I came to this dental clinic to get a temporary fix to cover the metal crown of my front tooth. Getting an appointment was easy. Sylvia, the front desk staff, who is friendly and accommodating is perfect for the job. Dr. Reza examined my teeth and then explained the state of my teeth based on the X-ray. This is helpful feedback to take to my dentist back home. Since mine was just a temporary fix, Dr. Reza directed his dental assistant Celena to do the fix. In less than 30 minutes, Celena completed the work and I was able to smile without the embarrassment of a silver metallic tooth. I was thankfully happy when I left the clinic.Five days after, the new tooth cover fell off and it was on my birthday! I called them to see if they can recement without cost. Very obligingly, they did the work free of charge. For the 2nd time, I exited out the dental clinic grateful and glad. Thank you, Dr. Reza, Celena and Sylvia for giving my tooth a happy temp fix. My big hope - it stays for a good number of years like the first fix my Texas dentist gave it!

Th office staff and doctors are rely amazing. They care about helping you and they do it without passing judgment on the condition of your teeth. After 15 years I could no longer put off going to the dentist and needed help. My experiences from my past kept me from going and the second I spoke with someone on the phone I knew I could give them a chance. From the very first exam and cleaning I felt safe there and kept coming back. Thousands of dollars of work later my mouth is in the best condition it has ever been in’ thank you so much to everyone in this office!!!

Received fantastic service today from Dr. Reza and Team member Kim. I am a new patient but went in for an emergency extraction of 2 molars causing an infection. I TRULY LOVE this office. I was nervous at first but the staff here are super nice and friendly. If I could give this place more stars I would!Since I was a teenager I have had paralyzing dental fear. The amount of medication and stress that it takes to get me into a dental office is crazy. But all that is GONE since coming here. I went in for tooth pain and left without any more dental fear. All of the staff are incredibly! They are understanding and patient. They don’t try to “sell” you things you don’t want and things you do need they talk to you about it and explain why. And get this, they LISTEN! If you want a dentist you can trust this is the place to go! He was so patient with me. As tears rolled down my cheeks he sat and talked to me, took time, made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. He does this because he WANTS to not because he wants a paycheck! I am now getting routine care without fear. (Ok a normal healthy level of fear) and so glad I am! I now have my husband and son coming as well.Thank you Dentist of West Covina for all you do!!!!!!!

All staff members here are phenomenal. All the ladies in the front are attentive to all guests in the waiting area. The staff members conducting the dental procedures going from xrays all the way to specialist doing a root canal are also attentive to the patient at the time. Along with being very informative an caring. The people truely are the vision of your lovely neighborhood dental office. An its a plus all the staff are professional, well mannered. very skilled in customer service, dental work, mobile devices/internet. The techs are realistic when it comes to the amount of “pain/pressure” during certain procedures an some how it ends up being less then that. Very welcoming place for all ages to come to. I recommend them to anyone who is a young adult who is getting their feet wet in finding a good place to use their insurance plans.

Excellent dentist office- great staff, professional, quick, clean, nice equipment, well-priced...... It was so incredibly easy to schedule an appointment through the phone quickly, I was surprised. I went in two days later for a routine checkup and cleaning. The ladies at the front desk were very attentive and sweet. Dr. Reza came in to check my teeth and informed me I had two cavities. I havent had cavities in years so I was a little scared but he was professional and reassuring that they would be fixed quickly. I also had to do some intense cleaning because I found out some of my gums are receding from brushing way too hard (I didnt know that was a thing!). The dental hygienist Maria was really gentle in cleaning. She is also so sweet as she explained to me how to care for my gums and which preventative measures to take. I told her how I grew up only going to Medi-Cal dentists, how I received minimum dental treatment/attention because of so, and thus, no one ever informed me that I have been bushing my teeth too hard for my entire life. So, it was nice to know that I was in good hands with professionals that know what they are doing and who can provide top-notch quality of service and care.Also, an added plus is that their services are pretty reasonably priced! I was able to use my HSA card to pay my entire co-pay bill.

