This Dennys is located in Burbank next to a few good hotels. Parking is easy and free. The place is kept very clean. It is not a new Dennys but it is kept up. I enjoy the area around there as well.The service is very good. The staff is friendly and will usually get your order right the first time. I have had a couple of issues with breakfast being overcooked, but that is rare and has nothing to do with the servers.We love their breakfast. We have had burgers there and a few other things and have decided to use Dennys for what it is best at and that is breakfast. I dont suggest the other items, except the salads that are quite good. They also have a new mac and cheese that is super tasty and we often get that as a side.Their breakfast is great. We love their pancakes and French toast. The hash browns are super, but I would ask for them well done. The meats are all very good, cooked to perfection. I do not suggest their OJ. It is not fresh and for the price I would expect it to be.They have great milk shakes.If you like Dennys you will love this one. Have fun.

Located on the corner of Burbank Blvd & Lankershim Blvd with plenty of parking. We stopped at this Dennys after a long, tiring day at Universal Studios for a late night dinner. We were a party of 9 and the staff immediately put a table together for us without waiting long regardless of how busy they were. Our food was prepared fast and tasted great with that authentic, satisfying Dennys quality. Shout out to our server Joemel who was very attentive and made sure we were good during our visit. The restaurant was clean and organized. Overall we had a good experience at this location.

November 15, 2022Unfortunately this time my experience was not at all satisfactory. Only two servers were running the show... dinner time at 6:30pm. Wait time was much longer. I got my soup after I finished my dinner and while waiting for the check. They waitress said there was no charge for it. But does it really matter? My TBone steak was dry and sandwich thin. Didnt enjoy the food at all. My wifes Salmon dinner was also very dry and tasteless. Side order of corn was old, dry and tasteless as well. My daughters steak was somewhat edible. The vegetables I ordered were old, dry and burned. Overall our dinning experiences were not at all satisfactory and it cost us $80 plus Dollars. What a waste of money and time. The menus have also changed. No more side orders of shrimps. Pretty boring.Well, I am not going to go back to Dennys anytime soon for any meal. If I have to pay $80+ dollars for our meal.... I might as well go somewhere where we will at least be able to enjoy the food.*************2021***I went back to this Dennys after a long time. Theyve patio dining and it was great. The atmosphere was nice. They werent that busy. Katherine took our order. She had a very pleasant and friendly personality and was very patient with us. I ordered a sirloin steak and to my surprise, it was much more than I expected, so perfect. The manager stopped by our table a few times to see if everything was ok (we were a group of 8). He is also a very friendly person. Over all, our experience at this Dennys was very good. I hope they pick up their usual business soon. The place was clean and plenty of on site parking spaces.

The selection of food was excellent! I had chocolate banana pancakes, and it was delicious. The omelette came out perfect! Just how I like! The nachos were good too. Our order came within 10-15mins. Very friendly staff (they don’t accept EBT, May 2022)

They seated me in a booth and midway through my meal I noticed my socks and feet were wet (wore sandals). Was told water was leaking from outside into the restaurant. why was I sat there then. Brung it up the the manager Mr. Magana and was told its only water... Dont socks get wet... Told him yes,but I dont wear them wet. So youre a manager and thats your response? Thats how you rectify a situation?Should I mention I was charged a higher price than the small sign and the huge banner outside? I left that alone but this situation is infuriating.Not cool

I’ve never had a good experience at a Denny’s, but this time I had a great one.There was an issue with our original hotel reservation. Somehow, even though we had multiple confirmation emails, they didn’t have us down for a room and didn’t have any availability. After many phone calls, they were able to get us a room at a hotel about 10 minutes away.By the time we got checked in at the new hotel, it was late and we were tired and hungry. The only place open within walking distance was Denny’s. Even though I’d never had a good experience at a Denny’s, I didn’t have any other options.When we walked in, we were greeted by a really sweet lady standing behind the cash register. She finished her transaction and got us seated. She brought us our drinks, food, and checked on us a few times. She was fantastic! I was pretty happy with my food too. I usually end up with an upset stomach, but not this time. Everything was delicious and I really enjoyed my food.This is the only Denny’s I’ll give 5 stars to. They were on point.

In specially a waitress named MARIA.I visited it yesterday and the atmosphere was really worse, from the beginning and the end, she took late our order, and she forgot a dish food, and to top it all off, in a demanding way, she forces you to leave a tip. What??? The tip on depends the service you receive!!! And she said bad comments about other customers. That is look bad!! She was look like rude. honestly, I had a terrified experience in this location!! I will never visited again this location 👎🏻

I drove an extra 10 minutes to go to this Dennys because it had 4 stars. It was worth it! There aren’t a lot of breakfast choices at 6 am, but you will have zero regrets about this Dennys. The food was excellent, and my waitress was even better. BRENDA! She has the most lovely accent and demeanor. My coffee never ran out, she provided the bathroom code prior to me asking, and took pride in doing her job well! What a great way to start the day.

