I like Dennys Restaurants. They have been around for years. You can count on a great meal anytime. You can find something on any budgets. Today my meal was delivered cold. I explained to the server and they immediately replaced my meal. Great service. This type of situation should of never happened, but they were quick to correct problem. I will definitely return to have another meal.

I just recently stopped by at this Dennys location. The service was horrible. We got seated and no one wouldnt help us for 15 minutes. At least ask if we want something to drink. But the staff just stood there and did nothing. Never again. This location needs to be look into.

I usually dont stop at this Dennys. Today we decided to give it a try. It wasnt full maybe 2 people when we walked in. The manager came quickly and sat us at the table we chose. The waitress was very friendly and took our order in a timely manner. I ordered the fit fare skillet. I noticed they didnt put the broccoli and as soon as I told them. They didnt question me. Apologized for not adding it to my skillet and went to the cook he heated some up and sent it right out. The manager apologized and brought it out to me. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be going back

Went for lunch. I ordered their 55+ country fried steak. I was told they were out of it. So I ordered the 55+ salmon. After about 10 minutes later the waitress came and told me the cook was making some calls to try to find some salmon. Got up and walked out. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Ive visited many Dennys restaurants over the years and Im sad to say this one is the worst Ive ever been to. The service stunk, as Ive had to ask the server (if she was around) for coffee and napkins. The server was not attentive at all. Food was missing when it finally arrived. Just an overall terrible experience. I wont be returning to this location ever.

When I eat in person its always good. But something is always wrong when I order delivery or takeout. This is the third time doing take out and my toast is old and broken. The prices are literally crumbling and ripped in half. Last time I ordered take out they forgot my toast completely. So I guess at least I got it this time....The food tastes okay I guess but you can see the lack of care and effort when you dont sit in to eat. Quite disappointing to be honest.They would never serve you this quality of you sat in thats for sure. Probably because they expect you to leave before you notice so they dont hear you complain if you do take out. Honestly gonna start going to a different location because this just tells me they dont want to put effort in.. they only do it when your there in person so that you dont complain.I pulled out all the toast pieces for the last picture so you can see how it was given to me...

This is a great place to get breakfast, theres never a big line to get seating. Service is quick and the portions are very filling. It can get a little roudy sometimes thought especially on the weekends.

Mattson smells like a sewer...servers act like they are doing you a favor......Wow how my favor restaurant has fell to the way side with total failure from food to service...ugh.Loo at IHOP, and waffle house. If I could give zero stars I would. The restaurant was so dirty and disgusting. From the floors to the base boards to the walls, booths, acrylic, blinds, windows all covered in gunk and finger prints. Even the bathrooms were disgusting and you can smell the sewage throughout the restaurant. My husband said there was also grease all over the bathrooms doors, and no soap. We left even before our food came. The waiter after we told her we are leaving and told her its very dirty in here said I know. Never coming here again. Grade A in the window as of 11/5/2021. Dont know how the place even passed health inspection. Absolutely disgusting.

I came inn on my lunch break to enjoy a meal I notice it was almost empty so I figure service would be fast. As I waited by the register both waitresses that were around me seem too busy on their phones ignoring me completely, finally one approach me and gave me a table and a menu, yet never came back to check on me. After maybe 15 mins of waiting I whent to go check on what was going on and I found both of desame waitresses enjoying a conversation among each other. Another waitress noticed me and asked me if I had been helped she was very profecional and quickly apologized for the inconvenience. trough out my meal she kept checking on me and was very polite so I wanna thank Amellali s aka yoli and the chefs for the great service and changing this experience from a one ⭐ to a 4 ⭐.

We keep coming back for the abuse...during summer no AC during winter no heater. I cannot believe that a global franchise as Dennys, cant afford to fix their hvac. Today I ordered a soup,they didnt have what was advertised and I ate soup with my meal...really with no customers in restaurant, this is absurd...get your act together..no wonder your restaurant is dead!!!!

