Dr.Gallagher has transformed my skin. She really cares about her clients and her staff is very friendly. She gives honest advice and never tries to push additional products or services on her clients. I trust her 100% with my dermatological needs!

Dr. Gallacher is very knowledgeable and well-versed in her procedures. She has quite a bit of experience and that expertise is definitely prevalent when a procedure is performed. The office is beautiful and the staff is so sweet!

I just moved to the area about a month ago and was in desperate need of finding a good injector. After doing a bunch of research I came across this office. And I am so glad that I did! Dr.G was so sweet. She used a new type of designer filler. And I am obsessed to say the least. Love the natural subtle look. Definitely recommending her to all my girlfriends.

I was referred to this office by a mutual friend. I had a few skin tags I wanted removed. Being a guy I was a little embarrassed going to one of these offices. But the doctor was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She noticed a spot on my back that she wanted to biopsy. So glad she did because I do have a family history of skin cancer. Everything went smooth. So glad I finally found a good dermatologist in the area.

I came across this office on Instagram. What attracted me was the diamond glow facial. I had a similar treatment done before, a hydrafacial, which I loved. I called to book an appointment. I first had a zoom consult with the doctor. I told her my main skin concerns and she went over the procedure with me. They were quick to get me in the following week.The office is beautiful and easy to get to (right by downtown Danville and off of 680). The gal at the front greeted me and then took me in the back and went over the treatment with me. She made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was relaxing and only took about 30 min. She then recommended some skincare products, because I mentioned I was currently just using drugstore products.My skin feels fresh and rejuvenated and I am excited to see what it looks like after I finish all my treatments! I definitely recommend this derm office!

Dr.Galagher is the best thing that ever happened to me. Not only does she makes me look perfect she also make me feel great. I have had so many procedures all the way from Botox to fillers to laser treatments for my pigmentation to micro needle treatment. All of the above very completely pain free and I had the best results. She is very accommodating. As a working person she would be very considerate of my schedule and work around it. Above all she is a very compassionate and caring doctor . Her staff is so polite, warm and friendly that going to this office makes me feel welcomed. I would highly recommend her .

Went in for my annual skin check a few months back. Absolutely love Doctor Gallagher. Very professional and knowledgeable. My wife also gets cosmetic treatments done as well. She is always happy with her results. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dermatologist!

DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review for anyone BUT this office is VERY deceiving. When I had visited their office it was under the understanding they accepted my insurance. When I arrived the front desk asked me for $175 .... instead of a copay. This was a medical visit .... I spoke to the doctor a few days after regarding this issue and we had resolved it .... so I thought .... months later I started receiving bills from the office from this visit and finally got a call from their accounts receivable person name Barbara (who made it clear she has been working in this field for 30 years) stating that they were not obligated to bill my insurance and that they are insisting the customer pay directly. She threatened with collections and such .... I told her exactly what happened and what went on but Barbara was more insistent in challenging me and wanting to win the conversation instead of listening. IF YOU HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS PRACTICE PLEASE MESSAGE ME .... we will file complaints together to the proper people.

I had a few moles removed on my face by Dr . Gallacher and could not be more happy with my experience. She handled the procedure with a ease and professionalism. She seemed to be very knowledgeable and kind. I was kind of nervous in the beginning but she was very gentle and did not feel any pain. My recovery is going well and I am really happy with my result. I wish I’ve done it much sooner! I definitely will recommend Dr, Gallacher’s office to anyone looking for dermatologist!

After being treated at Laser Away for laser hair removal on my upper lip I was unfortunately left with a darker pigmentation. I started to notice this just after my second treatment and was so upset (stay away from Groupon ladies). So, I decided to go to a real dermatologist and I am so happy that I did! Dr. Gallacher explained what had caused the pigmentation, she was very knowledgeable about the lasers and made me feel so much better. Just a few laser treatments and my skin is back to normal! I definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for any laser treatments.

Ive been seeing Dr. Gallacher for my botox. Ive seen many doctors in the past but she is by far my favorite. She always knows where to put my botox and how much to put. She recently did botox in my lips and I love it! Aside from being an amazing doctor she is always very sweet, professional and makes me feel at ease. She is my only referral when someone is looking for a good dermatologist!

While the staff was very friendly and facility clean and professional looking, I was not impressed with the rest of my visit. To pay $85 for a consultation, and not even have my skin looked at in the chair with any attention to detail? Unacceptable. I was just told about the pamphlets the nurse had already given me, and about the one laser treatment that would cost me almost half a grand a month to keep up with. Not impressed, and sad about having to spend more time looking for another facility.

After having multiple doctors incorrectly treat an ever worsening skin and nail condition, Dr. Gallacher nailed it - I am finally getting the relief that Ive been seeking!I found Dr. Gallacher to be very personable, caring, and highly competent. She advocates for what is best for me, not what my insurance company wants to pay for. She has additional post-doctoral training and expertise, so I trust her professional judgment.Regarding the negative reviews about billing issues...I worked in medical billing for years, and its deceptively complex. People often blame office and billing staff for issues that stem from the insurance companies. Outsourced billing companies are often difficult to work with and are less than competent... and pulling the work back in-house is very challenging.I see doctors for their medical advice, expertise, and surgical skills - so Ill give them some grace on business and billing practices!Regarding the negative comments about costs...All healthcare tends to be expensive nowadays. Running an office is very expensive, as is medical technology and equipment. Doctors spend many years accruing enormous debt while learning how to competently care for our health, and save our lives.The way I see it, Dr. Gallachers 5 minute consultation distilled many years of specialized education and experience to efficiently focus on my situation, and solve my problem where others could not. Totally worthwhile!!