Placed a phone order for chocolate chip pancakes. I get to the Dennys and pay for chocolate chip pancakes. I get home and they are not the chocolate chip pancakes. When I returned to Dennys to ask Delia politely for a replacement she said they don’t have chocolate chips and that they should have told me when I paid for the order. The food is good the place could use a good deep cleaning. Two of the 4 times I ate there a shoeless homebody ran through the place like a clown on cocaine from one end to the other, I can only imagine it was someone from the street, but I can appreciate they didnt urinate next to the building like somebody else did. I had a good laugh, i wasnt bothered by it just got a little chuckle over it each time and they didnt intently disturb anyone..

My partner & I came in Christmas Day for breakfast. Our server was attentive & quick with coffee & food. Got the classic All-American Slam with buttermilk pancakes. Scrambled eggs with cheese, crunchy hashbrowns, decent sausage & bacon. No complaints. Quality was what you would expect at a Denny’s. They had their own parking lot with plenty of spaces. We’ll definitely be back!

It was packed this rainy late morning, and we had to wait to be seated. My inclination was to go elsewhere, as in my experience the food suffers when the cooks are rushed.However, that wasnt the case. In spite of how busy they were the waitstaff was friendly and helpful and food quite well prepared.

Nice food, good service. Good place for a later breakfast.Pancakes are large & very soft & fluffy.The build your own breakfast is good. My only feedback on this is that the 2 sausages you get are very small, like 3 inches long each. The 2 rashers of bacon are the smallest rashers of bacon you could get. The menu is photographed very well to make them look bigger.They gave me pancakes instead of the bacon I ordered but rectified it straight away with no problem.My daughter really enjoyed the kids crayons & colouring they provide.

We eat at many different Dennys when we travel. This one was extremely understaffed. There was 1 server for the whole place. He was flying trying to do everything. Unfortunately half of our food came out cold. The mac n cheese was supposed to be baked but it was server on a plate. It was watery an cold. Mashed potatoes were cold as was my chicken fried steak. It was sad because our server was working so hard. The manager didnt help him much. I wish I got our servers name. He deserves a raise.

I went to this location Thursday evening and I was seated in Cesar’s section. Let me tell you his service was exceptional! He recommended the bourbon chicken skillet with a side of garlic bread and he made sure everything was okay with my meal! He checked up on us regularly. This location is lucky to have Cesar as their employee! Will be coming back for sure just for Cesar’s service!

I have been to many Denny’s branches and it’s one of my favorite restaurants. I love the food and the comforting furniture . This branch has a large parking area and that makes a visit there less stressful. The inside is very nice set up but the service needs some refinement.

Way way way back before we ever heard about Covid 19 I was one of those people who waited longer if need be to sit inside in the air conditioning. Now fast forward to today and this new climate of pandemic. Here I am sitting with my wife outside under a large canopy in the Denny’s parking lot. Never in my wildest of wildest dreams did I ever imagine walking up to a host stand with a HUGE hand sanitizer pump wearing a Pokémon face mask. Then after being seated we were served by a waitress wearing a surgical mask and a face shield. The days of dining out have changed and I don’t know how long it will continue to be so. However despite all that our waitress was very friendly, our food was prepared and served quicker then both expected. It’s good to see that even though the comforts of AC cooled seating has suffered friendly and speedy service has not. Thank you Anne E for the attentive and friendly service.

The Denver Omelet was Far better than I expected. Surprisingly good. All points to the cook who was on when I was there. 5-stars all day.The service was less than good. Once served food, the waiter vanished. ...and got the order wrong. He then never once checked in on my or my table for refills or the like. At one point, I flagged down a manager for a refill. The waiter still never once came around.

My server, Juana, was great! She made me feel comfortable, not rushed, and more so than anything, made me feel like it wasn’t a problem that I decided to come in and eat. I wish the food didn’t feel rushed. The bacon was soggy (I like crisp bacon), and the eggs and cheese had a liquid egg in a carton texture. Food was very quick even when they were super busy. One of the servers accidentally spilt water when bringing over the drinks, but luckily I wasnt hit and they offered to move us to another table. It looked a bit sketchy the neighborhood on the outside but it was nice inside the staff kindly greeted you, no one was rude, the guy took our order was kind, nice, understand. My daughter ordered a breakfast plate which gave a different type of bacon and she wasnt used to it was a bit dark how it has to be cooked he changed it with no problem. Terrible location. This place is hit hard by just about everyone in the entire city. Its an immensely popular location and most certainly the most popular Dennys in the valley and possibly all of Los Angeles. This can be good if youre looking to have a good time being surrounded by a bunch of people, or this can be very bad if youre expecting clean food and good service. The tables are absolutely filthy and I am really not exaggerating. The menus are covered in fingerprints and skin oils. The condiments at the table are also filthy and not ever washed or wiped clean. Its very noticeable, trust me you will definitely see all of this. It feels like I am eating food in a dirty public bathroom.

Ever since I was young I’ve always loved the feel of a small-town Diner. Although Denny’s is a chain, Denny’s in North Hollywood on Burbank Blvd. has the feel of an intimate diner. The wait staff is absolutely incredible, specifically my waitress Dalia. She gave fantastic recommendations about what I should order and was extremely patient with some of my specific demands. She served with a bright smile on her face and the whole experience was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this Denny’s for anyone who wants to have a warm breakfast or dining experience!

