Placed an order with Bert & he did an amazing job. Bert has great customer service skills and is patient. He will provide you with his suggestions, and you should listen to him, he definitely knows what hes talking about. Anyhow, I am extremely satisfied with the result and the image is 💯. I paid $35 to add the name Marsha and they damaged the stocking by knocking off a bell. Not only that, but Syed put the name on the opposite side of the bells. I offered to buy another stocking and have them redo. The manager refused and wanted to charge me another $35. Worst service ever. Don’t ever go here!

Soooo recommend Design bay Hashm he did an amazing job on my son sash for his graduation if you need something done lie this he the guy to come see . Plus always come to him when I need a shirt made or something special. He has great prices and make sure you are happy with your order and understand your needs and how you want the design to look!!

My favorite place to do mass production for my clothing brand thanks to this store. I was able to excel my business tremendously with their high quality printing and they are super the reliable turnover rate!! I recommend bert he is best employee there!! He pays attention to all detail and quality! Also,he has printed over 200 of companys apparel !! Thank you would recommend and I will keep coming back as long as they are open :)

I made an order of having an anime character on a red shirt. After 3 months it still looks great with a little tear due to laundry usage but the quality is just as great!

Omg!! Let me tell you when I said we had the most amazing experience at design bay, it was awesome… great customer service. My husband wanted to get a custom shirt done for his trucking job, and let me tell you we was up on a Saturday morning running around everywhere, nothing matched our needs and want and just vibe and energy was off, so we basically just gave up. Then my husband wanted some lemonade and wanted to stop by the mall and just stroll around, and that’s when the magic happen and we stumble across design bay. Bert was the one serving us on all my husband needs for his vision he had for the custom shirt, Bert was so kind and patient. My husband wanted to add extra details to what he already had and Bert was so patient and gave us all the time we needed and even help my husband out with his input and it was on point, Bert really brought my husband vision to life and my husband was really happy with the end result he is super excited to rock his custom shirt for work. Thank you Bert for you awesome customer service we will definitely be back.

I needed last minute t-shirts for my daughters graduation! My daughter remembered using design bay for my grandsons birthday, so I decided to send them a text. Syed responded immediately and got started on my order and I was able to pick up 8 shirts 2 days later. His communication was amazing and so was his customer service! He definitely had a repeat customer. And yes, our shirts were PERFECT!

Syed was phenomenal! I had a very special rush job needed for a wedding . He responded right away with answers and created my special shirt same day. His shop is filled so many great themed tshirts go see them!
