Desiree is hands down the best! She is patient and kind, yet incredibly knowledgeable with a strong work ethic. She helped my husband and I buy our first home last Spring, when the market was extremely competitive. She listened to our needs, researched special programs at schools, and expertly guided us through the complicated process. To this day, she stops by to check on us, bringing thoughtful gifts such as personalized coasters and Girl Scout cookies! Desiree truly goes above and beyond and we are so very grateful for all she has done for us.

Desiree did such an amazing job helping us find a home while relocating. She was patient and resourceful. I could not have asked for a better selling experience with Desiree as our realtor! She was very prepared and knowledgeable, and was so proactive and helpful every step of the way. She made our home sale go incredibly smoothly- much easier than I had expected. Desiree is amazing!!!! She is always great to work with. She pays attention to the details and negotiates like Wonder Woman for her clients. We were recently working on a transaction and she was able to negotiate that the seller pays off the solar lien for her buyers after they were in contract! Amazing. I highly recommend her!

Desirée is a warm, high-energy realtor with extensive knowledge of the Sacramento area. We were moving on short notice from out of state and needed to find a home quickly. Desirée listened carefully to our needs over the phone, asked lots of questions, and sent us potential listings so she could hear how we analyzed the properties. The following week, she spent 2 intensive days showing us more than a dozen properties in Fair Oaks, Folsom, Granite Bay, Rocklin, Roseville, and Lincoln. By the end of 2 days we were ready to make an offer!At every step, Desirée found answers to our questions and constantly sought out additional information on our behalf.