All other dental offices I’ve been too, it’s very awkward and uncomfortable when getting cleanings, or dental exams but since going to this Dental Office, I’ve never felt uncomfortable. Do not go here! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went into this place not knowing what I needed exactly. I notified over the phone that I had gotten a root canal over a year ago and was not sure what I needed since I never went back to that old dentist. Then the dentist who took my exams offered a full mouth exam, to which I said yes. I heard another nurse complain since I had just said I came for a specific area and chose a full mouth exam. Then I get asked if I wanted a GENERAL CLEANING and I got charged $75! When I asked what it was about all they said is I got a special cleaning. They did the exact same thing as everywhere else Ive been. I got charged for something i never asked for! They let me go without receipt because they were closing and were having system and printing issues. Then they estimated the costs way too much for the services I was going to need, and when I asked how much my insurance was covering, it turned out to be ridiculously little, which didnt make sense. The lady taking care of my case, Evelyn, asked the manager to clarify costs for her, and they mentioned my insurance was out of network! When I called in the first time they said it was within network! When i mentioned I wanted time to think about it, Evelyn, asked her manager if I still had to leave an $150 deposit to keep my appointment for the next day. At this comment the manager responded by saying she was doing something completely different, never made eye contact with me and stared at the computer the WHOLE time. Horrible management. Incredible! Luckily I didnt go through with the procedure.This place is a scam all they want is your money. They lie using wrong terms and then explain after charging you. If you are looking for a good dentist that cares about your well being, DO NOT GO HERE!

While I was at lunch my front tooth my original tooth along with my crown…I called a couple of dentist before reaching Dentist of West Covina. Many of the other dentist said they couldn’t work on work that wasn’t there’s and I needed emergency care as it was my front tooth. They were super friendly, didn’t make me wait long, communicative and didn’t feel like they were just trying to sell me services like at other dentist offices. My dad called the dental office of West Covina and asked for consultation, and he asked how much he would cost for check up. They told him consultation and check up is free, so he made an appointment. We went there after fill up the forms they told him, he has to pay $ 19.00, he asked why? They said it is just for check up. So he paid $19.00 and I went inside, and the guy looked in my mouth, totally 10 minutes, then he gave us an estimate of $2000.00 for my teeth. And my dad told them we are going to think about it. Right after that they told us we need to pay $150.00. He told them, you told us on the phone the consultation is free, but you already charged us $19.00 and now you want another $150.00? My dad paid them and told them we will never come back here again. Normally, people give the estimate first and charge later. Thats not the way to run the business. We do not trust this dentist and we never want to go there and they will screw everybody, they are Crooks and liars. They can not be trusted. I do not recommend this dentist shop to anybody.

This is the most crooked dental office in West Covina. We went to have a consultation and X-Ray, they told us on the phone it is free. We made an appointment. After we got there they told us, you have to pay 19.00 dollars. We paid the 19.00 dollars then my daughter went inside to check. She was there for about 10 minutes. They gave us an estimate about 2000.00 dollars, I told them give us the chance to think . Right before we were leaving, the girl in the front told us you have to pay another 150.00 dollars . After argument I gave her another 150.00 dollars and I told her Im very unhappy, I wish you told me that, when I was make an appointment. Now I am going them to the court and get my money back. This is the most crooked way to run business. You have to give an estimate to costumer while they making appointment. NOT to tell them its FREE and charge them 170.00 dollars. I will nor recommend anybody to go to this dentist office.

Absolutely amazed! Dr. Sewell and Andrea (Office Manager) were amazing. I am new to the area and was looking for a new dentist as I have Delra Dental PPO. I called the office and booked an appointment. I was nervous at first but Andrea and the team took really good care of me. At my visit they were gentle and took the time to explain the treatment I needed. I was having pain on my right side and decided to do a root canal. I was so nervous but they made me feel no pain. I am looking forward to finishing my treatment. Glad I came here. They are honest and respectful and do care for me as a patient and not just my pocketbook. I will send all my family and friends for sure! FYI parking was easy to find.

I got quote for 3000 for a crown and a small filling in the front that does not require xrays for 350. I got 6 crowns in a fancy building in downtown so I know 3000 is a very high price and fillings are usually 150 to 250 max in other places just so you know what kind of place is this.
