Bailey is fabulous. She listens to what you want. She gives a great scalp massage, colors, cuts, and styles beautifully and everything turns out fantastic.

Cannot say enough about this location! The Desert Rose is a gem in this city and Im so happy with the service Ive gotten here over the years. I came in not expecting to get a last minute appointment and Vicky helped your girl out! Great service and fit me in last minute. Listened to what I wanted and really took the time to understand my needs. I will definitely be returning and am loving my color and cut, as always! Thank you Desert Rose and Vicky!

I came here to get my brows done by Tommy Tate on February 10th. Let me mention that I went to him 2 years ago when he worked @browsbylinnie in Westminister. He ended up leaving there and I lost contact with him through IG....2 years later I found him on IG. I was so excited I found him, I communicated with him so that I could go back to him for a touch-up. We set an appointment, I drove from Long Beach to Upland. My appointment was at 1, I ran late due to traffic so we started my brows at about 2:30ish. He first has to draw them on before tattooing, I was there till 7:30 pm cause he drew them on and they were uneven and he had to do them over. Anyways I expressed my concerns to him my when he finished tattooing, I clearly told him....THIS IS MY FACE AND I WANT THEM DONE RIGHT and he said THEY ARE VERY SWOLLEN I PROMISE THEY ARE GOING TO LOOK GOOD ONCE SWELLING GOES DOWN AND THEY ARE HEALED, GIVE IT 2 WEEKS let me just say...... IM DISAPPOINTED!!! They are not what I expected!!! One of My brows you can clearly see that the outline has a part that skips at the arch!!! Ive messaged him and he responded that he would fix them for free and now is avoiding me! He reads my messages but doesnt reply! Please be careful before going there. Im so disappointed!!!!

I love how Blanca listens to what i like, i can be very picky but she was patient and kind! She does amazing pedicures, i get acrylic toes and the shaping is always perfect.Service and cleanliness is great.I like that it’s by appointments so i don’t have to wait so long like other salons

Kirsten Gorman is so efficient and talented! I’ve been seeing her for years and always get compliments wherever I go. Always sharing valuable tips for caring for my hair, and totally understands what style goes best with my face shape. And she helps me keep my length when I ask her! So grateful. I asked and paid for a balayage but received regular highlights. Angelica was nice, however my hair color/style is not balayage. I also paid $45 for toner which was left on my hair for maybe 10 seconds at most. The highlights are not blended and different shades of brown and blonde sadly.Would not recommend.

Desert Rose is a beautiful, spacious beauty salon with services for hair styling, massages, manicurists. Christina Crees is my husband and my manicurist. She is so caring and professional and does a fantastic job. The best!! Also Christina Kleveno is my hair stylist and also fantastic. Everyone at Desert Rose is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend it. It is a relaxing full service facility.

I highly recommend Blanca for you nails. I am new to the area and I had to find someone I could trust to do my daughters nails and mine. She is professional and the location is super cute and clean. She is definitely are new nail tech from now on !!

Blanca did a great job! I usually go to random nail salons near my house, and I’m always disappointed by some aspect of the pedicure. But when I left Blancas my feet felt soft, and the pedicure was perfect! I will be coming back here every time now!!

My stylist Robin is the absolute best, she is at Desert Rose Salon. Robin is an expert at creating the perfect look for my hair. The Salon itself has many services with a spacious interior, spotlessly clean, lots of easy parking, with good handicap access, and is currently practicing conscientious health and safety procedures. Highly recommended.

Ive been going to Nina for years, and she has the skill to do what you want. She will, however, let you know if its a bad idea for your hair type or what sort of maintenance will be required. Ive had people ask me months later if Ive just gotten a cut, so even with the higher prices, I can go longer between cuts. I have recommended Nina to a number of people who have loved their cuts.I have also gotten eyebrow waxing from Heidi and been pleased with the natural-looking results.That said, the staff at the front desk have varied over the years, sometimes not informing my stylist that I had arrived. The place smells strongly of hair products, which can be overwhelming. However, it is clean and well-maintained.

Before going to see Tiffany K at Desert Rose Salon, I was not happy with the way my color hair was turning. I left there with the biggest smile on my face!!! Tiffany was amazing and truly cared about my hair and suggested better hair products (which I purchased) that will keep my hair healthy!! I will no longer go to anyone else for my hair !! Everyone was very friendly and helpful that worked there. I will definitely refer my family and friends to Tiffany K as well as this salon!!

So excited to get my hair done. Went did my consultant. Was asked to send photos of what I’d like. After that did not receive any response until a week till the night of. Then early morning cancelled me. But couldn’t even give me anyone to send me too because of her canceling. Really wanted to have a great experience here but unfortunately no☹️

Kandice Kinsley-LashesKandice is awesome. Very patient, precise eye lash work. She will take time to answer all of your questions and discuss expectations. She wants to make sure your lashes look exactly how you want them to look.Her work is great, lashes are very natural and light weight. The salon is very spacious and comfortable. The overall experience deserves a solid 4 stars.

Christina is the absolute best! It had been about a year since I last cut my hair because every time I go to someone who knows how to cut thick curly hair, they dont! I decided to ask one of my local moms groups for a recommendation and Christina was the first person someone recommended and the rest as they say is history lol. She actually asked me questions about my hair and how I style it, which I have never been asked and I should note that I have been to a wide rage of styles ($$$$) she also listened to me. I always express that my hair closest to my face is the curliest so cutting too much would make it a lot shorter than the rest and without fail theyll cut it too short leaving me with what I call a layer mullet but not Christina. She left my hair looking amazing, the layers are there to help with my curls and thickness but not so drastic that it looks like a hack job. I also went back for a balayage and again left there so so happy! With all that being said if you have thick curly hair then Christina is the stylist to go to.
