An added incentive of purchasing equipment from another company was a voucher for a cruise or AirBnB. I spoke with Mindy Haralson to redeem this. She had no qualms of telling me her political and religious beliefs. I told her twice that we were not going to discuss her point of views. When she continued I told her that I would hang up on her. She continued, I hung up. With that the equipment I purchased will be returned to the original company. I will not do business with any company, or associate company, that engages in this type of behavior.I received a call from Juliana(?) who apologized for the behavior of the agent. The apology was a nice gesture but not interested in Destination Motivation services. In return she sent gift cards to me as a further apology. With this I bumped the rating from a 1 star to a 3 star.
Everyone we spoke to at Destination Motivation were kind and very helpful. Mindy was who we initially worked with and due to our short timeline she transferred us to Jacob to assist us. Both of them were wonderful and helped us get exactly the vacation we wanted. We highly recommend this company.

We were given cruise credit initially, and needed to change to condo credit due to changes of plans. I dreaded changing it over... but Jacob was easy to get a hold of, great with questions and made it so easy to change the swap the credit. Wonderful customer service!

The voucher can be applied to either a cruise or a condo vacation and was part of the remodel deal!Gayle: Mindy and I spoke about how it works. She was so helpful! She told me about how to submit the voucher and a number of hints to get the best value for us. She was courteous, professional, and friendly! What could have been a dull description, instead was an interesting conversation about possible travel. I was happy that Mindy was my contact as my day was sunnier after the call.What a great concept for a construction company, Long Home Products, to team up with Destination Motivation.
