Stephanie Denton and her partner Kris Denton are the best real estate agents weve ever had for the home sale of our Westchester condo!Why are they such amazing realtors @ the Denton & Denton Group?Generally weve been disappointed with the service and commitment from our real estate agents, especially in the Westchester, Playa Vista, Playa Del Rey, Manhattan Beach, and South Bay area. Stephanie and Kris, on the other hand, were rock stars every step throughout the real estate process.Their guidance, attention to detail, and availability were best in class. I could not speak more highly about our experience with Stephanie and Kris Denton regarding our home purchase. They were extremely helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring during the time we spent looking for the right home. But, the real magic happened when they were able to find our dream home in the Manhattan Beach tree section off-market through their network, and they were a major reason the deal finally closed. As this was our first home purchase, and we went into it with a fair amount of anxiety, Stephanie and Kris were both there to provide the necessary hand-holding, experience, care, and recommendations so that we always felt completely taken care of. They also gave us straight/real answers that we could rely on. Denton and Denton helped to sell my home in Inglewood, CA in 2021. Steph and Kris represented me as realtors and were ridiculously dedicated to achieving the sale of my home at a life-changing price point. I consider them both my trusted real estate advisors and friends.I approached Steph and Kris in February 2021, at this time I was renting my property and dealing with several landlord related challenges such as a untrustworthy property management company, difficult tenants, and covid-19 related eviction moratorium. Steph and Kris strategized and pursued several sale options during this time. What I most appreciated was access to a D&D attorney, rental information/suggestions, and regular communication and flexibility from Steph and Kris while I navigated these challenges.Once my tenants exited in November 2021, Steph and Kris worked at lightspeed to bring in a talented group of handyman, painters, photographer, and home stager to prepare my home for the market. The quality of these folks work was super high and at very reasonable prices. Total prep duration was 1 weeks from tenant exit. I was truly amazed by how fast worked was completed and how great my home looked afterwards. The marketing materials developed (online and hard copy brochures) really made my home shine. What I mostly appreciated here was that Steph and Kris personally worked onsite to perform clean-up at my property!After a brief 1-week Coming Soon listing online, Steph reported to me that her phone was ringing off the hook with interested parties. Within 1 additional week of my property being actively listed Steph and Kris had collected 9 offers! Very soon thereafter, Steph and Kris walked me through all of the offer details which led to a accepted offer. What I most appreciated was all of the personal attention that Steph and Kris provided to me with regular text and phone call updates and their detailed offers tracking/summary report. Stephanie and Kris Denton have been our most trusted real estate advisors in the South Bay for over 5 years. They found our first home in Hermosa Beach and quickly found a buyer for that house when we found out my wife was pregnant with our second. They then, to no surprise, quickly put together our second purchase in Manhattan Beach (dream house). No one knows the South Bay like Stephanie and Kris and they are some of the most knowledgeable agents in the business. They were by our side from start to finish on all of our transactions scheduling every inspection and showing (making our lives as easy as possible) and will be in any future deals thats for sure. Because of their obvious dedication to excellence, I had no qualms about trusting any of their professional contacts-- from mortgage brokers to home inspectors-- and they were amazing about keeping me informed of and prepared for each of the necessary steps in buying my first home in Lawndale in 2018. I was so pleasantly surprised at how simple they were able to make the whole process.This feat was clearly a result of how strategic they were in their planning and execution. Organized, responsive, and fun to work with are all descriptors that come to mind! Not to mention, their negotiating skills allowed me to beat out multiple offers on my dream place, AND they saved me nearly $10k while in escrow! Kris and Steph made themselves available to explain the process and answer our questions and were flexible in adjusting communication styles according to our different personalities. If you are serious about buying a house that meets YOUR criteria for the best price, you need to talk to Kris and Stephanie Denton. We had been searching for a house on our own for several months with no success and were turned off by pushy realtors who seemed to have THEIR best interest in mind -not ours. Kris and Stephanie were remarkably different and made us feel like we were their only clients even though they have many.Our ideas about what we wanted were a little vague -which made our initial search “challenging.” Kris and Stephanie made it fun and not a challenge. They showed us several houses that met our initial criteria and then asked detailed questions about what we liked and didn’t like about each one. What they did was help us refine what we were looking for and then find it. Each successive house was closer to what we were really looking for. It was more like looking at houses with wise and trustworthy friends who would give you honest advice and recommendations.Once we found the house we wanted they negotiated a great price, helped arrange all the inspections and contacted highly experienced and trustworthy tradesmen to help us update the house. They did a wonderful job creating a concept and name for the development, and showcasing the place online with pictures, video and virtual tours. The first house we picked to look at was ok but Kris and Steph knew it was going to require more work than we wanted to deal with and told us that. The second house we saw was what we wanted for our family and they helped us through the negotiations and fought for us to make sure we got everything we needed. With an infant our schedule was not always ideal but they always made it work and after we took possession, they dropped off a welcome basket that included gifts for our kids. They even helped us with recommendations for the lender, inspectors and a handyman for little projects. We felt like part of their family and they will always be welcomed as family in our new home.

We had a very positive experience with Kris and Stephanie Denton for our real estate transaction. They are very professional, hard working, and proactive. Lot of great things to say about this couple. Due to covid, the whole process took way longer than we originally expected due to lack of qualified buyers in the market. But that didn’t deter them. They were providing timely guidance and were extremely patient.They didnt compromise on the look of the house for showings. When they didnt like how the staging company decorated the home, they went out of their way to make it look great while also making it comfortable to live there during the whole process. Also, even though they had a buyer that they represented, didnt push for that offer as it didnt fit into what we were looking for.They are very good listeners and worked around our schedules. Cleaned/wiped thoroughly after every showing during covid times – we were very happy with their personal attention. We were impressed with their marketing and communication skills and would definitely recommend for anyone what needs help selling/buying.

The Dentons are nothing short of amazing. Not only did they sell our condo in the middle of a pandemic but theyre positivity, energy and support meant everything to us.
