Took my daughter to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed and had the best experience here. I’m so thankful for these amazing professionals. So clean and knowledgeable. Took very great care of us. So happy to find a place where you can feel safe and trust. We will definitely be back!

My first experience made me a lifetime customer. Everyone on staff was inviting, professional, insightful and a pleasure to be around. Everyone who worked with me was very skilled in their craft removing any anxiety I had.It was a great experience.

The office staff are very friendly and welcoming. Dr Alena is amazing and does not beat around the bush. She finds things that are wrong that my current dentist did not, she even finds wrong doing with other work that has been done. I have not scheduled my treatment as of yet with Dental Arts but I am sure when I do the experience will be the same. Thank you very much for making me feel comfortable at my first visit.

1 star because I have to. Cant give negative stars. We were asked to pay the full amount for the services. We paid our portion and we were told once the insurance paid they would return funds back. My insurance paid full amount owed. They didnt return the full amount our insurance paid for us or what they called a refund.They still owe us money and refused to return it. When I called my insurance they confirmed dentist is not suppose to charge us the Unallowed fees portion because they signed a contract with our insurance. They broke the contract. Watch out they will up charge. They will have you to pay all upfront then still expect your insurance to pay, too. Ask for an invoice with detail of all exact charges and services. Get a 2nd opinion. Be warned! Not a reliable place. The receptionist admitted to amount of checks they had received from my insurance they said they were giving us an amount that not add up. They short changed us. Once again be advised, they are not to be trusted.

The dentists give good service, are very welcoming and reminds me the appointments I will have a day before. But the only thing is that the clinic its so expensive that I ended up being a bit broke after my surgery. Regardless, the doctors did a good job and took a lot of effort to cure my toothache and to remove my wisdom tooth so now Im feeling good and it was worth it so the quality is good. They even mentioned parts of my teeth that have some condition to it and needs deep cleaning, but I didnt find it necessary since its not bothering me and I think will take care of it to another clinic in Mexico where I used to go before because of the price condition; the small portion of tooth cleaning I think its $700 and deep cleaning is around $1000 so that concerns me so that is why I refuse to come for the cleaning and I apologize. I just came here because its the closest and I currently got the medical insurance to use here in the US so I dont have to travel to Mexico for 45 minutes.

I started new dental insurance this year and was automatically assigned to Dental Arts in El Cajon, so I was a little skeptical. Before I could even schedule my first exam with them, I had a terrible toothache and called them for an appointment. They got me in very quickly, and were able to do a root canal immediately for me. I felt great after and they did an amazing job all the way around from customer service, care, and just overall quality of my root canal and crown. I am very happy with them!

Love this place! Was referred by my mom and now i’m referring friends of mine!! Every time I come in everyone is so welcoming and the work that is done is always through and i’m always leaving there happy. I’ve had all 4 wisdom teeth removed here, a couple crowns and a route canal! I will always come back here because I am never disappointed! They even call you the next day to check in to see how everything is feeling and doing!

Dental Arts is great! They have communicated everything really well on the work needed done. They have worked with us about scheduling things spaced out and explained the breakdowns of everything as well! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and clean office, polite staff and calm atmosphere! I was surprised that before they started working on my teeth they provided estimates and what my insurance would cover vs not. Really happy with my experience so far!
