We have used Dependable Cooling and Heating many times. Carlos and crew have kept our heater running, installed a Nest thermostat and a mini split. They are efficient, timely and all at a fair price. My husband ran weld shops and can spot a capable and honest tradesman when he sees one. These guys are it. Highly recommend.

My A/C compressor was not running late on a Friday afternoon. I called another service company (that I had used before) first and they put me on a Waiting List. They couldnt even tell me when they might be able to call me back. So, I looked for another service company near me. I saw that Dependable Cooling & Heating was in my area and that they opened at 7:30 AM on Saturday. I got up early and called at 7:30 AM. Carlos answered the phone and after explaining my problem he told me he had other appointments for the day. But, he would come by and see me between 8:30 - 9:00 AM. After some diagnosis that initially sounded terminal. Carlos did more checking and testing and was able to fix it within 30 minutes for a very reasonable fee. I will definitely be calling Dependable Cooling & Heating if I have issues in the future. Thank you Carlos!!

These guys are awesome. Last summer during the first heat storm my a/c went out and they had a new condenser installed within a day at a more than reasonable price. There was also a problem with my heater that no other contractor had been able to fix and they had it resolved within a few minutes. They are prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

They are on speed dial now! I have someone I used prior that serviced my office and other friends, but he was so busy he couldnt come out for a week! I had an emergency and called 6 companies that could not come out that day. I called dependable & Carlos answered! He was able to come by & have it fixed within the hour! Reasonable price, even gave me a discount! I had a concern the next day & called him & he walked my husband through the quick fix. Carlos is the best!

I called Friday evening after my compressor died, Carlos came by first thing Saturday morning, and despite his busy schedule I had a new condenser unit installed and running by Saturday evening. He went above and beyond to get it done that quickly - locating a supplier that was open on Saturday and even arranging for them to stay open longer until he could get there. And all that in about 115 F heat!

Great, reliable and friendly service. I had a problem with my air conditioner and they send someone over right away. Carlos was professional and friendly and was able to find the problem and fix it the same day.