I like to give places, more than one opportunity, before I give bad reviews. After my second trip to the restaurant, I will not be going back. On my first visit, food was subpar. My hasbrowns were over cooked, my daughters were under cooked. Toast was burnt and we ordered biscuits and gravy. They were dry even with gravy on them. Service was not great, had to search them out for refills. But staff is friendly.Second visit wasnt any better. Waited over an hour for food and it was not worth it. Took my son for his Birthday. He wanted the free Grand Slam. Well you have to download the app. for a coupon. Downloaded the app, no coupon.Only 6 customers, and had to ask multiple times for refills, sugar, napkins. Ask a waitress for napkins, they were right next to her, but instead of handing them to my son, she called our waitress to give them to us. It was right next to her. Pot roast sandwich was nasty, ranch had no taste, toast burnt again, had to send steak back because it was bloody and it came back with a hair. My burger was good, but it was supposed to come with fries and they were out.Tried twice, would not be coming back.

Our breakfast was great the Short berry pancake was yummy. The Chicken fried steak was cooked perfectly. The gravy was a bit bland. All our food came hot and at the same time. Our server Joshua T. Was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

They will steal your childrens unfinished from under your nose. You can signal the waiters all day and they will not come by. But when you dont need them they will ask you if you need something. I will be making every effort to go to a different Dennys in the future

They brought out my family’s order except one, and said it would come out shortly, more than 10 minutes later, nothing, and I had asked and that’s when they told me there was a mix up, and by the time it would’ve taken the last dish to come out it would’ve been another 10 minutes, and as a family we eat together, so at that point it would’ve been cold, I think they should take into more consideration that a lot of families eat together and it’s messed up

We waited 20 minutes for the waiter to even come to our table for us to order drinks. He wouldn’t let us order our food when he got there only drinks, then got the drinks wrong. The employees are fantastic I have been going there for 30 years however I am going to go somewhere else until the independent owner fixes the HVAC in the summer time there was no air conditioning and I left several times because of that and now theres no heating its warmer outside than in everyones wearing jacket. until the independent owner fixes his equipment and shows his employees and customers some consideration, I wont be back. By the way, I wasnt the only customer complaining.

Had such a bad experience this time around. They ignored my daughter, got my order and my mother’s order wrong. They brought all the food at once instead of appetizers. The staff (thought it was a kind gesture) gave my 5-year-old a strawberry milkshake without asking and it was before she even got her meal. When we informed the staff of the issues we were basically told to deal with it then we asked for a manager and they didn’t have one. So we asked for a senior employee and was given dirty looks, rude remarks and ignored for the rest of the night. The senior staff finally came and fixed the things (kind of) and that was that. No apologies or anything.

We came in tonight at about 9:20pm and were told they were not taking anyone else for the night that the kitchen was closed. They close at 10pm. So I dont see why they couldnt take us. The guy running the front was very rude about telling us this. The heat was still not working after 2 months. Apparently this location is not fully staffed at 8.30 am on a Friday. We waited 10 minutes for a table and once we were seated, the waitress informed us that they were busy and it would be at least a 45 minute wait for food. Just be aware that you will spend about an hour of your time before eating.

Their heat has been broken for quite some time now. Went back in on Saturday to give them another shot, and now not only was the heat not working with everyone running around in jackets, but now they are walking customers drinks under water which was leaking from the roof, which they placed a dish bus pale on the floor to catch the water. Myself and another gentleman while waiting to be seated, observed a waitress walk drinks on a tray and water drip right down onto the drink tray. So we pulled a gentleman who appeared to be either a server or hostess aside and wanted to make him aware of what we witnessed. He didnt see that there was anything wrong with that. So we asked to speak to a manager which Noone could locate, so the other gentleman, his wife, and right behind them, I all just left to go to IHOP. Very disappointing!

