I have purchased and sold eight homes so far in my life and felt like Ive met some top notch professionals. Those folks arent even in the same class as Marlene R. This sale was very tricky and tenacious dealing with a divorced couple. In fact most would have politely said no, however Marlene accepted the situation and navigated the two of us with expertise and patience while keeping the communication stream moving. She was helpful, efficient and went far beyond my expectations and even went so far as to set up a moving company which is unheard of. If and when I look to purchase another home in the desert, there is no doubt in my mind who my realtor will be, Marlene of Desert Properties Realtors!

Marlene has a wealth of knowledge with selling and purchasing a home. What I appreciatedmost was her integrity. I can not thank her enough for all she did to help me purchase my first home!Being so patient while I had so many different places I wanted to look at to get an idea and when we found the perfect one got me an incredible deal.She was also incredible handling all the bumps in the road and boy did I have some (really poor experience from the lender that I chose, ended up working out in the end. I had met Marlene a few years back and had mentioned thinking about upgrading our home, but at that time, it just wasn’t right. Her patience and understanding of our situation only grew our bond closer. Her support and dedication to customer service is infinite - We purchased our upgraded home with her almost 3 years later! Marlene has provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. She is knowledgeable, approachable, extremely kind, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. Our experience began in 2018 with the purchase of our first home weeks before giving birth to our 3rd baby. She made the process so much fun and we loved how involved she was every step of the way. Fast forward two years later we decided we needed a bigger home for our family. Marlene put our home up on the market and she sold our house in THREE DAYS...yes three! Not only did she sell our house that fast, it was also sold more than asking price!!!! 🤩 Once we accepted the offer on our first home to sell, she immediately helped us find our forever home🏡. No matter the time or day she was just a text or phone call away. She always stayed on top of deadlines to make sure both escrows closed simultaneously.
