Very friendly and welcoming staff; I enjoyed everyone I spoke too. My five stars is for Karen and staff. I will say I was a little frustrated that I was told to be there thirty minutes early when I didn’t need to be. There was nothing I needed to fill out or do (maybe because I filled out the paperwork online? But if that was it, it would’ve been nice to be updated to not come in so early). I was taken back pretty quickly and was excited for that, however they put on numbing cream which was supposed to be on for 20 mins and I was left waiting for about 40. I thought I was forgotten; would’ve been nice to have periodic check in to know I wasn’t. Got to finally have Karen and had my lips filled. The reviews about her are accurate! She did an amazing job and was very attentive to making sure I was even and happy. I’ve had this done multiple times and by two other people. I had minimal swelling and no bruising and they look completely natural. I highly recommend her!

This was my first visit to Dr. Rubensteins office. The office atmosphere was wonderful from beginning to end. Checking in and out was made easy by the efficient woman at the desk, and the nurse who directed me to the examining room was just as helpful and friendly. Since I was a bit nervous, their kindnesses made me relax before meeting the doctor. No worries! Dr. Rubenstein was knowledgeable and put you at ease immediately. This was a great office visit! Highly recommend!

As a patient new to the practice coming for an annual skin exam I was a bit nervous. I know I’m not going to be a money maker. The place was nice and the people were friendly and professional I will agree. I am rating it a 2 star because for my first time I expected the most. I went for injectables and there was no consultation no preparation just straight to it. Simple cleaning the area and done. There was no aftercare information I had to do my own research they provided me instructions on fillers not sure if it’s the same thing but nothing specific they provide a 24 hr contact and no one reached back to me within the 24hrs. I tried both locations I obviously won’t be able to see results until next week and I don’t know if I would strongly recommend this location. I went here because based on the reviews it’s a great place and local for me. Sometimes the convenience can be more expensive than taking a drive elsewhere.

Office staff was friendly and Karen did my injection and she never disappoints. There was no waiting started on time. I definitely recommend the Simi Valley location. Thank you everyone great job start to finish.

The staff is very friendly. They got me in fast and was seen pretty soon after that. Emily and Steve Leon were great! Friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a good first experience.