I have usually had ok service at Dennys. My last visit was a disaster. It was 30 min wait which is fine but seeing bigger parties walking in after only to be seated and seeing that we were the last of the rush to finally get seated was a little annoying. 45 mins after ordering we finally got our cold food. The hash browns were still frozen. Mine were on a separate plate and the other meal was on a Single plate with their omelet. I asked for them to finish cooking the hashbrowns and sent them back which I normally wouldnt do if they are only cold. These were still frozen. Mine came back cold, still not cooked and had what looked like spit on the plate and clearly greasy finger prints. The other plate came back also cold and with a different Omelet full of nothing but Jalapeños. Needless to say, I was disgusted and told them to forget it, my boyfriend paid and we left without eating but he paid for the meals. I will never go back to any Dennys again. That was horrible and a waste of two hours just to leave disgusted, $35 out of pocket and still hungry.

The service here is hit or miss..its generally not too bad. I mostly stick to the breakfasts but my kids like the burgers. Theyre pretty big, especially the doubles. They recently improved their pancakes. They really taste good now! They also have a great value menu so you can dine out without going broke.

I went today for the first time with my son for brunch. Our waitress was awesome friendly and good was great. The disappointing part was the experience of racism and segregation from the host Athena. Upon entering we were sat on the left side with the minorities asians black Hispanic and middle eastern. When I went to the restroom noticed that the right side was all the Caucasian people. I was disappointed and never felt that way. I brought it up to our waiter when she asked is everything is okay it anything else youd like? I had to mention it and she felt awkward and I reassured her she was amazing worker and did great. That is the reason why I rated them a 2.

Party of 5. After waiting 40 minutes for our food 1 of the 5 peoples order never got entered into the computer. An additional 20 minutes to get the last meal. By the time i got it everyone was done eating and everyone had to wait for me to finish. Obviously our waitress was new (I hope). To top it off we end up getting a new waiter in her place to serve up the last plate. Supposedly she just left. Haha! At least the food tasted good. But not good enough to come back.

Just lost a long time customer. its cold and windy outside but husband and I stopped to have lunch to support our local restaurants. A table becomes available in the corner out of the wind not even two minutes after we are seated. To begin with the waitress got upset because we ask not to sit next to the restroom, and then when she sat us the the sever & her where going at it because the didnt want us to sit in the area because they both had to take their breaks. Then when we finally sat our server took forever to attend us then when we receive our drink everything was watered down & the coffee was just old & disgusting. Our food was served cold.. she never came to check on us but she was very social with other customers... point is I can go on & on about how nasty everything was & how it was the worst customers service but when I pay money I expect great service & good food because at the end of the day customers is what keeps businesses open! The menu seems to be a little pricier than I remember. I went with the Super Slam which was great. My fiances meal was the Supreme Skillet that listed sausage in the mix but when it came, there was no sausage anywhere in the skillet. So they credited the meal and we only paid a little under $30 for 3.

Service can be hit or miss. On the last two visits we finally got the manager to serve us. Then waitress presented check. We only saw her once as she walked by our table.The last time there was a guy outside obviously mentally disturbed. He was frightening customers inside as well as those coming in. He was hitting everyone up for money. He was rather intimidating as he fought trash cans, boxed in the air, and spoke with the unknown.Servers were asked if they could have manager or someone to ask him to leave so customers especially the females whom he scared outside would feel safe. Their response was several laughs and commented “ At least he pays his bills. He is outside a lot. We think he is funny”. Needless to say there were only 4 or 5 people inside. Others walked away. This place is usually crowded on a Friday afternoon. I guess they were satisfied turning people away to go to other restaurants in the area.FYI - Chicken Fried Steak was extremely salty.