Dr.Gallacher removed a mole on my face that I was insecure about a few months ago. She is very cautious and knowledgeable in her field. I was a bit nervous before the procedure, but she made sure I was numb & helped calm my nerves. She assured me that I would be left with a tiny scar but that she would do her best to strategically make the scar unnoticeable. I really couldn’t thank her enough for giving me more confidence! Believe me when I say you can’t even tell I had a mole on my face at all! Dr.Gallacher made sure to check in with me post procedure as well a few times. If I ever need anything checked or done, I know I can trust Dr.Gallacher. I will also definitely recommend her to all my friends & family.

This is a NO star review. I feel this doctor is dishonest. Went for cosmetic laser treatment. At recheck appointment I asked what a small spot on my face was. She took a look at it for a couple seconds and said. It is NOT cancer. I never asked about cancer. I only asked what the spot might be. As I left they asked for my insurance card. I didnt know why since I was a paying customer. I thought maybe it was for some emergency protection. Found out that she charged my insurance company $250 for my visit that was supposed to be a no charge recheck visit!! That is probably why she loudly stated the little spot wasnt cancer-to qualify the appointment for a medical visit. Ill be calling my insurance company to tell them the circumstance of the charge and that they should not pay it.Before my first visit I was told there was an $85 consultation fee that would be credited to whatever procedure I decided to have. I was charged the consult fee before the consultation. Then during the consultation I was told the procedure I wanted was $350. I agreed and she did the procedure right then. When I came out to pay they charged me $350 and I said I was supposed to have the $85 consult fee credited to the procedure. They said the $350 was the price with the $85 already deducted.My medical dermatologist doesnt do cosmetic procedures so his office recommended this doctor. I plan to give them a call and tell them about my experience with this doctor.I do not trust this doctor.

I can honestly say that Dr. Gallagher saved my life. Not only did she make my teenagers lives so much happier by getting rid of acne and avoiding any scaring. On one of my visits with my daughter, Dr Gallagher noticed a very small mole like dot on my forehead. I told her Id had it for quite a while and it was nothing. She said I think its something we need to look at right away, like today. She finished with my daughter, numbed my forehead and very skillfully opened a small area. What she found was just amazing. It was a tumour. And not just any tumor. This tumor had legs and was spreading out along my forehead. She told made she would do her best to get all of it out so I wouldnt have to have any more scaring than need be. That was over a decade ago. The tumour never returned and you cant see any type of scar at all on my forehead. If she had not been so highly trained and missed that it could have grown into my bones and become extremely serious. I trust her with my whole family. We have Kaiser but for any skin problems, moles, pimples, rashes, we come to Dr Galliher. She keeps us all healthy and that is worth every thing to me. Shes also a wonderful and delightful human being. She is a fabulous listener and thats hard to find today.

I usually do not have to go to doctors frequently(knock on the wood) but whenever I go, i usually feel that the assisitants rush me, they behave like robots, the doctor barely hears my side and runs between exam rooms. Dr Gallacher and her staff were very professional. Dr took time to listen to me like she genuinely cared and was very personble.

*** WARNING ***The Dermatology and Laser Centre / Gergana Gallacher, M.D., is a poorly ran business with horrible customer service. My experience largely relates to their negligent billing department where they didnt bill me post insurance. However, nearly one year later they refused to see my daughter until the unbilled and known balance was paid in full. Having no idea there was a balance due, I promptly paid despite being surprised by an outstanding balance. It was explained to me that they were migrating their billing services in-house and many bills had never been sent out by the prior service provider. Unexpectedly, I received a bill in October 16 and called them to find out why I was receiving another bill, they said sounds like a duplicate and to disregard it. Then, in November 16, I received two bills despite only one new service being rendered (in July 16), so I called on Nov 28th. I was told that they would review all services rendered and my billing/payment history and call me back. However, the next call I received was from a collection agency.Wow, a collection agency!! Shocked, I called Gallachers office still trying to understand what the bill was for. Rather than being helpful, Barbara (billing) was rude, unhelpful, inaccurate, and antagonizing. Barbara was so ever kind to inform me that against the advice of the collection agency, she was speaking to me as a courtesy! Amazing, trying to reconcile their messed up billing services is a courtesy. Nicely done Gallacher!I surrendered!! Having spent more time than this was worth, I called the collection agency to pay whatever and end the madness. Im not even sure I owed them, but it was not worth the hassle to drag the issue out any further.So, here is the net of my experience and hope yours is better: Dr. Gallacher was nearly an unapologetic hour late for an appointment, charged $184.44 for 5 minutes of her time tops, and sent me to collections as a result of their negligent and admittedly incompetent billing practices. All of this cost me time and as a bonus collection fees.Well, I sure can say this was a first...Check out Yelp too!

I look better at 50 than I did at 30. After a severe run of pregnancy induced cystic acne, my skin was permanently scarred. I hated my face. I literally looked like a burn victim. Even though I went to dozens of doctors and spent thousands of dollars on every type of product and skin treatment, nothing worked. I couldnt leave my home without wearing about a pound of MAC studio fix make-up. Dont give up on yourself. Stop wasting your money and go see Dr. Gallacher. She has the expertise to transform your skin. It wasnt inexpensive, but worth every penny. I am forever in your debt. Thank you for everything Dr. Gallacher. XO

Took time off from work, went to my appointment 10 minutes earlier, sat in a room for 42 minutes, no one showed up, doctor was a no show. Ridiculous. None of the staff told me how long the wait will be, went back to work. incompetent staff and most likely incompetent doctors.