The place smelled of Heavenly coffee that was just as delicious as it smelled. This is when I am beginning to realize how happy I am to be here. The drinks, food, and desert were wonderful. Music was awesome. The place was clean and truly delightful. I am not kidding. I really had a great time and enjoyed this experience with the lovely people working here. Ordered online. Walked from home to pick up the food. Arrived at the pickup time and was greeted with were out of Mac and cheese, would you like more fries instead? . We had already ordered 2 containers of fries and didnt really have an option as they didnt seem to want to go through refunding us for missing food.Walked back home with the food and found the chicken melt was almost entirely raw. It resembled what I imagine biting through a thick stick of clay with sand in it would be like. Too far to walk back just to complain about food so we just trashed it. About 50 dollars in 2 melts and wayyy too many fries.Might try again but dodge the chicken.

I used to live next to this Dennys and it served its late night purpose. Best part was a waiter named Joemel. His kindness and service is UNMATCHED. Always went above and beyond....I moved away from the area and like 10yrs later was randomly was nearby and we stopped in and JOEMEL WAS STILL there....but as a waiter still....service hadnt skipped a beat....but was did skip a beat was the corporate structure that let this amazing dude slip through the cracks. How is he still a waiter?!?!? He should have been District Manager by now. Your other spots in the area would probably be doing better. Shame on you Dennys.

I like the North Hollywood Dennys, I’ve been in the neighborhood for over 20 yrs and this Dennys is my go to place for comfort food. They have the best buttermilk Pancakes, light and fluffy the way a pancake should be, they have mastered the “pancake” I can count on a great pancake every time I visit the restaurant. Getting a table was very fast, the food had the consistency you usually get at any Denny’s location, the place was clean and everything worked the way it’s supposed to. On a whole different category, my server, Olga, was very friendly, fast and committed to her work. You need a code to get into the rest room because of this. Ive been pleasantly surprised twice, once when I went there for breakfast a few months ago and now when I went for a late night dinner with a friend.He ordered the sizzling fajita platter which had chicken, chorizo, peppers, and potatoes. I ordered a moons over my hammy with red skin potatoes on the side. The 1st potatoes that came out were not cooked in the center so I explained to the waiter that they were not cooked and she brought me out another set of redskin potatoes. Well the 2nd set of redskin potatoes was overcooked super greasy because of course they just kept them in the fryer longer and taste unappealing because of it. I gave up on the 2nd try. The manager here named Delia is as rude as it gets. After calling two other Dennys locations I called this one through the number on Google maps and was connected to the representative to place an order for takeout. I clearly asked whether or not they accept EBT and the gentleman said Yes they do accept EBT at this location so I completed my order and made my way over there.Upon arrival Delia is at the register, doesnt greet or welcome me nor make eye contact which isnt something I would normally be bothered by but then once I tell her Im there to pick up a takeout order and tell her my name she grabs my order tells me my total and that they dont accept EBT.As soon as I try to explain myself she cuts me off with a nasty attitude as if she were in a bad mood already and its taking everything personally. Asked for refill of my soda and had to finished my burger with no drink because it took 10 minutes to get it. There were few place at my table because no one wanted to take dirty empty plates. But the server brought a receipt before i finished my orders without asking me.

I went in with a couple of friends and they took forever sitting us. Our server as well as the other workers were ignoring us and when they didn’t pay attention and we were given attitude. I usually always tip very well but I didn’t think they deserved one after the way they treated us. We all paid separately and the manager was being rude and harassing me for a tip while giving me a lot of attitude.

Came in here on Saturday; had great service and food. Today (Sunday) a different experience, had a 20 minute wait for a seat and no problem except after 30 minutes and no seating, asked and both the hosts looked at each other with blank stares. They seated us promptly but our waiter was a bit stressed. Fact most of the staff seemed overwhelmed by the steady flow of customers. 30 minutes from order to delivery of first part of the meal and another 10 minutes for the rest. Didnt feel rushed but took will power to not get up an refill out drinks myself. In the end what seemed more important was a $3 donation to stop childhood hunger. Will visit again but when walking in if I see the same management team and wait staff will turn around and walk out. Better places in the local area to eat.

Im not from here.. Just came in here to have breakfast on my trip, however Jesse would be a reason I would come back. Our interactions werent much, but watching him with customers and kids in the short time it took me to eat my meal, I could tell he is cherished by many patrons. He made sure to talk to all the kids, the elderly, the woman who just wanted wifi, everyone. This obviously isnt just a job to him.The food was good too. Its Dennys. You know what youre getting.

My kids took me to Dennys for my birthday. Food, as always was delicious, service was fantastic. There was a lot of people there, so the wait was a bit longer, about 45 minutes. The overall experience was excellent 👌.

I needed to kill some time and decided to step into a dennys and got a surprisingly delicious smoothie. Our waiter Cesar was really lovely