About 30 minutes ago We went to Denny’s and We tried to eat a breakfast, we were 2 persons ( my wife and me) we had to wait for 20 minutes until the host attended us, ok, I think she was new because I never saw her working here and I wanted to choose a table in the corner we always choose that table in the corner, well the host shouted me two times SIR, SIR the other table. I felt embarrassed and I didn’t understand why, because the restaurant was almost empty.I don’t understand how the manager can hired people like this, this host was very rude, with bad manners and bad behavior we’ve been visited Denny’s for 5 years and we will not come here any more. Location can some times be a mixed bag sometimes service is fantastic and food is great but other times Ive sat there for 30 minutes and havent even ordered my coffee yet it completely depends at the time you go to eat and the people working that day. I will say this there is this fantastic bubbly employee named Karol that greets me by name every time I see her at Dennys she very friendly and likes to get to know customers personally. She gets orders right the first time and gets the order made and out to you in a efficient amount of time and is always courteous and thanks you for your business and looks forward to seeing you again. I love the hospitality and friendliness Karol brings which is seen in very little employees these days which is sad. Definitely be back when shes working

The worst effing service EVER!! The most disrespectful staff. Woman brought coffee spilling over my cup. Then got upset when I asked for a napkin. Had an attitude so she didnt put our order in. We sat for 3 minutes watching new guests get their food, eat and leave. We asked for a manager and the manager did nothing to remedy it. The server comes back and do says you werent even my table I just took your order because I was going out of my way to help you. Excuse me?! Thats your job!! You didnt go out of your way Ive been here for over an hour. Then we get out food and its burned and cold. Clearly its been sitting there. The server throws her hands up and walks away and never returns. The manager serves us the remainder of the time. My daughter was starving by the time she received her cold food. I usually love Dennys always my favorite place to eat except for today. I took my four year old son to eat for lunch there. I asked for a lemonade for myself three times and never received it. My son got his drink though so I dont understand why mine didnt come. By the time i was gonna ask for a third time I just asked for to go boxes instead then she decided to bring me my drink in a to go cup. I dont think I could have been more disappointed. Took over 25 minutes for somebody to take my order. It then took 15 minutes to get my breakfast and then when it arrived it was not complete as I was missing the French toast. The French toast arrived after I finished the last bite of my breskfast. To add insult to injury the hash browns were as greasy as Ive ever seen & left an oil slick on my plate.And what was the worst part is that it appears no manager even gives a damn. I couldnt even find a manager to talk to.

Dennys is reliable for consistency. Prices are fair, the restaurant is clean and attractive. The receptionist was unhelpful in resolving a problem with an order placed on the app as an introductory offer. However, the manager stepped up and resolved the problem. Perhaps the receptionist was embarrassed but she didnt apologize not did she return to my area.

We came on a Tuesday with our son at around 7, And kids eat free that night. The staff seem wonderful, Our waitress was cheerful and incredibly amazing.The food was Great. I ordered Sirloin Steak and my Gf got the Tbone Steak.. both were cook to perfection the way we wanted it. The Fit fare skillet was delicious except it literally had 10 potatoes in the bottom but oh well i wasnt driving back. The server couldve been friendlier. I was trying to decide what i wanted so he impatiently waited to take my order as he tapped his nails and rings on the cashier podium. So I looked at his hands as he was doing it and he stopped. I want to add that he did ask if I wanted ketchup and tobasco so at that point when i finally paid i left him a tip but the first percentage on the card machine showed 18% He only deserved $1 because of his unfriendliness but whatever thats the only time someone will get me for an extra dollar they didnt deserve. I left my glasses in the car and my unwillingness to go get them cost me. I did see no tip but like i said he did offer condiments. Jack in Box had computer problems, Carls Jr apparently doesnt sell breakfast at 4am so as you can see Dennys wasnt my first choice because I paid $14 for the same service with an attitude that i couldve gotten at a fast food joint. Ill rethink food from my home next time. Tired of giving money to people who dont care

I like Dennys food however this particular diner is the worst one I have been to, customer service wise. The front host lady seems completely lost when the diner gets busy. She has a challenge with assisting the people in line in a timely manner and seems confused as to what she is doing, you can sense the frustration coming from other customers in line.
