I attended two very different DT workshops with Dana and her team at the Getty Museum. They were both extremely well organized and facilitated, and fun! Each workshop truly created space for its participants to lay aside institutional concerns and think about whom we were really solving problems for, and how to define this process through our visitors and users eyes.

After my third experience with Design Thinking, I still found value! Dana has great energy and does a fantastic job at breaking down the core concepts of Design Thinking. She makes it easy for everyone to understand the basics of this iterative process.
