We just sold our house with the help of Desti and Michele. They are lovely, honest, hardworking, knowledgeable professionals. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything gets done and that everything is ok with the property. They make a good team. One is more paper oriented, one gets up earlier, etc. I would absolutely use them again and will refer them to all of my friends. I can highly recommend them (and I used to be a real estate agent myself so I know what Im talking about).

I want to give a big thank you to Desti and Michele. They took on the sale of my home during (when I think) the lowest time of the year to sell a home as four big holidays was coming up. They were able to step in quickly to help me get the house sale ready and on the market. We encountered a stumbles (none created by them) which they quickly provided solutions and got the action moving. Their attitude is great. Their communication with all of the players evolved was excellent.

Michele Losey recently sold and closed our house in Mandalay Bay, Oxnard. My business is investing in real estate, but this was our personal vacation house. Being a real estate investor, I am familiar with many agents and have worked with agents and transactions in several states. Michele is one of only two agents Ive worked with who was totally caring and absolutely perfect throughout the entire process. She brought us a perfectly written offer from a qualified buyer, with a substantial deposit, from an already confirmed account. She had to fight for us to use our preferred escrow company, and she did. She worked with us on every single document we encountered during the process, explaining and helping to complete each. She worked closely with the other agent, the buyer, the escrow company, the various inspectors and to obtain bids for work requested. She was available 7 days a week and always either took calls immediately or called back almost before I could leave a voice message. Post closing she recommended an estate sale agent, a disposal company for things that didnt sell, a handyman to do the final patch of walls, and a cleaning service for the final required cleaning. All were extremely professional and competent. We literally never had to set foot in the place again, and all was handled professionally, competently, with courtesy and caring.I have never had better service, nor a more satisfactory experience, ever. Her concern and caring was evident at every point of contact. Her knowledge and professionalism are without equal. Shes the best!

By far the best homebuying experience EVER!! This is now my third home that I have purchased, Desti and her team made it this whole process effortless. D&M are absolutely wonderful team to work with. In 2015 D&M sold our house and then helped us buy our dream home in the neighorhood that we loved. We could not have done it without them with high energy and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the deal done due to multiple offer on this property. Again, we just sold our home in Nov 2021 at the high price in square ft in my neighborhood. They made what would have been a streeful and difficult process as smooth as could be. They assisted me with the purchase of a second home in Oxnard in September 2020.I was buying the condo during Covid pandemic, and it was critical for me to complete the transaction as soon as possible to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that pandemic may bring.I also picked them because in addition to the great reputation in the area, they also were listing agents, and I hoped that it would help to facilitate the transaction. And I wasn’t mistaken.The transaction was initiated by Desti, by then I was mostly working with Michele.Michelle has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective broker. She has high integrity and is very diligent and forceful, always keeping the clients best interests in mind.We had some issues from a seller side on performing some repairs that were not detected during inspection as well as with removing lines from the title, and Michele had great follow through.
